Outstanding customer service! I've been buying cars for 50 years and this was the easiest, timely and most satisfying experience I've had. We did 75% of this transaction over social media and what was discussed is exactly what was presented when we arrived at the dealership - 100% transparent, truthful and honest. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesperson Daniel and the Finance Manager Don were fantastic!!

Terrible experience. Went to just order a new key fob for my car on the 3/23. I was told the order would come in the next week and we could schedule a time to get it programmed. Never got a call, then I called back April 1st and was told the order wasnt put in until the 30th (why?). Then nothing again. Called back the 9th and then they want to tell me it was placed on 'backorder' after waiting for 2 weeks. Got on with the manager (only good thing of this experience) and he was able to get me a refund.

We had a car breakdown. Taylor quickly identified the problem. We (my wife and I) decided not to repair the car. The dealership worked with us in the purchase of a new car. We were very pleased with the service we received.

The service department performed a good amount of work to my jeep and through the process they kept me well informed. A couple weeks later I had an issue and called in. Without hesitation Shelby went above and beyond to make things right. I would absolutely recommend their service department to anyone as they stand behind their work. I have not yet dealt with sales but if they re anything like service I wouldn t hesitate to do business with them.

Have not even been there yet. Only talked on phone with them. We think one of our pets thought key was toy and ran off with it. I was talking with Charlie and then Ricky in service about what our options were. They were so very helpful and professional! Highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Jeep in Rolla !

Everything was perfect. My wife was in her new Jeep in an hour. Taylor Chrysler made the vehicle buying process easy and fast with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can't put into words the customer service I received when my car was having some issues. Shelby went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of with zero inconvenience to me. He sent his guys out when it was freezing rain and ice and made sure I was good to go. Robert and Ryan were the auto techs that came out and they were very informative and let me know what the issues were. I have been going to Taylor's for a lil over a year and I don't plan to go anywhere else because you just don't find customer service like this much anymore.

Sold a Jeep with bald tires, no rear brakes, rotors damaged, alignment out, axle loose, LED screen broken. I was told it was fully inspected. I asked for a vehicle to use while they fix it and was told I could rent one from down the street. More money out of my pocket. Very disappointed.

I appreciate the honesty of the employees. i thought I had a "fog light" out and asked them to look into it. I expected to replace it. They told me yes it was out, they checked it and fixed it. It was a lose wire, They could have told me I needed to replace it. Excellent service each time I take my car in.

I called about a Jeep I saw on their website since we live more than an hour away. Michael helped me with all the details and answered all our questions. Everything was ready when we went in for the test drive. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Love my new Jeep!

The service was as expected and Jeff was great to work with. I tried to trade trucks with Dan in sales and his appraiser tried to skin me on my trucks. Was not happy with the sales department

I worked with Ricky, he provided me with excellent customer service! He was understand and straight forward from day one! I broke down 9.5 hours from home and was one of the most stressful experiences for me he lightened that by being there every step of the way, communicating and understanding the situation, helping out where he could! One of the best experiences I've had with a car dealership! Id come back anytime I'm in town.

The staff is always friendly! I asked Dub to find me a car within my budget and he delivered. Jason in finance is really good at explaining the things on the contract that you may not understand. The service staff is terrific, when I drop my vehicle off they give me a ride to work & are great at giving me updates and letting me know when my car is done. Grady in parts is a good honest person when it comes to parts prices and if they don't have what you want they can get it in just a few days and he will give you a call when the part comes in. Not to mention the detail department. I got my car detailed when I first bought it because it reeked of smoke. The detail guys got the smoke smell out and now I take my car back every time I need a detail. I have never had a better detail then by Taylor's Detailing! I really enjoyed my experience here all around! I will not go to another place to get serviced, buy a car or parts, or have a detail done! Hands down the best dealership in ROLLA! Highly Recommend!

This place is wonderful, my car had a recall on it and they got me in right away and fast. I prefer this place over anywhere else in Rolla. Highly recommend going, and they always have a ton of choices for vehicles as well.

Buying jeep was great. Salesman was very helpful everything was go�d until it wasnt. I ordered a full sized spare tire for my jeep the day I bought it back in April 2023. It's now June 2023 and still don't have my spare. First it was a back ordered jack. Last I checked everything was in but my sales man had to call me and set up time for me to come get tire mounted and balanced. That was said by part person last week and still I have heard nothing. I paid for this and still don't have it. Getting a bit upset now.

They hade a fair price and got my truck in for engine replacement. They found an issue with the engine I was putting in .No engine installed, had to send back. Friendly people and overall good experience.

Brought jeep in about a year ago and they tried to tell me I needed a new motor. They knew the check engine light was on and read them and only cleared the code. Then later on tried to tell me I needed a new motor. Although, I had motor put in it 6 months prior to that from a different shop. They should have performed a leak down test and explained what was wrong with the motor. Then, charge me for diagnosis and tell me I need to go to machine shops. Dealer is not what it is supposed to be. Dealership is supposed to fix it not just clear codes. This was not just one time they tried this.

The staff and GM is very knowledgeable on helping you achieved what you are trying to buy. Very honest car dealership. The best in town to purchase a vehicle service maintenance on your vehicle. To say the least, we had a very short deadline, limited funds, and not the greatest idea of what we wanted. However. Jeremy and his team found us a vehicle within our time limit and fit our budget requirements. I am very proud to have them as our dealer and appreciate the work that put in for us in figuring out our solution. Thank you so so so much Taylor Chrysler! 5 star reccomendation!

Salesman new how to do his job. Was very helpful and knowledgable with the vehicle sold to us. Financing was explained quick well. There was no high pressure technics used just this is what we want at what price. Very good experience.
