The price was right. The products quality. People nice.But I've had nothing but battery and passenger window issues since.Today I discovered they never retightened my battery terminal, clearly disconnected for tinting which I appreciate but. This is my wife's car and she's been stranded 2x now.Also, they use a plastic tool to shove the tint down the window trim. Today I found the passenger window trim completely disconnected and jammed up due to that pressure.This is a 3 year old vehicle, these are not random things.When I service a car, I remember and reconnect everything. This is poor quality service now overall.

Best price in town and great customer service. They took my car in on short notice and happily fit me into the schedule. After realizing it would be a long removal time, they called me and let me know the new timeline for completion and were very accommodating to my needs. Overall, couldn't be happier with the price, people, and product. I will absolutely go back and recommend anyone to them without hesitation.

I was on the fence about getting the ceramic coating and after paying $700 to get my bumper painted I thought it was well worth the investment. Randy and his staff was very good to me. Marvelous work and they are very passionate about getting it right and keeping his customers happy. I even dragged my bumper and scuffed the PPF back and they fixed it for me without charging me, even though it was my fault. I just know they are best in the business. I am so thankful for care and interest they have given.Services: Paint protection, Blast retention window films

Had a matte black custom hood scope decal put on my Challenger R/T Blacktop. It came back straight nasty. It looks sick. Completely satisfied, fair price, and ultra friendly staff. Ramon is the man and this shop is on point!

Bit of a story but honest reviews help save others trouble. I've been searching for a reputable tint shop for my tahoe in springfield, had it narrowed down to Sho-Me and their other well reviewed rival. Ended up going with the other company based off more reviews(grass isn't always greener). In short front windows had existing tint, was asked do I want tint over them, I asked was that going to cause any problems and told no. So they continued their job and then went to pick up my truck. Upon arrival all looked good until seeing the fronts and was horrible, looked like they never cleaned the glass and finished job looked like you had dust and fiberglass particles all throughout tint. Went inside and talked to them and they leaned on you said to do it that's not our fault, which is half true, I said I asked would there be issues and you never warned me of anything, they said well it was your old tint not our fault, told them you should've called the moment you laid that tint on one window and said it's not going to work, who would be satisfied with this? So we were at a dead end and wanted to charge me full price for 2 windows to fix their mistake. Went to Sho Me and explained all this...they were very caring and made room to get me in on a Saturday to fix this dilemma. They even admitted that was a bad situation, Dakota did a great job, Emily was nice throughout everything and kept in contact, Randy the owner is the man, went out and checked everything with me and explained things. Should've been my first choice, will definitely bring my wife's truck and mine back for other projects. Great people, will recommend them to anyone.

The customer service here is awesome. Everyone I interacted with, owner and staff, were super friendly. Very happy with the ceramic window tint they did for me. Highly recommend.

First off im very pleased with how the tint looks on my car. I don't think any other shop around would have done any better of a job. The staff was very nice and helpful. The reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they forgot to put my rear window wiper back on. I live in Aurora so I had to make a extra trip up for them to put it back on. The second reason is because they did not clean any of my windows after they finished. It looked terrible. Had alot of squeegee marks and just smears all over. This may be trivial to some but I believe a company that works with windows all day should atleast be able to properly clean my windows after they finish up tinting them. All in all I had a good experience with them, but it wasn't 5 star worthy in my opinion.

I ve had work on several vehicles done over the years; Window tinting, chrome deletes, and Ppf work.The work is exceptional and for a reasonable fee. Their lifetime guarantees say a lot about their high expectations and quality work. I give Sho-me-tint my highest recommendation!

Randy was great I got my Ram windows tinted all the way around HUGE difference and then got them to apply the ceramic coating which dirt hates and falls right off when it rains, I love it! Great spot, friendly staff, and I brought my wife s new SUV in next for some wrap and tint too! Stop by and check them out for yourself guys you will not be disappointed!

My husband decided that he wanted his windows tinted for his birthday. We were able to get in very quickly and they did an amazing job. All the workers we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for the awesome work!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I had a issue at first no fault to either side. The owner quickly called me, had one of his employees pick my car up while I was at work and took it to their shop and made sure it was back to my work before I clocked out. Honestly it was amazing they did that, and they did a great job as well.

Did a great job and were able to get me in anytime that worked for my schedule. Even offered to do it the same day I called. Took them less than an hour and I'm happy with how it turned out.

I have been coming here to tint my cars since 2016, and I have never been disappointed.The first time I decided to tint my car I opted for doing it myself - oh and I wish I didn t. It was a nightmare. So I decided to let the professionals take care of it.No bubbling, great service, life time warranty, etc You might be tempted to do it somewhere else cheaper, but don t. Save yourself the hassle.

Was referred by a friend to Sho-me-tint.Walked in on Friday after Thanksgiving and they were super busy. As busy as they were they said they would get my Chrysler 200 in and be done that evening. I was dropped off about 1745hr and my car wasn't quite done so I waited.As I waited a man and woman came into the store wo walking to the desk to speak with the young lady who worked there. She yelled across the room asking about her "Porsche" & "Mercedes". I normally wudnt say anything but the way this woman was berating and belittling this employee was extremely uncalled for. Not to mention I'm sure it was embarrassing to her as well. This woman was talking down to the employee telling her that she was an insurance agent and if she can't remember things she writes it down. Which again that statement was not called for either. I just wud like to let the owner know that everything that spewed out of that woman's mouth after you let your employee go home was BS. I felt she did a great job holding her composure with this woman and her attitude and blantent disregard for. Others like myself in your wanting area.So she did a good job considering the long day she had. Had two of my trucks tinted roughly four weeks ago. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Both of my trucks had some tint issues with the back glass. Owner Randy contacted me personally about the issues and fixed them personally. The ownership of the quality issues that were performed and the personal repairs that were made are greatly appreciated.

I originally had a great experience here. The service was good and the waiting room is very comfortable. However I had to take my vehicle back twice because the tint had peeled off, and there were lots of bubbles around the edges of the glass. I wasn t too upset as they had fixed it within an hour when I brought it back.Then my driver side window started peeling again. I had left my window closed for the proper amount of time, plus a little longer just in case. I called and got an appointment scheduled for the warranty work. When I showed up the lady at the counter started getting aggressive and telling me it was my fault. She was telling me it was my seal that was bad, but when they fixed it the second time I had no issues. I noticed they trimmed the tint a little further from the edge this time, and I guess that s what it needed. Not my seal. It s really upsetting to have someone blame you for their mistakes. Definitely won t be recommending this place anymore.

I had an appointment scheduled for tint but arrived early, they got me right in. They were done extraordinarily fast. It has only been a couple days, but, it looks good so far.

It doesn't get any better than Randy and the crew at Sho-MeTint. I've taken several of my vehicles here as well as referred family to Randy. The guy is as genuine as it gets, and his service is always above and beyond. There is a reason there is always nice cars in his lot. I made an appointment over a week ahead of time and plan to drop my car off and come back and pick it up. They informed me when I got up there that it would be a 3-hour wait. I was just planning on running around Springfield anyway so I wasn't too bothered by that. 5 hours later it was done, at which time they informed me that they only had one person working. So instead of calling to reschedule my appointment because they were short staffed, instead they wasted my whole day. They did a good job on the tent.
