They did amazing helping me get my 2nd Car and fast. My salesman was Ben and he did super good trying his best to get me approved for a car. I m only 18 not really knowing anything but he helped me get a great understanding of what to do and talked me through the whole process

Our car broke down in the middle of a drive to Ohio but we were fortunate enough to make it to a hotel in the middle of the night that was across the street from Sakelaris Ford. I was first in the door at 7:30am and Christopher Smith was there. He greeted us with a smile and was very helpful the entire day while we were trying to get back on the road. I wish I could remember the mechanic that helped me and the other gentlemen who drove us back and forth from our hotel to the dealership. They were great as well! Thank you and appreciate all your help to get us back to Ohio for Christmas.

Huge shout to the customer service provided by Christopher Smith!!! We were traveling from SW MO to St. Louis on a very cold Saturday morning this past weekend when we encountered an error on the display screen. We were almost to Rolla and went to Sakelaris Ford. Chris was able to check our battery and ensured us that it was good and the screen was working. He was so polite and professional! Excellent customer service was provided and truly appreciate his prompt attention into our concern! Thank you Chris and Sakelaris Ford!

Overall a wonderful establishment. I came in and they immediately got to working on my car. Everybody I met treated me great, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you go ask for Chris because he will take great care of you and your car.

Great group of folks in the service department! Friendly advisors willing to work with you and well trained mechanics that know their stuff. Highly recommend for service needs, even if you're not driving a Ford.

I called the service department and spoke to Chris Smith requesting a warranty repair. He quickly got me scheduled for the next morning. I arrived a little early and sat in my car waiting for my appointment time. He came out to my car, greeted me and invited me in to get started. His customer service was exceptional, as he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He answered my questions with knowledge and professionalism. Overall, my experience at Sakelaris Ford in Rolla has been great.

Idk where they get their service techs from or better yet anybody in service. They will mislead you on everything then charge you for a part that didn t need fixing because it was never broke. $2k later and the problem still wasn t fixed. I ended up having to take my car to Hutcheson Ford Sales, Inc.I WILL NEVER ANY OF MY CARS BACK HERE!

Very poor service. you'll never receive a call back. You will have to call everytime just to get a info. Was told I would get calls back multiple times waiting the time they said it would take. Would wait an hr or 2 after the time they said they would call and still nothing. I was told they would call back and literally waited 2 days before I finally decided to call. Extremely disappointed. Also cars been down there for 3 weeks when they said it would be an hr to get it done.Update. After two months of waiting you wouldn't believe that an Exact model of my car was also there at the same time as mine. They apparently got the info swapped on what needed done on both cars. So a 1 week job turned into 2 damn months. To sum it up I've learned my lesson when trusting a dealership.

Nobody can return a phone call. Took a truck numerous times and had thousands of dollars billed. Had a wheel bearing going out no one could hear it yet it was screaming going down the road. Had to pick the truck up to take to another dealer the truck was fixed in two days. Horrible service department. For a person to spend so much money in one place they didn t care to return a call or even try to fix the problem. You are better off to take it to a jiffy lube that doesn t even work on cars!

Originally placed an order in the summer of July 21. I was a little skeptical at first because my previous new car buying experience went so bad. This experience however was from a out of town dealer. A good friend of mine Jon Reed sat me down and assured me this experience would be totally different. He walked me through step by step took my deposit and informed me things with the parts shortages might take longer then expected. Jon promised to keep his word and keep me in the loop along the way. Due to allocations my order was push to a re order in Oct 21. I placed to exact same build and Jon promised would expect delivery for a 22 build. Fast forward 10 months. I finally got news my specialty truck was going into a production! So excited as Jon promised and assured the truck would be arriving soon! Almost a year to the day October 17, 2022 the truck arrived at the dealership. Jon stuck to his word and assured me the truck was priced protected and there would be no additional ADM! Since I ordered in the summer of 2021 the truck market has greatly shifted from pricing and allocations dealerships are receiving. Jonkept to his word and honored our original deal. This gave me the reassurance that there are still reputable salesmen who are trust worthy and not all money hungry vampires! IHope everyone at Sakelaris Ford and the community of Rolla, Mo knows how trust worthy & ethical Jon Reed is. Normally I don t give any recommendations but for you sir I would. Anyone in the market for used/ new car or truck please do not think twice when looking for another salemen!!! As long as I buy ford he will be my GUY!!!!! God Bless

The service department is AMAZING. We are from Kansas City and just arrived in Rolla. The tailgate of my truck would not open. I call Christopher Smith in service and he said to bring it to service department. When I arrived Brent immediately starting working on it. Within 5 min he had it fixed and working great. I have found my new ford service department at Sakelaris Ford.

Scam alert. Had my truck in service for over a month. Didn't fix my problem but still charged me $1400. Terrible technicians that will take you strait to the cleaners

Our sales rep was awesome. He was very helpful and personable. It was the sales manager Al that cost them the sale. He yelled at our sales rep for asking a question. We could hear him verbally assaulting our rep all the way across the sales floor. When the sales manager spoke with us he was condescending and rude. And he reprimanded our rep because he did not close the sale while we were there in the morning (we left to eat lunch and discuss the truck we just drove). This is just a brief summary because I could write an article about the manager s inappropriate and unethical behavior. We went down the road to another Ford dealer and purchased a slightly older model of the exact same truck we had planned to purchase there and had a good experience. If you are in the market for a Ford, do yourself a favor and drive to a different dealer.

We have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and all was going great. Fast forward to July 2023 when this dealer decided they could not sell a vehicle at the MSRP sticker price and wanted an extra $2 grand for a new vehicle...don't buy from Al and his crew. They know Ford doesn't want this to happen, yet they are doing it anyway.Do not recommend

I ve only had experience with the service department and it s been a total nightmare, they give zero updates on vehicles or even keep up with what s going on with customers property. GET YOUR REPAIRS ANYWHERE ELSE

My wife and I arrived at sakelaris ford rolla with a trade-in, and $50 down payment; Our salesman Ben Tinker worked from Nine on a Monday morning till seven at night (after close). He was very dedicated in getting us a better car by the end of the day. After we left the lot with the car, a while later I felt the passenger wheel bearing going bad in my feet, so I mentioned it to Ben over text message. He responded with in an hour saying to bring it up to the shop. The shop needed an extra day for repairs, so the gm Morgan Alfred allowed us a loner while it was in the shop. This dealership treats us like family, We Will be buying our next car from this dealership.

If I could put less than a one star review I would. This is the worst shop I've ever had to deal with. They broke parts inside my moms car putting a transmission in and want to charge her for them. She got her car back after it was put in and drove 10 miles and had to take it back. They had it over a week this time. Charging her more money and both issues are not fixed. The service manager sent me me photos of him carelessly driving my mom's care on the interstate to prove that they was indeed driving her car. As I explained to this manager we want to have a sense of security that our parents are driving a safe vehicle around. After all these mistakes and someone not going back and checking over people's work I will be taking it somewhere before my mom drives it to make sure no other damage is done.

I took my car in to get it repaired. While I was there I noticed the most beautiful Ford Fiesta on the lot and bought it. The sales crew was top-notch I got an amazing deal and it did not take all day! I could not be more happy with the service the car or the value. Also the car they fixed runs like a dream. For as long as I live in Rolla I will go to them for all my car needs and suggest everyone else does the same.

Looking for a good ole arguement come on down where customer service is our last thing on our minds. 5 years ago tried to buy a car, they refused when they found out it was going in a gay biracial couple. So i just got a truck and was driving through so i stopped to see if they had any 5th wheel attachments. Well yet again they find any excuse to argue with me. Bye Rolla Ford never again

My dad took his F250 to get the AC repaired. It worked for 3 days. When he took it back today, they charged him to fix what they said they d already fixed. When you re having a record heat wave, it s not so great for the dealership to drop the ball on AC repairs!!
