1st time we used JPs. Very knowledgeable people. They explained what our current situation was and how they could fix said issue. Dropped it off the night before and by 10am it was fixed! The shop is what you would expect, a bit of hometown finest. 10/10 recommended. Thanks guys for all you hard work!

Jason's the only person I trust in this area to work on my vehicles. He's honest and seems to genuinely care about his customers. They do quality work, and always call to give you prices and options before they start working on your vehicle. Highly recommend this shop.

On 12/8/23, I bought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to JP Automotive. I had Jason's crew put on new rotors and brake pads on my car. Jason and crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend this shop.

Jason and Dennis and his crew take care of all my vehicles and my granddaughter's vehicles. When a granddaughter is here from out of town and has any emergency he is usually able to get her in and take care of it. They are one of the few honest and reliable and professional auto repair shops left.

The best mechanics around. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Before they do anything they will advise you in what needs done and pricing. They are very friendly and if it is an emergency, they will help you out as fast as possible. Don't hesitate when it comes to your vehicles needs, call them. You won't regret it!

I'm new to this area, so it was my first time using JP Automotive. Jason did a outstanding job replacing my catalytic converter and muffler. I will definitely be using him for future needs. Fair prices and prompt service. Thanks JP Automotive

They replaced the ball joints on my F-150. Everything you could ask for. Reasonably priced, good work, finished in a timely manner. They found another small issue that I had not gone in for, informed me of the issue, took care of it, at no charge. I highly recommend JP Automotive.

Jason always has The customer in mind. He never takes advantage of you trying to sell your part you don't need, or charge you in outlandish price. I've had several of my cars down there and they always done me a great job at a reasonable price.

I had a clutch put in my truck by this shop and what a fantastic job they did. It was towed there and Jason told me right up front there was a few vehicles ahead of me and it might be a little bit before they could get to me and that s exactly how it was. I appreciated Jason being up front with everything about my truck so there were no surprises. The crew at this shop are a bunch of great guys and they sure know their business. If your vehicle needs fixed and you want it done right make your way to JP Automotive, like me you will be glad you did. To the fine young gentleman that took care of mine Thank You again. They was fast and efficient and very caring. We had our oil pan replaced, and they also gave us a brand new exhaust, so my kids and my wife and I didn't breathe in carbon monoxide. One of the few places that allowed me to buy my parts and just charged me labor. Overall a great experience. Only downside is they are booked all the time. That's how you know they are doing something right.Service: Oil change

Dropped my car off with a terrible noise as a work in as they stay very busy. They looked at it, diagnosed it and fixed it in less than 24 hours.It turned out to be a minor issue and was very affordable.So grateful especially to feel confident when I need help next time I will know where to go.

I was passing through and needed a trailer tire changed. They were extremely polite and professional and on top of that, they got me in quick and changed out my tire. Definitely a great business and I will continue to use them when I'm in town and need work done. Thank you guys.

I have been in this area for about 30 years. I have never been treated the way that I was treated here. They put my truck out one Friday evening for me to pick up after I got off, when I got there my driver window was sitting in the door sideways. They were already closed, so when i went back Monday, they told me that i had a bracket broken in my window. That's funny because I would put my window up and down everyday with no problem. The last thing they tried to do for me was fix my transmission pan leak,when i had to call Jason back for the third time because it was still leaking, he said that he couldn't get me in for a week. When I told him but this is a redo for the third time, he told me to take it somewhere else. So if you need anything done to your vehicle other than putting a wire on the fuel tank selector switch, i highly suggest you go right up the road and see Summer at The Garage. They know how to treat people, and they know how to work on vehicles and fix them the first time , and they are not rude and disrespectful.

My fianc� and I were on vacation in Branson, MO when he had car trouble. We were told it was a battery issue and although he needed a new battery that did not solve the issue. We were referred to JP's and another facility and we went with JP's. I'm so glad we did they were amazing!!! They fixed everything up for us the moment we showed up. The wheel bearing was busted and his mechanic missed it the week before. They got us on the road and for a fair price. Will always recommend them.

Yesterday I had a lot to get done, front rotor replacement and one turned break caliper, pads and a lower tie rod. Put about 200 miles on her today including offroad to the tiver bank and everything handled just right.

Purchased a used lawn mower from the man's son he was dream to work with got a really good price on what I needed. Mostly just needed one part off the mower but I will be scrapping the rest of it here in a little while.
