I discovered 3R RV at the St. Louis RV show. Very happy with the work they did. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They installed a new awning and steps for us along with repacking the wheel bearings. I will certainly do business with them again as the need arises.

We had an electrical problem with our slideout while we were crossing the country. 3R was on near our route so we stopped in (on a Friday, no less) hoping that they would be able to help. Lucas came out and not only quickly found the problem but resolved it and got us right back on the road as good as new! It isn't often a shop is needed while traveling, but if you need one in Missouri don't hesitate to stop at 3R.

These folks have always treated us well. They work with our schedule and the office staff is super friendly. The service staff seems to be knowledgeable and we have been pleased with the work we have had done here. We have been using their services from the day they opened. Would not go anywhere else. They have been our only repair shop and repaired 3 different RVs for us over the years.

I live 85 miles away from this repair shop and I don t care drive that far this people are Berry nice honest people and do the job I have camping world as repair shop close from me 30 minutes away but this people pull you leg I recommend this shop for quality repair and Custumer service also one of the technician help me with a brake problem on my truck with no obligation berry kind and appreciate that this is my new repair shop

We have been using 3R RV for around twenty years for our class Cs, class A and 5th wheel. They have consistently done a great job the first time for our awnings, roof, heating/ cooling, appliances, holding systems, winterizing/de- winterizing, door locks and more. In getting ready for a camping outing three days away we experienced an electrical step malfunction on Saturday. We called 3R to see about a service appointment and was to bring it in on Monday at 3:00 pm. We advised them of our scheduled departure date of Wednesday and they would do their best and notify us when ready. On Tuesday around 10:00 AM they called and it was ready for pick up. We have always been pleased with their service and effort in taking care of issues that arise and any equipment added to your unit.We highly recommend 3R for any of your RV needs.Service: Electrical

I was traveling across country when I sustained damage to my trailer axle. 3R RV not only was able to replace the axle but did it very quickly, (back on the road in 2 hours), and the cost was super reasonable. Their staff is very courteous but friendly and knowledgeable.I live in Ohio but was so impressed with 3R that I would consider drive to Missouri for any major work I needed done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! denied me service Because I asked him properly if The owner could fill my propane school bus, I m not sure if I was being profiled because I m A Black Man in America but he did threaten to have my bus towed of the property because I asked what was the reason I couldn t be serviced. I felt discriminated and very low because of this situation.

Great place to do business. Love Sylvia, the service manager. They are very professional and organized. Kept me informed along the way. They did work on my slide and the slide motor that wasn t working. I will be using them from now on. Plus they have a cute pup to greet you when you walk in. The water heater in my 3 year old RV stopped working on the first trip this year. Everyone at 3R RV is very helpful!! The owner even came outside to help figure out what was needed. We will definitely go out of our way to give them future business. Highly recommended!

NOT FREE estimate. I can't speak for how well they do, only that they wanted $180 just to give me an estimate for a window replacement. I told them no and left.

When we received a new axle last Feb. it was the incorrect model for the travel trailer we own. This was not the fault of 3R. Once the issue was resolved concerning the proper type we ran into a supply chain issue which put a scheduled trip we had planed in jeopardy. The folks at 3R (Sylvia, Richard and Lucas) totally rose to the occasion and secured the needed part and had it installed in time for our trip. These folks went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them for any work needed. They are the best.

My furnace blower fan came apart at 4am, a friend removed the unit for me. 3R was immensely helpful,got part installed. I was back in action in a in a few days. Thanks to the entire team at 3R, I highly recommend them.

I had 3RV set up our motorhome and Bronco for flat tow. It was quite an ordeal as Ford does not have all the electronics worked out. The set up was successful and the Bronco tows perfect. I am happy with the work and recommend 3RV.

A bit of a hike from St.louis but well worth the drive. A family owned small business that takes great pride in their work. I trusted them to get my Rig road ready and they did a wonderful job at a fair price. Be sure to give them your business and avoid the long wait and high prices from Camping World.

The Dometic refrigerator in our travel trailer gave out. 3R RV did a commendable job with the cooling unit replacement. They are organized and communicate in a clear and timely way. I highly recommend 3R RV.

This place has everything you could need being the location it's at. They were very helpful in a furnace issue we was having, had the part to fix my water connection, had a vent for my outside stove vent but it didn't fit the holes. So we're going to have to bring that back an exchange it when we get back home. Other then that. They will have my business.
