Had a new A/C Compressor installed, Mason's Auto Repair provided me with prompt and quality service, I had the pleasure of taking my car to Mason's and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Mason was every friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly got the job done! Kept me informed throughout the process, and even gave me a detailed explanation of what he did and why, prices were very reasonable and much lower than other quotes I received from surrounding areas. The quality of work was exceptional, I highly recommend Mason's Automotive to anyone in need of Repair!

Mason s Automotive is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. I had an issue with my Tahoe that even after all the YouTube videos, I could not figure out the issue. After taking it to another mechanic shop in Jefferson City and being told it would cost over $2000, I decided to get a second opinion and my friend recommended this shop. Mason didn t change me a fee to figure out what was wrong and he told my the issue was simple and he would only charge me for the part since I went through so much trouble to find the issue. I walked out paying only $50 and my truck has had no issues since then.

I was traveling through Missouri and my car started acting funny. I was stopped at a gas station and a nice man named Robert offered to look at my car. He showed me what was wrong with it and even told me he was a mechanic and had me follow him to his shop. He helped me get my car to where I was confident making the rest of my trip! I still have not experienced the issue that occurred when he helped me out. Did not charge me much. I almost think he wasn t going to until I kept asking what I owed him. I was not sketched out at all and I was very comfortable and had lots of laughs with him. If I lived in the area I definitely would give him all my business for any car trouble because of how comfortable he made me feel even though I was in an area I did not know. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area!!

Great customer service and prices are extremely competitive! Couldn't ask for better conversations on issues and how things will be repaired. Also quick turn around. Can't beat Mason.

Highly recommended, mason helped us with a windshield for my wife s vehicle by referring us to a friend and it saved us hundreds of dollars. If he can t do he ll know someone who can, he s the man! Trust worthy and great at what he does. Shoutout to masons automotive

I rode with a friend out to Syracuse to look at a car. Before buying it he wanted to have a mechanic take a look, and Mason's was just around the corner.The business was actually closed, but Mason came in on his day off to do the inspection, and got there in under ten minutes!He was able to point out some issues with the vehicle and likely saved my friend from buying a lemon.Mason knows cars, is honest, and can clearly explain everything he is doing and what it means.If you are in or near Syracuse and need a mechanic, I strongly recommend Mason.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ask if he could look at a car for my son to see if it was safe for him and he found a lot wrong with it and did not charge me a dime...that is a good guy...I highly recommend him...
