Was there a while ago and they are very unprofessional, have no people skills & are lacking basic knowledge. They didn t have parts that were needed to install system, wouldn t do what I asked (even though I was willing to pay extra) and left the job unfinished. Sub par quality and value. over $200 for 40mins of work and I brought almost everything. Tried to talk down to me to upsell parts I already had.

Very nice staff, helped me pick out a remote start for my truck. Took the time to explain all the features different products came with. I will definitely be going back soon. I highly recommend this company.

Needed a wiring harness for my car couldn't find it anywhere else but thankfully they had one in stock I'm friendly makes this a business I would recommend

Highly experienced tech handled sound proofing my new car doors. Located the problems with rattling and made things right. This is a premium shop with a lead tech that has some 30+ years of experience.

Whoever the lady is that handles billing is very rude. My husband just had his truck worked on there took a lot longer than expected (no big deal). My husband told her he would be there in the morning to pick up his truck and the only thing she had to say was who is paying me? Because your not getting your truck until it s paid. Seriously?!! You will get your money once we have made sure that proper repairs have been made. It was just a very rude way of asking for payment do better.

Very informative to a newbie to car audio like myself, they hooked me up with killer deals on after market speaker upgrades as well and an awesome new sub box for a killer price! And just to top things off, the assistant manager threw in some complimentary 8g wire so that I could run my system the way I wanted, great guys, great prices, great knowledge! Best in the area, hands down

Best place in Mid-Missouri to get electronics or tinting. They do extremely great work and have quality products. Robbie's been around for as long as I can remember, he knows just about everything there is to know about electronics or cars.

I was there today. I called two months ago about glass tint for the two front doors of my car. They said it is for $70. I called two weeks ago and made an appointment and they gave me a different price of $85. I went to my appointment today and they put the tinting. When they finished the lady in the front gave me a receipt of $95 plus other fees so I paid a total of $102.22 for 2 front tint windows installation. I am not going there again and will not recommend to others. They keep changing the prices. Also I did not like the tint and the installation still has some tiny bubbles and not really matching with the back doors. Also they only have a stool if you plan to wait in their store.

The shop has been in business for a long time and they did an install for me on my truck. I was very satisfied and the job was flawless. Would go there again for sure.

Had all car windows tinted, they did a great job. There was a small flaw that they corrected immediately. Satisfied with the job done and they stand behind their work. Very polite people, highly recommend.

Called yesterday to see if they could check out my stereo and the said yes. So I left work a little early got there and Robbie's boy got it lined out. Well with the aftermarket head unit I installed and the aftermarket amp to the speakers it sounds terrible. So called today and gonna go get componet speakers. They are always helpful and have never charged me a fortune.

They were great!!! I drove a hour cause everyone else was busy and they said I couldn t get me in till Tuesday but I wanted to see if they could check out my radio. They got me in that day when I showed up and got it installed in a hour!!! The lady at the front desk is so nice as well!!!

I had a great experience here! Robbie was honest and fair and I had a great time visiting with Steve! The customer service was great and the speakers and head unit was installed perfectly! I will be returning. Thanks guys!Preston Gillam.

The worst service ever. They smoked in my car and now my blinker sounds and door alarms don't function. I had them do a head unit install and had to correct the math in the bill over the phone. I was gonna be overcharged close to 10 dollars. 0/5 and I will never go back

Was giving a quote for alarm system on a slingshot. Was quoted 300-350. Called back a week or so later was told we would have to do a quote again because previous one was trashed. No biggie! Put me on a brief hold then was told it would be like 800 or 900. Yeah right! No thanks! Will take my business to Springfield. Will not recommend them to anyone! I also work at car dealership will not be taking any customers vehicles here.

Wide knowledge base that goes above and beyond from the hands on owner. Excellent install years ago still working flawlessly. Always a pleasure to do business there. Highly recommend a stop for exploring ideas as they are easy going and always helpful.

They installed a Sony radio in my suv and my factory amplifier wouldn't let the sound out like it should. And they went out of their way to fix everything. I recommend this place to everyone they are very friendly and very helpful. They definitely go out of their way to help anyone.

I had a remote starter installed on an older model car. They made sure the correct product was installed and it works perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I am returning to Sound Depot to have a new stereo installed. Hope 2019 is a good year for Sound Depot in Rolla.

Called for service and was told to come at any time between 9-5. Drove an hour to get there at 4:45 and the lady said the boss wouldn't let them turn the machines back on and was turned away.

I had a top of the line JVC system installed years ago and was impressed with Sound Depot. After I bought the wife a 2015 Honda CRV we wanted Sirus XM installed and it done right (no lose or dangling wires etc.) I knew exactly who to take it to--Sound Depot. Again work was excellent, staff helpful, and price was very reasonable.

These guys are great, very accommodating and will seariously fo out of there way for you. They replaced my front window, they tinted all my windows and put a really cool stereo system in my car

Super helpful love my new alpine head unit
