Not going to lie, went in with the assumption that I was going to be leaving empty handed, as I have not had luck with the success of purchasing a vehicle for the past 3 months! Sam, welcomed me with open arms, he did not judge me or my situation. He kept suggesting cars to me until I knew when I test drove the one that I get to leave with today! He did absolutely EVERYTHING in his power and was in my corner the whole time. Great place, great people, recommend to any and everyone! Thank you Sam!

They took an experience I expected to be an impossible nightmare, and made it into a quick easy simple pleasant experience. Sam and Richard were very thorough about explaining every detail, and was happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how mundane. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a car. Plus, free oil changes. Can't beat that.

I was 18 when I came to this dealership and needed a car badly! They were very nice and I believe his name was Jack who was also very nice. Of course it was hard to get approved with only being 18 but they fought very hard. I did get the car I wanted with decent payments. I am changing my review from 5 to 3 starts because when I purchased the car I was told I can pay an extra amount with my car payment and that would make it full coverage insurance. A year and half later (still paying on the car) I slid on ice and hit a pole. They wanted to charge me $700 to tow my car from Bolivar to Springfield. I talked to many people and everyone informed me $700 for them to tow it was insane. I didn t have have another option so I did it. Then they offered me no car to drive around while they had my car. Which they had someone look at it and told me the only damage was the body.. which when I wrecked the car it had stuff pouring from the bottom .. so I didn t believe that but I don t know anything about cars so whatever. A month goes by and still no update and no transportation. Had to depend on family and coworkers to get me to work and grocery stores. Another month goes by and they have it done but then say something else was wrong and then ended up replacing many things under the hood like the engine.. which was never included in the insurance claim because the insurance claim only put the body damage on there. All in all my car would have been totaled.. but of course they fixed it. I paid them $50 I believe. Waited another month. After much aggravation they offer me a car for a week. Finally got my car back. They never went into detail about what this insurance covers and if I knew the only thing my insurance covered was just the car and not a towing fee + a rental car I would have never agreed to that insurance deal. If you buy a car from them I highly recommend getting the loan through your bank which is what I did! And do not get the insurance thing they offer! I won t be coming back to this dealership. I am appreciative of the experience in the beginning but not in the end. If you go here I do recommend Jack.

I'm a second time buyer with them ,they where courteous and very helpful gave me an awesome trade in value for my trade in vehicle. They put me in the vehicle that I wanted not what they choose for me, These guys are tops to deal with. They will treat you right. Jack was an awesome sales person Thank you Jack Savage for all the help.They gave me awesome service with an awesome warranty on a quality used vehicle. I definitely be back again.

Jason and the gang did a wonderful job on getting me a great used Nissan. As It turns out, I got the 3 things I wanted. A cigarette lighter port, auto headlights and a very comfortable cloth drivers seat.

I had gone in with my fiance for a second vehicle and I had filled out the pre approved forms online, I had received a call from Jack and he was so friendly on the phone and quick to the point of the call! Once we got to the dealership he was very respectful and was clear on everything, he explained everything thoroughly and effectively, we also got the chance to work with Donna as well, she was very sweet and thorough with all of her questions and explaining everything. Jack and Donna both helped us get Into the vehicle we wanted and worked with us with our budget and what we wanted to do as far as down payment and monthly payments! They met our needs and wants with the vehicle and I highly recommend this company and ask for Jack! They were absolutely amazing!

Jason and Richard made our first car buying experience so seamless. I will never go to another car lot after coming here. They take care of you like family. We had a very particular situation and they worked so hard to get us in the vehicle we had our hearts set on. I was so nervous coming in and they reassured us every step of the way. I definitely recommend byrider to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Thank you to Richard in financing and Jason in sales. You guys are the best!

Jack & Donna were fantastic! Super easy process. Their warranty program is better than anywhere I ve seen offered for used vehicles. The sign & drive tax event is the way to go!Free oil changes for the life of the loan is a major plus! Go give Jack a shout!

Jack was absolutely amazing! Our current vehicle has a blown head gasket, and we were tearing it down to repair ourselves (since we couldn t afford a mechanic), but the work was becoming backbreaking for my fiance. So we went here, the only place with this many 5-star reviews in the area. There wasn t a whole lot we could afford, but we drove away with a car TODAY and traded in the paperweight in our front yard! Absolutely recommend this place for people of all budgets and credit history; we have probably the *worst* credit and STILL got behind the wheel within hours. They did an amazing job trying to find a car that fit our needs and budget, and will 100% be coming back here in the future!

They were very detailed on the vehicles they offer, what their company is all about, financing, insurance and warranty and extended warranty. I loved how they didn t rush me or try to talk me into anything I didn t want. They were able to get me the perfect vehicle for me.

My family has bought multiple cars from Byrider. Paul in service keeps us coming back. Sales department is great as well. One of our vehicles got stolen and Paul helped and worked with the police department to help recover the car. Thanks a bunch for always making us feel like family. I highly recommend this particular byrider lot, everyone was friendly, considerate, and extremely helpful. They have good options for payment plans, and a great selections of top notch inspected vehicles. Donna will be your financing and information specialist, she's the best! Jack Savage is going to be your best man in these scenarios here!! He made this process as smooth and pleasant as room temp butter spread on bread!! Thank you guys so much!

I wanted to take a moment to shout out Sam at the Springfield store, as well as their insurance rep. Liz.I ended my year getting rear ended by an uninsured driver, which ended with my car being totaled. Liz thoroughly walked me through the process of resolving my insurance claim, getting me into a new vehicle, etc. and Sam was right there for the assist.From the moment I walked in, Sam was welcoming, knowledgeable, and was able to put my mind at ease with answers to all of my questions, and solutions/alternatives for some of the documents I needed to provide.All within the first day I spoke to either of them, my claim was resolved and I drove away in a new car. Special props to Sara from finance and Sam for actually getting me approved for the exact car I had my eye on from the online inventory.

The great car lot in the city! With the the greatest sales team Sam Corsolini and Sara Hurt. The whole time from the first call to when I walk out with my new car I felt at home! I love this place! This is my second car through them and I recently had a few things come up on my vehicle that needed immediate attention and I know they're backed up as is most mechanics but they got me in the same day not only did they take care of me and do the best that they could to make it a speedy as possible but the job would have cost a fortune somewhere else and probably would have been pushed off for a few weeks. Angie and Paul in service are fantastic super helpful very understanding and they care. Yes you're interest rate is high but they work with bad credit your credit goes up within the first 6 months of having a vehicle through them and you're not going to find mechanics to do a job cheaper not to mention free oil changes so I'll definitely go through them again and I suggest you do too

I had a wonderful experience here. My family had a car that was on its death bed, I was able to get it to Byrider, and after a short time we were driving away in a bigger and much safer vehicle for my family. Thanks to Jason and the finance lady, you guys were great. Thank you

Sam Corsolini was an amazing car salesman. He went and above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He's got a great attitude during the whole process. He jokes but also stays professional. I truly loved doing business with him. Sara was great with the financing portion. She made sure to listen to what I had to say.

For anyone that is looking to buy a car nor get a job here beware. I was offer a job and was told yes in the offer said it was contingentI was not worried at all because I'm all good nothing wrong on my background. After I signed my offer I got to met the team and one team member said he worked with me somewhere and I said no I haven't because I don't ever remember working there. So guess what they do. They sent a employments verification to that place of work and I guess it came back that I worked there for two months. HR contacted me saying someone said I worked somewhere so they sent verification over to them and it did come back I worked there for two months and this job was like 6 years ago. At the time they say I worked there I was going through a very very nasty divorce. They didn't' care and rescind my offer due to me not remembering I works somewhere for two months and it wasn't on my resume. HR said she was going to talk to hiring manager and then call me back and see if it something they was ok with since I went through so much around that time but nope nothing back from anyone. As I look at all the reviews I'm glad I dodged a bullet on this one. Also I did reached out to the hiring manager and told him since I haven't heard back from HR I guess I will see you tomorrow morning. He came back with and said HR told him that they spoke with me and HR had rescinded the offer. But he will have them reach back out to me and still nothing after the next day. Not even best of luck to you or anything he was a real you know what. It was like I was just nothing to them. Didn't ask what happen with that or anything. I'm so so glad it was rescinded. This job has been open since Aug 2023 and they say they are waiting for right person and said it was me and nope they just make you feel good then rescind the offer. I was nice and said best of luck to them and I couldn't even get that. What a piece of work from them.

Jack was amazing to work with, he got me riding and love the car. His personality made things go so smooth. Jack was upfront and honest and hassle free.Sarah was great with helping me come up with and affordable down payment and get all my income verified within minutes. These guys are great and highly recommend.

I got my vehicle here and it was very nice and the man I spoke to was very helpful and resourceful at the time. I have had lots of problems with my vehicle and after a little less than a year of making my payments and I had noticed quite a big problem with the engine. When I had taken it back to the dealership and asked what was going on, the woman I had talked to gave me a paper and said oh we didn t tell you about this major leak when you bought it? Obviously they had not told me anything besides that it was running in top shape and perfect condition. This made me lose a lot of trust with these people and I regret getting my car here.

Jason was very helpful and informative as my salesman and was able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion. The GM allowed me to put a couple hundred down to reserve a vehicle I really wanted for a few days while I waited to get the rest of the down payment. Good experience and excited for my new vehicle.
