On our way back from a road trip, our car broke down on the highway just outside Rolla. Our insurance was able to find Tune's towing to tow our car. Tune's quickly picked up the car and determined what was wrong...a bad alternator and battery. They pushed several already schedule car appointments to later to service our car to get us back on the road THAT DAY. The manager, Casey, gave us several discounts and REDUCED several service fees. We are so HAPPY and OVERJOYED with the EXCEPTIONAL service we received in such a timely manner. Several other local repair shops would not be able to see us for a few days. All the techs and Casey were AMAZING to work with. We WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND Tune's for any towing or car repair needs. They are HONEST, EXTREMELY FAIR, HELPFUL, QUICK and a HIGH QUALITY car repair shop. Such a rarity today. THANK YOU Tune's for providing such INCREDIBLE SERVICE !!!!

Tune's is great--- have been using them for years on all my vehicles and the farm vehicles. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the service is top notch! I recommend them to all of my clients and friends! The Tunes family has been serving the greater Rolla area for decades and experience counts. The addition of their towing service has only enhanced their business- give them a call for automotive or towing needs and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous. This place picks and chooses what excuse they'll give depending on the situation. Of course they'll start off that its no big deal, of COURSE we can help! We'll go above and beyond and have it ready for pickup by Wednesday! Then that quickly turns into waiting for parts, pickup Friday for SURE, you get the picture. The dates of work/completion are quite literally meaningless coming from this place. That's not even starting on the mechanics vs owners situations regarding the types of vehicles that they'll work on. One tells you absolutely, no problem! Then weeks after the pickup date, come to find out Nope, we aren't going to touch the vehicle, you can purchase the parts yourself, sorry! Leaving you high and dry and starting from square one, when(if they'd been honest) someone with actual knowledge could have had the vehicle and fixed it within the time span of this place delaying the time of completion/pickup alone. Do NOT BRING VEHICLES HERE!

I called for road side assistance, through my insurance company, needing a tow to repair my broken down SUV. Tune's came and Eric the tow truck driver was extremely nice, professional and very helpful. Best tow truck experience I have ever had.

They had my car for two weeks. We called almost daily to check on it. Everyday they told us something different. Like the door handles and windows were all fixed, now they're waiting on another part to come in, everything is done but one last thing and they're waiting on the part to come in, one of their mechanics have covid but it's there first priority, it was a super simple fix, but they're waiting on a gasket to come in, well when it was all said and done two weeks later, NOTHING on the car was fixed at all, NOTHING, and they lied about it would only be $400, and they wanted to charge us $2000 to fix it, and told us the owner said they were way over charging us simply so we wouldn't have him fix it because it's a bmw, and he doesn't want to work on it. Even though when we first dropped it off, and everyday when we called they had no issues with it being a bmw! So we have been without a vehicle for TWO weeks because they kept lying about it being fixed. What kind of owner says that and has their employees lie to there customers!!

I called Tune's after a flat tire stranded my FIAT 500x. I was parked on a very difficult hilly road, but the driver was quick and efficient with it! They arrived within 15 minutes of my call and they were able to pick it up and drive it over to Plaza. The driver also lightened the mood with jokes and laughs. (About how small my car was, which I can't disagree) I wish I had gotten his name, but he has an earring and he seriously made the disheartening situation an absolute delight. Their tow truck came out and jump started my car in this bitter cold weather. I then drove to the shop and they put a new battery in my car. They had to order the battery but got it there in a half hour. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I can t say enough about the excellent service we received. My daughters car broke down on 44 late in the evening and Casey was extremely helpful when I called for assistance. BJ was so kind to my daughter and was quick to get her moved! My apologies that I can t recall the owners name, but he called me with a very reasonable estimate and had the car fixed in day!! Highly recommend!

I had a dead battery and live in a remote area. Thankfully Tunes will even make house calls as needed and save the day! Very professional service my insurance company recommended and I see why!

I hate that I didn t grab the gentleman s name but he was so kind and sweet to both of my kids!! He was so quick and responsive and called me immediately. When taken there to have service done they charged me an arm and leg and then told me they couldn t fix it they didn t know what was wrong with it they couldn t figure it out this is after they charged me for everything else they told me to take it to ford that was there answer for the 1900 dollars they charged me

Read the reviews and didn't argue with insurance company when they told Tune's was coming to get my car. After they had my car on the truck, they informed me they had other stuff to do. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes after the car was loaded to drop it off 8 miles away on a 100 degree day. When I called, the lady actually said, "If you don't like it, we'll drop it where we picked it up at."

Very friendly people. Took my car in with a coolant leak and the owner even called to make sure the dealer wouldn t cover it under my warranty for me before starting work on it. Turn around time was very quick. We have been taking our family s cars to Tunes since before I started driving 15 years ago and the quality has always been great.
