Sent us a guy who didn't even diagnosed anything before he proceeded to change the fuel pump that we thought was maybe the problem ended up not being and in the process of changing our fuel pump this man had broken the clips rewired the plug wrong installed the fuel pump wrong without the proper shield in place broke the retainer ring and pinched off or return line charged us money and left us still stranded. Once we got the vehicle to a shop the fuel pump had to be taken back out lines replaced plugs replaced and reinstalled then we had to do spark plugs and a few other things because it put over 100 lb of pressure through our system with the return line being pinched because of the incompetent service from this company. So not only did they not fix our vehicle properly they actually cost us more money from doing the repair they tried to do faultyI would not recommend this roadside service for anything after seeing their work I wouldn't even let these guys change my tire

It was a cold miserable day, asnow storm. He was kind, thoughtful, concerned about my daughter being safe and somewhere warm until he could get to her, which she was. He fixed the car quickly, showed her what was wrong, and was cheap enough my college student could afford to pay him. I am so thankful for his help and will definitely use his service again. My daughter goes to school there and I am in another state. Such a struggle when emergencies happen. So glad I found someone who would help her when I couldn't be there.

Needed an emergency engine belt repair. Michael arrived within 45 minutes. Picked up the part and he installed it in the middle of a huge thunderstorm downpour. The bill was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

This was the worst choice in a business my family and myself has ever made. Michael mike whatever his real name is gave us a quote which was reasonable said he would be back first thing. We thought this was great. Not only did he never show he was rude and contradicted himself. Then shows up later two days has no idea what hes even doing. While im at work a family member agrees to pay him an GAVE him a 300 part the man almost doubled the amount he quoted. On top of that couldnt even finish the job properly. When contacted said he would be by in the morning to look at it. He never showed. The type of person he is i wouldn't want to show my face either. Definitely do not recommend they will take advantage of elderly people and young girls.

Worst service ever. Charged me over $340 without doing the job I payed for. He claimed it s not his fault Autozone gave home wrong part. Wanted an extra $220 the next day to come fix the same thing I paid for the previous day. Well, I cancelled him and had the work done for less than $100.

I called around noon, went to auto parts store a purchased an alternator and one of the guys met me there about 4 o clock and did a great job replacing it for me. Highly recommend

Amazing customer service. John knows what he is doing and doesn't drain your bank account with unnecessary charges. He genuinely cares and just wants to get your car back on the road. They have saved me twice now and will be who I call for future problems!

This is the Best, most convenient, and most economical auto repair service ever! Had a misfire on a cylinder in my Ford Edge on Saturday about noon. Eric and the team are awesome, I called him at 2:30 he was at my house to look at it in less than an hour. He ordered the parts right then and they were delivered on Monday, he got here at 5pm and had it running better than it did before if you have a problem I guarantee he can fix it! He/they saved me a ton of money and fixed it at my house faster than any mechanic shop in town could ever do...you have to try this service if you have car trouble to see how great it is! I have used them twice niw and both times I have received excellent service! Seth has saved me both times late in the evening to get me on the road in my work jeep. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend their service!!! Same day really means same day with these guys!

So every time I call the guy says they ll be out to my house in a few hours. Finally 3 days later they show up and the guy tries to check my alternator by pulling the positive cable on my battery. Something that would ve destroyed the electrical system on my car. So unless you want an antique car worked on don t call them. Don t anyway actually

Diagnosed wrong thing , then tore car apart and decided he didn't have a clue what was wrong with it and left it that way. Got rude bout not putting it back and didn't return any money! Just robbed us and tore car apart.

The mechanic that came to help my vehicle went far and above the service. He worked until 10:00 pm because I had to be at work at 5:00 amI will definitely call again.

Mechanic damaged my ECM and charged me for it! They make a bad situation worse. Do yourself a favor and use any other company.
