They were supposed to call me back about when their inspector would be back to work but never heard from them. Had to contact them the next day only to find out their inspector would not be back for 10 days. Usually very accommodating but this time really put me in a bind due to only having a limited time to get my car inspected. I won't be using them again!!

Had a completely flat tire while in the area, stopped in to Laurie Motors II and the service was awesome! My tire was repaired immediately and the service man was professional! The price was very reasonable, I actually was surprised at the cost! Highly recommend this shop! Will definitely return if the need arises!

Much better place than Clark which is right up the road. They are honest, friendly, speedy and concise with time frames. I'm not sure what the mechanic's name was but he dropped what he was doing to put a tire on for me before I left. Great place! Highly recommended.

A very friendly place that basically turned my half dead Honda into a living breathing car again, decent price, and honest work. When my anger (stemmed from bad experiences with other mechanics) made me accuse them of messing something up, they respectfully showed me and explained hands on how the part they installed exposed an even greater problem with the car which was responsible for breaking the original part that needed replacing.P.s They have the sweetest dog there who just loves people.

The keys to our vehicle were locked inside. I called Laurie Motors and they were very quickly at our house to unlock the vehicle with a friendly professional attitude. The price was fair for the work done on a holiday and quick response time. I would highly recommend their services if you find yourself in need while in the lake area.

I was a mechanic/tech, there. If they don't like you they will put an extra 20-40$ on a tow. I was yelled at for going a quicker route to Sedalia and back. For that owner Don, you should be ashamed! I could go into far more detail about the manager and owner being shady, JUST DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have received. The "mechanic" does not know what he is doing, just starts replacing parts. Got stranded as soon as I left shop. Vehicle was not fixed, owner will not respond or return calls. Would never trust them with a vehicle or my money again.

Great job always leave with your vehicles fixed the right way Tim is great and I drove from Tennessee to get my Hummer fixed by Tim well worth 650 mile round trip

Three different times I needed work on vehicles, only satisfied once with the mechanic work. Then had a tow that did minor damage to my fender.

Brought my car in too get a problem fixed. We told him what the problem might be and he never checked it. Took it to another shop. Next day they are ordering the part and fixing it.
