Amazing Customer service! Kept me informed every step of the way! Even detailed my car when they were finished. Car looks bran new again after hitting a deer! 100 percent satisfied Highly recommended. They have state of the art equipment for calibrating vehicles with sensors. Good pricing, works well with insurance, friendly & care about each customer, we received our vehicle back in a week in mint condition! Thank you so much for such a worry free amazing service!

My husband and I can honestly say that if a collision claim can be positive, then I believe that Caliber Collision can provide that positive experience!!! Their customer service was top notch!! The repairs exceeded our expectations!! They even detailed our car! It looked absolutely brand new!! I never give reviews, but this service met ALL our expectations and needs! I am glad I chose Caliber Collision to work on my car after my not at fault accident. From the start I was informed of what my car needed as far as repairs, updated frequently on the status of my car and they finished the repair almost a week earlier than expected. When I picked up my car, they explained the do s/dont s after the repairs/paint and detailed my car so it looked and smelled brand new. I was able to drive to the shop in my rental car and drive out in my own.

Being rear ended and having to deal with insurance, rentals and vehicle damage was already stressful enough but Brandon made this experience as easy as possible with Caliber Collision from drop off to pick up. He provided updates with texts and calls so I always knew what the status was and what needed to be done still. They vacuumed and cleaned our vehicle too, so it looked brand new when I picked it up! They even helped me get my rental vehicle turned in as I picked up my vehicle after the rental place closed. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given and would recommend anyone to go there.

Nice car work but very shady. It starts off with not adding labor to the estimate. . Then bowling balls and the bowling bag, jacket and windshield ice cover were stolen from the car. Of course they deny liability and don't have cameras there. They admit to knowing the bowling balls were in there but said it was to heavy to move. My mom is 78 and moves it weekly for league bowling. Then they said we could leave the rental there and Enterprise would pick it up. So some how between dropping it off and Enterprise picking up the passenger side quarter panel, and wheel was damaged. I would not recommend them. They said it would take 3 days it took 7 days.

Great staff and service, they re super chill and had my car done in 2 days vs the week they initially predicted. I d definitely trust leaving my car here again.To give more detail- my car wasn t heavily damaged, just cosmetic scratches on my bumper and fender, but there was some repainting involved due to cracks in the paint. Even with the quick turnaround the paint is matched really well and sparkles just like brand new. There s some clear coat scratches I believe that I noticed but they re light and could probably come out with a compound and polish (and to be honest it matches the rest of the swirls on the car lol)They also have a detailer (great guy, had an awesome conversation with him) and he did a great job cleaning up my car, could definitely tell it came back cleaner than I got it minus the bird poop after sitting for a week, thanks insuranceThe staff was awesome throughout, very chill and overall it felt like the people doing the work are passionate about cars and actually enjoy the work they re doing.

I was informed of the status of the repair from the start to the finish and multiple time in between. I got the car back 2 days before the expected timeline. Great quality and they worked with my insurance company with ease. Great job to the entire TEAM.

Deer season usually brings us to get our vehicle fixed. This time was no exception.However, the service at Caliber was exemplary. Not only did we get an update by phone, email or text. We knew every step along the way.Thank you Caliber Collison, you have a customer for life!!

My car got fender bendered a few weeks ago and we decided to go through Calibur Collision. The work they did was absolutely incredible, It felt like I had a brand new car! Paige, the customer service representative, was phenomenal to work with. Very informative and professional. As well as Brandon, our chosen service provider, was also very professional and very helpful. Shout out to them and the guy who did a courtesy detail on the inside of my vehicle (sorry about the mess lol). 5/5 Would definitely recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work they did on the car was great but I had a GPS device on my dash that was stolen and they claimed to have no idea it was there and never to have seen it. Do not recommend using them.

They told me enterprise at Rolla would have me a car by Wednesday and when I finally got a hold of enterprise, they said they was waiting on my call and I cannot get a car now till the following Monday

Guy acted like he couldn't be bothered and annoyed I came in to get a bid on a dent from being backed into. Got 2 stars in stead of 1 just because he went ahead and gave it to me on the spot rather than making me get a appointment for the bid.
