Great service, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly people and good prices. My RV bearing wore out and they were able to get parts from California and fix it as promptly as possible. Every car service place needs to be like this.

Nice folks, and got me in quickly. I had 2 separate old trailer tires taken off and 2 new (used) put back on. The next day one of them went flat while in town ans had to take more time to get it reset. Not sure what happened cause one of the tires were good but it was an irritant more than anything. Neutral rating for the good customer service but bad experience that followed.

Great place, friendly people, the have a garage and service vehicles by appointment and they have a lot of livestock feed, meds and you should stop by and just see for yourself.

Not only do they get the job done and get it done right under respectable prices they are super friendly. Walmart has a 2 hour wait whereas Old man's gets the job done fairly quick, me and my dad both go here and have not yet had to wait to get our vehicles in. They are more than a car shop as well, they also sell farm and dog supplies,medicine, treats, and they have a few other neat items like earrings and paintings.

Came to Branson for vacation and the day we are to leave our truck won't start. These people fit us in on a Saturday and got us up and running in an amazing amount of time! The staff are all great friendly people!!! The cost was very reasonable!!!! I am so glad we walked away knowing we was treated right!

Me and my parents have known these wonderful people for years! They re always super friendly and ready to help when needed! Every time we go in they take care of us. Very affordable prices with tire changes, feed, and other things they carry in the shop! And not to mention, the cutest dogs! I would drive hours to have them change my tires just because of how amazing they are! And not to mention, pet friendly! The best tire place in the 417 I would say!!

Friendly service. People are super. Prices are good.we travel 38 minutes to go there. We have Chihuahuas and go once a month for dog treats. The dogs love them so they try to have them on hand. Great people.

We were passing by from leaving family's house in Kimberling city, headed back to Ohio when we blew a camper tire. I called this wonderful business and the woman on the phone was so sweet- said she had the tire we needed and they can get it on asap. We got there and quickly they went to work. We were there for maybe 30 minutes total, got lots of love from the shop dogs and were able to get back on the road. I wish we lived closer because their feed store is ideal for us! I highly recommend this store and their staff!

We have been a loyal customer when we used to live in Branson, MO. We always had a great experience with everyone works in The Old Man s Place. I will miss you guys.The most recent visit I had is when I visited my Mom in MO. I decided to have my trailer tires replace through them. Even though they were closed on Mondays, we came back the next day just to have them do my trailer tires. They set me up in the afternoon and completed the job according to schedule. Upon return to my Mom s place, I noticed that they also repaired all my 4 flickering lights and took care of the grounded wires without me getting charged for the extra job. Thank you very much and I really wished you are close by Texas so I can come back more often. Be well and keep up the great service to our community and transients.Jason

The staff here is always soooooo nice. They done everything they could to make sure we had a spare tire. We had to make a last minute trip to South Dakota and did not have a spare. We stopped it was on Saturday and they found us a spare and put it on our rim so we had a spare in case something happened. We also purchase our livestock products here. I absolutely love that if you need something and they do not have it, which isn't to often they can order what you need. Point blank an awesome place and great friendly staff!!! Thank You

We were on vacation in Branson and had to have our car towed. The hotel staff recommended Old Man's Place and we couldn't have been happier! It was towed at 9 am, they had it diagnosed before lunch and fixed by mid afternoon. Best of all they drove it back to the hotel for me, for a reasonable fee! Our vacation was basically uninterrupted! Highly recommend!

The folks at The Old Man's Place are great to do business with! Since they bought and started managing the place, every aspect of the business has improved dramatically! They bend over backwards to help find what you need, and prices are very competitive. It's my one stop place for tires, (new and used), auto repairs, livestock and pet feeds. And so much more! Really! Check them out! I highly recommend The Old Man's Place! Five Stars all the way!

This place was a lifesaver! Kevin and his crew saved the day after we lost a tire due to loose lug nuts on our travel trailer. New tire, wheel and new lug nuts - we were so fortunate to be close to them when this mishap occurred. Competent, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. Place is attractive, organized and they even sell farm fresh chicken eggs!

They have a nice place and very nice employees. I had a very good time there buying what I needed to get. They have a nice Tire place with seating and nice restrooms. They also have savings for animals food hey they have things for horses and cows. Also have other things like just got to see nice place.!

Kevin & Tracey Ball are so kind & helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They have a veterinarian visit monthly. They also do a great job on tire repair. I highly recommend this place!

Who would have thought that this outta the way place would have the emergency tire replacement when 6 big box stores didn't. 35.00 vs 165 and 2 day wait! Even offered to stay open later if we couldn't make it before closing. Thank you from Little Rock!

We went there to see the veterinarian that comes once a month. The vet and the staff at the store were very pleasant and helpful. We loved the decor in the store!

New owners are bad mouthing the old owner and say they will not warranty any accounts since they took over. I love the Old Man that ran this company but new people are terrible to work with. Very very disappointed, I would not recommend. Makes me sad because I have felt with Old Man Tire for over 15 years. Back to Ball and Prior Iin Golden Missouri I go :(

Nice little tire shop. Not many good old fashion places around but stayed open just for my friend who had a problem on the road and had the best big beef hide treats which my dog loved so much

Talk about amazing...i had a flat on my SUV on my way home from work, on a Friday and i arrived 4 minutes before closing...E excellent customer service...and great prices
