Tom was awesome to work with, he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable! I needed new tie rods and he got me in very quick, was fair, honest and saved me a bunch of money!

Its Saturday and not very many auto places open. My heat quit working. I called several places but they were either closed or booked and I need to get into today. The guy, I guess his name is Tom was very nice over the phone and said he was busy but was willing to take a look but wouldn't make any promises on being able to fix it today due to not know how severe the problem is....I am very grateful he was willing to look at it.. So drove my car to his shop which is on his property, like a detached garage. He said they were going to flushed the coolant hoses. It would have been a simple 10 min ordeal but his water hose was froze. So we had to wait for it to unthaw enough to have enough water pressure. I was very understanding. Once the hose was unthawed he did what he needed to do. However it did not fix or even make the issue any better. Heat still does not work and down $60, which seems very steep considering the issue wasn't even slightly improved at all. I understand paying for someones time. But $60 bucks! For no improvement or any real answers I feel ripped off! I was charged $50 for labor and $8 bucks for antifreeze which he literally just topped off what came out when flushing it. Not much at all! It was full when I came.....so moral of the story $60 buck issue not fixed or improved at all!
