We had a warranty issue on our engine that was difficult to navigate and Pat and his crew were patient with us and the factory, worked through our issues, and solved the problem, and then repaired the boat in a timely fashion. The entire time we had great communication with the dealer. Would highly recommend, we will be back.

The guy that answers the phone is completely rude and hung up on me as i was being really nice and appreciative of his service. As if maybe the part to my 1968 motor was not worth his time or energy.

We had an extremely positive experience shopping at Tri-Lakes Marine. Excellent customer service and inventory. They understood our needs and helped us get the perfect boat! We can not recommend them more highly in every category. Great bunch of people!

I can't say enough good things about this business but I'll try. Outstanding customer service, fair prices, experienced technicians, friendly advice when asked for and they seem to have what I need for my boats when I go there. I needed a water pump installed on the lower unit of my '98 Evinrude because I botched the job myself. Pat did it in minutes while I waited. I have a pontoon and a fishing boat and I won't be taking them anywhere else for repairs.

Great service, I've had 3 pontoon boats now with Pat & the guys. A bazillion years experience in the area, everyone knows you can trust these people with your repairs, service and boat sales. Don't let the location fool you, they work at all parts of Table Rock Lake.

We bought a used pull off Yamaha 115 outboard back in July for our tritoon. Took it out 4 times and each time it messed up. Contacted tri-lakes each time and took it back in each time and even took videos of the outboard showing the issues. It sat in their fenced boat yard from September 2022 until today February 20th 2023 out in the weather and nothing done to fix the outboard or any offers to make things right until we finally called and asked them to just pull the outboard motor off and we wanted our money back. Very nice sales man but the overall experience was NOT good and I would not recommend this company. We wasted our time and $4800 dollars on a motor we paid taxes on to only have the owner say well it won t mess up when we put it in the pond !

After talking with multiple dealers to transfer a Yamaha motor warranty for me, they all would tell me will get someone to call you back. So after weeks of this and no calls back from any of the other dealers, I kept searching and I got a hold of Trilakes marine, and the very kind lady Jessi was able to take care of me without the runaround, Trilakes marine, just won all my future business.

Great place to do business. They have always seemed to dig a bit deeper into my parts requests to make sure they provide the right part the first time. Very knowledgeable. I will recommend them anytime and will go back

Tri-Lakes Marine staff are amazing. They are by far the friendliest and most helpful group we've encountered. We are new boat owners and they have been kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend Tri-Lakes Marine for all your boating needs!

We are in the hunt for a Tritoon and met with Kevin. He was so knowledgeable and gave us lots of great information. When the right one becomes available, we ll be contacting Kevin.

Just picked up my boat from there. They had to pull the motor to remove the broken starter bolts. They did a great job, the work looks sharp. They installed a new starter motor and the price of $850 was below what I thought I was going to pay. Plus they got me out on the lake weeks before anyone else could. We will see how she runs tomorrow.

This was our second boat purchased at Tri Lakes Marine. We traded in our tritoon (it was just too big for us!) and got a very fair price for it. We worked with Eric and Kevin to purchase a new G3 V19 boat and they were awesome to work with. We can t wait to take it out on the water!!

Our experience at Tri Lakes Marine was second to none. We were treated like family more than just customers. Eric put a lot of effort into every detail of our boat buying experience and made sure that we were happy with the entire process. We are loving our new boat and feel comfort knowing that Tri Lakes Marine will be there if needed. We will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a boat!

Bought a boat a year ago and had a wonderful experience with purchase and all the fine details. One year later our awning was in an accident and we needed parts. Eric at Tri Lakes sent the parts to us the next day and worked with us to get it fixed. Way to go above and beyond!

We got our G3 Sportsman boat out today for the first time this year to go fishing and was checking things out before putting it in the water. Tried to start it but nothing. No trim, no anything, everything was dead. I called Tri-lakes and Pat ran me through trouble checking everything. He could have told me he didn't have time, or bring it in, or made some excuse, but he took the time to try and diagnose it over the phone. Pat got us going and we still had plenty of time to go fishing. Awesome people there. Thanks Pat...you're the best.

I purchased a new 2020 G3 Sportsman 1710 early this year. This boat has had numerous issues. Mainly with batteries going dead. I called them and explained what was going on. They just asked me to bring batteries in and exchange them. After 2 sets (both trolling and crank) I decided to diagnose the issues on my own since they can't/ won't. I found that my on board charger was only charging one bank of the two causing one battery to drain. I also had a bad pump which they have argued with me about since day 1.. I talked with pat and he suggested I get a 3 bank charger and a better battery. I told him to get them on order and I would pay for them. I did not receive a call back. I called every 2 weeks and received the same reply from Pat. Charger isn't in.. is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I will give you a call when its here. After 8 weeks I had to send a nasty email to G3 and request a different dealer! Imagine this.... the new 3 bank charger shows up in the mail that day! Pat lies. says because of covid that parts take a while to get in. But I could have ordered the same charger off Amazon and had it to my door in 3 days. He also upcharged me $100 for a warranty 3 bank charger. 3 bank charger is $186 on Amazon and $146 for a 2 bank. Difference of $40. not $100.Bottom line is this. If you buy a boat and don't have issues. They are probably ok. If you need warranty service or diagnosis done. you are on your own and its like pulling teeth. If anyone wants the videos and how they treat paying customers.. I have ALL encounters with this place recorded and also phone calls from Pats blatant lies...I would think a smaller dealer would be a good thing and reason I didn't spend my hard earned money at Bass Pro Tracker...

My wife Nikki and I just purchased a new 2019 Sun Catcher pontoon boat from Eric and Tri lakes Marine. Excellent Service. Eric was great to work with and everything he promised he followed through with. Eric delivered our boat to us at Table Rock Lake and went through everything on the boat. Great business and would highly recommend if anyone is looking to buy a boat to go see Eric at Tri Lakes Marine in Spokane, Mo.

Poor customer service oriented. Owners think they can talk down to you and constantly lie about when you will get your boat worked on. Took 9 months to get around to fixing a short yet screwed up other things like the blower and bilges. Also lost a seat cushion. Was threatenedand told not to call them again . Guess they cant fix their screwuos.

Eric and the whole team at Tri-Lakes Marine are the best in the business. After looking for many months, it was evident our first trip in, that was where we were buying our boat. Well done Tri-Lakes! Thank you for making our experience exciting, worry free, and trusting us like family. Love our Sun-Catcher Tri-Toon!

Yamaha motor going into alarm on my G3 boat. I mentioned the water pump was only a couple years old however without looking any further they installed a new water pump. and sent me on my way a couple weeks later. Same issue next trip to the lake. I returned it and they said they had installed a generic water pump because the Yamaha pumps weren't available. They replaced it and sent me on my way a couple weeks later. I returned it and then they blamed my trolling plate. They said that their G3 representative said the the yamaha motor should not have a trolling plate mounted on it (which has been there for 7 years with no trouble.) It didn't make sense, but I went to the lake without the trolling plate and surprise it was the same issue, and returned it. Several weeks later: Bottom line: they couldn't find the problem or fix it and sent me on my way. The thermostat in my motor was clogged. The thermostat should be one of the first things to check when going into alarm. When I called them back and told them what I found: their answer was "that's probably it then." SMH
