I recently purchased a gorgeous 2018 Chevrolet Equinox from Ozark Chevrolet. Wade Bailey was my salesman and he was awesome. I went into the dealership knowing which cars I wanted to learn more about and he didn't try to fast-talk or high pressure me into something that I couldn't afford. He allowed my family and I to test-drive the vehicles by ourselves which I really appreciated and answered all of my questions. I didn't buy anything my first time at the dealership and Wade didn't act aggravated when I was walking out the door like two other dealerships that I had visited. He kept in touch the next day and I went back the day after that and bought the Equinox. There is a chip in the windshield that Wade is having filled for free and the dealership put new tires on which is so wonderful. Perhaps the most important thing for me in dealing with Wade is that he is a Christian man and a family man so I didn't feel like he was trying to cheat me like at some of the other dealerships i visited. I felt like he spoke truth and I got a beautiful, safe vehicle at a good price. Also, thank you to the young man who worked out the financing and got me a good interest rate! I really appreciate it!

We had a great experience at Ozark Chevrolet during our car buying process. Although we didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership, the experience alone was worth writing a 5-star review. Andrew took great care to answer all our questions while walking the lot and during the test drive. He was respectful of our timetable and our decision. It was a relaxed atmosphere without any pressure, totally different than most car-buying situations. If you're looking for a car, especially a Chevy, check out Ozark FIRST!

I have been looking for a new car off & on for maybe the last 6 months. In 2021, my husband bought his car at Ozark Chevy with Wade Bailey & had a great experience. I began shopping more seriously with the intent to buy about 2 months ago. I started with the specific vehicle I wanted, & then would go see them wherever they were. I didn't fell totally comfortable with any of those interactions. So I turned to Wade, let him know what type of car I'm wanting, my non-negotiables, & my budget. He has been working with me for about a month or so trying to find me the right car. Last week he texted me that they just got a Chevy Equinox in that was $1200 under budget & he thinks I might like it. So my husband & I went for a test drive. I really appreciate how we didn't feel any pressure to buy, he even said "take as little or as much time as you need." Working with Wade at Ozark Chevy made buying my first car less stressful & actually an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ozark Chevy, & in the future when my family needs a vehicle, we will definitely be working with Wade again. Also Kyle the finance guy didn't make us feel any pressure on warranties, actually meet l let us make the decision (unlike another dealership that had a car I was considering). Extremely pleased. I went in for an oil change and left with and upgraded 24 Trailblazer. Hank was wonderful to work with and didn t push anything I didn t want. He also worked to stay at my price point and understood my financing needs. Thank you Ozark Chevy!!!

We had a great experience at ozark Chevrolet! Our sales man wade Bailey answered all my questions over the phone and had the truck up front waiting for me when I showed up! Everything went fast and easy and not at all pushy like most dealers! Thank you Wade for selling me a great truck!

I just bought an absolutely beautiful new vehicle today from the Ozark Chevrolet dealer. It was the best car buying experience I ve ever had and it s all thanks to Jenny!! Of course the entire Ozark Chevrolet team was amazing but Jenny was truly a gem!! She was so help, understanding, patient, and had the best attitude. She really helped me find the ONE . I was backed into in a parking lot, so needed damage fixed. I only have one car, and take my grandchildren to school each morning because their Mom is a teacher and a widow and has to be to work earlier. Ozark Chevy allowed me to have a loner car so I did not have to rent a car while mine was getting repaired. I was very grateful to get the loner and they fixed my car in 4 days. Excellent service, love Ozark Chevy!!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Ozark Chevrolet. We worked with Wade and we couldn t have had a better experience. He was very welcoming from the beginning and very professional. We never felt like Wade was trying to do anything besides get us the best deal we could get for the vehicle we wanted. From start to finish we had a very smooth and honest process. We will definitely be returning when it s time to purchase another vehicle.

Could not ask for a better experience. They got me in quick did the repairs fast and correctly. and for a reasonable price. The staff in service was professional and friendly as usual. I drive by at least 2 or 3 GM dealers to go to Ozark Chevrolet because I trust them to do me right.

Jody and her team in the service department are just tremendous. I recently had a vehicle in for service that was a challenge for both of us and they handled it beautifully. I wanted to thank Ryan as well for his work and patience. In closing, even though the resolve isn't what we all strived for, the experience was fantastic. I took my truck in for a check engine light to have diagnostics ran. They called me just a short time after dropping it off and said that they had found an unplugged sensor that was causing the light to come on. They told me I could come pick up my truck and there would be no charge, when I get there to pick it up, I was even more pleasantly surprised because they did not even charge me for the diagnostic test. I will definitely go back if I have any issues at any time. Great service

To begin, I would like to thank Levi in the sales department for finding me the Beetle of my dreams that I could afford and Wyatt in the financial department for helping me get a loan for this beauty! As a hospice caregiver and a full time computer science student it s not easy to find the time to do all the comparisons shopping also I m so glad to be out of my old unsafe 1999 Toyota Corolla that was on its last leg. Also might I say that Levi was such a great salesman his coughing and restlessness set me at ease and his demeanor when it comes to customers is top notch. He took extra care that my dream car was in pristine condition by not allowing me or my family to sit in the car until we brought it up and even then his constant presence made me feel so much better knowing that someone was constantly hovering over me while shopping. It s nice to know that class means everything to these fine gentlemen and they will stop at nothing to keep underserving poor people out of their vehicles. After all if you don t know someone who could co sign your loan you re obviously too poor to own a vehicle so it s nice that they remind people of that every chance they get. So if your in the market for a new car and you have generational wealth I highly recommend Chevy of Ozark

I had been looking for a Chevy Colorado for some time. I found just what I wanted online. It's certified pre-owned and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Very satisfied with the treatment and professionalism from Wade Bailey and staff. Highly recommend!

Wade has been working with me for over a year now trying to find a blue Chevy crew cab truck.Finally this past Thursday we talked and Friday I came in to buy it. I can only say that he has become a friend and guided me to the perfect truck. He is not pushy to sell but gives sound advice and he goes out of his way to help me. I just got a 2015 Chevy Malibu and my experience was amazing! Wayne Bailey was my sales man. He answered every one of my questions, gave me a tour of the store, and worked with me though and though. As a first time buyer I had no problems understanding what was happening and what the next step was because he explained it very well. I highly recommend him!

I travel a lot, and I have been turned down by dealers that are already booked up, but when I arrive at Ozark Chev they know I don't have an appointment because I really can't be monitoring the dashboard to make a plan for the next oil change, and I don't have to tell them that I'm here to save them from boredom because I am one of the many challenges they take every day. They don't even say "we're booked up". They just take care of business, and by the end of the day everybody is happy. Thank you, guys

I bought a used vehicle from Ozark Chevrolet and the experience at the dealership was great. Very experienced and personable sales people. My reason for the low review is because I was informed that a complete service was done on the vehicle and there were no known issues. A couple months after purchase (less then 2,000 miles later), I began having brake problems, and that's when I noticed they never inspected the brakes. Though replacing brakes is usually not a difficult job to do, there was no way this vehicle should have been sold to a customer as the rear brakes were completely gone! And no, there was no mechanical problem; just completely worn out brakes. My advice when purchasing any used vehicle is to be sure to verify what's being said to you is indeed accurate, and take it upon yourself to look at the easy stuff, like brake wear... My overall experience with Ozark Chevrolet has been decent, but I am disappointed about this issue. Lesson learned!

5-star experience all the way! If you are looking for top-notch service and a fair price, with no pressure, ask for Wade Bailey at Ozark Chevrolet. In a nutshell, he is someone you will immediately not only like, but trust. No "hard sell", no "let me check with my manager". He genuinely cares about you and your experience. The experience of buying a truck was simple, efficient and pleasant. At no time did we feel like he would pressure us. In addition, Wade is someone we know we can ask questions of in the future, and he will give us an honest, knowledgable answer.

I love that I get a printed explanation of everything that was inspected. It is also a huge plus to know what will need to be addressed in the near future. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with water, coffee and even some snacks. The very best service that I have ever had at a dealership!

The service team was great! They helped me select the best tires for my car, provided reference material for my options, ordered the tires I selected, got them in quickly, and scheduled me quickly to get them installed. They understood I needed force balancing for my Corvette and made sure it happened. I could not be happier.

Everyone we interacted with was helpful. From our salesman who helped us find our car to the salesman who helped us finish the purchase. Including the manager who made sure that our EV credit was taken care of and the finance department who got us a better interest rate then our pre-approval. The process was easy and I love my new car.
