I'll be honest, I was considering buying a car from here because I drove by. I'm so glad I search reviews on everywhere I go. Thank you to everyone for all the warnings. I see more red flag bad reviews than good ones here. It's sad. People need vehicles to get to work and it seems these guys don't care about anything other than taking your money and pressuring you even if they sell you a bad car. NO WAY, NO THANKS! TO THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS YOU HAVE SOME WORK TO DO TO MAKE IT A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WONT HAVE ANY. I FOR SURE AM NEVER TRUSTING YOUR BUSINESS. FIX YOURSELF!

Salesman was really nice, however that's the trick. They sold my husband and I a car that broke down after a month, wouldn't help fix it so we had it fixed ourselves unfortunately there's a lot wrong with the car and it's again stopped running. Was once again told there was nothing they would do about it. Don't go here unless your looking to be swindled.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. ALL OF THEM ARE LIARS ESPECIALLY JIM THE SALESMAN . I ve spoken with the highway patrol and they have had many complaints. I urge anyone to reach out to the local state patrol. They sell cars with blown engines and do not and will not stand behind them or return phone calls. Beware.UPDATE: Just spoke with Liza she lies as much as Jim does. Anyone that has had past history with this company please spread the word. One person that answered the phone says Johnny Mathews is the owner. Do what you can to find him face book whatever you need to do. Call the highway patrol and continue to complain of them selling lemons. Keep calling the highway patrol on them. It draws more attention to them and eventually it will catch up. They break many laws and lie to everyone. Jim personally threatened me when I called them out. But is no where to be found when you want to meet in person. Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . THEY ARE VERY CROOKED. LIZA AND JIM ARE CON ARTISTS.Another update, after driving the car off the lot with a bad engine and a car that can t pass inspection and then saying for s month they were going to help, it turns Out more lies from Jim. The car engine failed a few days after leaving. Jim says for 3 weeks they are going to reverse the deal. Finally call Liza the manager and she s in the dark Jim has been lying the entire time. She said the second the car left the lot they were not responsible. Warranty won t fix is as it was preexisting so the new it was bad. Just as BMW said it was. I called them out on it and now they say that s why they won t help. 100% con artists from the top down to the inbred salesman JIM.

I had posted about two years ago about buying a new van from Auto Gallery. I will tell you they are great people to work with. Liza and Jim are super nice. I never had a problem making my payments and had to call in my payments every time I got paid because the system wouldn t run my card automatically. But they were always really nice when I called. There was one time Liza called because the payment I made didn t get put in the system yet because my payments were ran manually she was really nice and not rude or anything. We got it figured out and everything was good. A week after we got the van the alternator went out but we got it fixed and went on with our lives. Then the oil cooler was leaking really bad so we got a new one went on with our lives. The van did have a transmission issue that we thought was going to cost us a lot of money but it turned out it just needed transmission fluid and ran great. We not once called them to complain because we knew that we signed a buy as is. They don t have a crystal ball that tells them what is going to happen to the vehicle. My husband was a mechanic for about five years at a dealership so he can fix a lot of things on my vehicles.We went into the office to update the payment information two days ago and asked how much we still owed on the van and it was about 1700 and they said if we see anything we want to let them know. They had another van that was a little older but it had all kinds of features on it. We had just put new tires on my van and wanted to switch them. They were good with us switching the tires. The van we wanted was a cash deal but they switched it to financing for us. Put the deal together in a day.If you are upfront and honest with them they are awesome to work with. I never blamed them for anything that went wrong with my other van and it will be the same with my new van. I will just fix it and move on.When you buy a used vehicle there is bound to be things that are going to happen. You need to know that that is what you are signing up for.

One of the worst car lots ever in Springfield MO .Sold a truck that had a rusted frame and bolts and nuts missing from the frame. Said the truck was inspected and passed inspection, we took the truck to the shop and they said this truck should have never left the lot in the condition it was in.It was so bad they said any day driving it, it could fall apart.Horrible business.

This company advertises buy here pay here. I applied on Saturday, came in today and was told I had to reapply because they lost my app. I was told to qualify I need paystubs/bank statement/W2 or 1099 (verify income), proof of residency, references, insurance, and a down payment. I came in with all of that. I make over 8k a month, verifiable. I have NO repos, and no bankruptcy in the last 10 years. I had money in hand. And I was told they would send my app off to some home office not even in this state. I took the day off to get the car with the so called guaranteed approval in house financing. After 5pm I receive a call telling me because I work remote and recently moved back I was denied. This company is engaging in false advertising, false promises of in house financing or guaranteed approval, and they tried to sell me a vehicle that was 5k over the value. Do not go here. Waist of time.

As far as buy here/pay here lots go Auto Gallery is probably as good as any. I can't comment on the payment options or financing because i'm a cash and carry buyer and was looking to purchase a car outright for someone else and found that they do have a good selection of different vehicles.The reviews stating that the cars are bad you just have to take with a grain of salt. They are in the buy at auction cheap and sell high business like many other lots so what you get is always a gamble.The salesman was alright and easy to work with and although I was able to negotiate almost 2K off the sticker price it was still a little on the high end so do your research and do inspect the vehicle thoroughly and be prepared to live with your decision.The vehicle I chose did have some minor flaws and something that didn't work and they seemed indifferent about something being broken and marked it off as "still pretty good for an older vehicle". The funny thing was you have to sign a waver saying that they are not responsible if a check engine like comes on because the buyer buys cheap gas, ironically mine did not have the light on during the test drive but came on after purchase on the way too the gas station. Coincidence? Maybe lol but over all the car dives well, stops good and I'm pleased with the purchase and knowing what I do about low end lots I'd purchase from them again.

Sold me a dodge journey it run good for the first five months than the cpm went bad. I called them to see if I could get the warranty to fix it and they said it had been cancelled do to non payment I didn't even know it because they didn't tell me I would be getting an email I don't check my emails every day so I had to try and get it fixed my self I spent around 800 for new cpm and to put it in shop where I found out it messed up all my sensors than the shop told me I would have to send it to a transmission shop to get the sensors in it fixed the transmission shop told me they couldn't do anything for it because it was electrical so I told auto gallery I didn't want it anymore they wouldn't even try to help me went to get my stuff out of it and it wouldn't even turn over don't ever buy from this place the will screw you over big time

Do not buy a car here.. you will regret it everyday. They are horrible to deal with in a regular basis, the warranty they sell will not cover the repairs to the car. They do not fix the things wrong with the car. The people you have to speak to, to handle any buisness on your vehicle are rude and unprofessional. They are a bad lot to do buisness with. You can't get honest answers from any of them and everything they tell us changes which is great because we have recorded all there calls. Please do not buy a car here it is not worth the headache there are so many better lots in springfield that offer there type of financing.My daughter only had the car a few weeks and was told to take it for an oil change to where they found the timing belt seal was leaking, she was told she had to pay to fix it even with the warranty it was not covered as part of any of it.My daughter then was in an accident where someone ran a red light hit her in the side damaged the car, we were in the process with insurance as the other driver was fighting it. Crazy as it was she was struck again at the from of the car and the insurance and claim went right through so she put it in shop to have the repairs done via the other person's insurance. The car lot literally made this process impossible was rude went over are heads with the shop to have the doors repaired even though we had told them there was another insurance involved with those repairs. Told us they didn't want one of there cars driving around with broke doors. We were waiting on an insurance claim that is now void because the repairs were not authorized by them so has now been dropped. The shop was disgruntled as the insurance company had sent them checks for the repairs to the front of the car and auto gallery had them canceled because they leased the car and it's there property took them weeks to finally pay the shop was horribly embarrassing experience not professional by any means.Now my daughter was able to finally just give them there car back and is now just making payments to them for the doors they had repaired and end of lease payment. I would never recommend these people to anyone and they have several lots associated with them.Her grandpa bought her a newer nicer car for so much less without any engine issues and less Hassel. I would go anywhere but here. The comments about payments on here that happened to my daughter as well they always said they were not able to take her payments from her bank so she just got to where she took them to them directly in there office.

They failed to pull a payment out, even though they've done so every 2 weeks for 6 months. Then, they called and left threatening messages, accusing me of not making a payment. When I reached the rude manager, she said they'd tried to pull the payment and it didn't go through. I told her they sold me a lemon anyway, yet I'd continued making payments on a car with a blown transmission. I told her I was going to stop payment on my next due date, and lo and behold, she managed to pull a payment from my account in 5 minutes. They are a horrid company

My daughter was in the process of buying a vehicle from AG, had jumped through all their hoops and took off work to go sign final paperwork only to find that they had sold the car out from under her. THEN they tried to sell her an absolute junker with busted seats and a knock in the engine. In case you didn't know, that's called bait and switch. They only got a single star because that's the lowest score available.FOLLOW UP. AGs attempted Bait and switch turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. After my daughter rejected the junker they tried to foist on her, we found a friend who had a really nice hatchback for sale in GREAT condition. I feel much better with her driving around my grandbaby in that car than I would have with the scrap metal AG tried to sell them.What kind of dealer tries to sell a car they KNOW is going to break down to an expectant mom?

I m not typically one to write reviews but If you are thinking of purchasing a car from this dealership, THOROUGHLY inspect the car. This was the first time we have bought a car through a small dealer. Lesson learned. The car was sold to us with a missing lug nut, missing thermostat, yes, you read that correctly, thermostat was non-existing, clogged heater core, and a skid plate and fender wells held on by just a few screws, ultimately causing more damage when it fell off. Had the car less than a month. Contacted the dealership, spoke to David, who actually seemed a bit concerned. We were ghosted after this. No one will call us back. They knew about this issue and sold the car anyway. Bad karma and bad business. I understand buying from a small time dealership can be risky. Again, we learned our lesson. My point to this review is to advise anyone who buys from here to be extremely cautious.

Just don't go through them if you need a car. They are the worst car company you can go through they are disrespectful to their customers anyone thinks they can disrespect people there and I'm speaking on someone else's behalf the won't work with you. Better to go somewhere else for a car.

This place is essentially the Chris Gatley of car dealerships. Avoid them at all cost if you can.If you do not get the cars checked by your mechanic before buying they will sell you a broken car that they knew had issues and they reset the check engine light on. Not a week after the check engine light will come back on and by then it is your problem. Wouldn't even bother giving the review before but hey my family has bought 3 cars and it's happened every time. Obviously they just want their money and care less about their loyal customers.

What these reviewers have commented on here is absolutely NO JOKE and they are speaking the truth, as they say buyer beware. Liza is SO RUDE and very unprofessional. PLEASE if you truly value your money and what you purchase with it, I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!!My sister bought a car from here and the motor threw a rod the next day. The car came with a warranty, but they refused to replace the motor or return her down payment money. Now she is out of a car and the money she saved for a down payment.

Very unprofessional...got a car from them about 4 months ago and it thru a rod, went back to the car lot, they said they would put us in another car but we had to pay for the engine to be replaced, that was almost 2 weeks ago and no car yet! Oh but we paid all the money they wanted, and got insurance on a car that is still setting on their lot!!!

Very rude. Came while I was at hospital due to complications with unborn baby and took the car. Caught up on all payments but was waiting on next check (2days) to get insurance back on it. They took the car with my 1 year olds only car seat in it, called them and the chick named Liza was very rude and only thing she has to say was "you were playing in the ball park." There was a couple times we were a day late on the payment and the b***h everytime had a attitude and said we need to fix our service and its needs to change. I AM FURIOUS and I hope with everything I have that the company gets what they have coming to them. If they want to treat people with so much disrespect, I hope they lose all service.

I had my car payments set up to pay them every 2 weeks I was a few days late on my payment and missed they're calls over of the course of 3 business days because of my new job working over 55-60 hours a week finally found a career kinda job after just moving to Springfield less than a year ago. I went in and calmly sat down to disguise my payment to get my car back after asking the lady that works there a couple questions her tone of voice quickly escalated and she talked down to me in a very disrespectful manner and when I started to explain that I was going through a rough time trying to find a career in this new town not just a temp job or a low paying job like I was working since I had moved to Springfield but before i even finished saying "rough time" she quickly cut me off and she said "everybody goes through rough times that's where you need to be an Adult just like everybody else". Not knowing I've worked a full-time job and payed bills to help take care of my family since I was 15 years old and I'm now 26. I'm getting my car back and paying them off as fast as I can and never going through them again!

I would not recommend this place to anybody I'm still waiting on my money back did they haven't give me I feel like I've been robbed by a car lot so far I haven't got mine down payment back and I have no car and I had insurance on a car for 2 days that I did not own because they forced me to get it I'm going to have to call the better Business bureau to take care of this so I would recommend not to go to this car lot

Horrible place.Do Not Buy Car From Here!!!Bought a car here a few months ago and had two major things go wrong within 3 weeks and had barely drove it. When I called and told them they said it was on me and that they wouldn't do anything to make it right and that it was on me to pay. It has been 3 months now and I'm still not able to drive it.

Horrible to work with and VERY rude. The lady I believe her name is Liza called me a snot and yelled at me. And after having the car for a week I had a $500 fix on it that I had to pay on yop of the payment.

This is a rip off car lot they sale junk at new car prices i had mine two months and the transfer case went out all struts were bad they claimed to have fixed the hub assembly never did they said they put new tires on it when i had oil put in the guy calls me out to look at all the tires and threads were showing on each one they never put tires on it it was non stop fixing this junker up it wouldnt start half the time so many probs with it I was paying for a car that i couldnt drive air bags were bad speakers didnt work, you name it it was bad on this car so its back on the lot i am sure for sale to some othere sucker bewhere 06 buick rainer white in color..
