My experience was a bit of a roller coaster. I showed up looking to trade 2 vehicles and to get into a Bronco, I test drove and agreed to purchase a 2021 Bronco Sport. Signed all the paper work and left with the agreement to come back in two days with both of my vehicles and pick up the Bronco. Upon arrival I was informed I was sold a vehicle that was already sold to someone else. This of course was disappointing but they did what they could to make it right. I ended up in another Bronco Sport that had about 25,000 less miles on it for the same price the they had offered me for the original Bronco I had agreed to purchase. All in all they made it right and I still got the car I wanted. Brett my salesman was a delight to work with and I am happy to say I am apart of the James River Ford family.

Fred, my salesman, was awesome! He helped me with purchasing my Ford Bronco, and made the buying process easy and he s pretty funny too! Scott, the sales manager was pretty great also! All around good experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership and these 2 gentlemen in purchasing a vehicle!

I specifically ask for Brett Williams when I am shopping for a car. He helped me with my daughter s 2019 Toyota Corolla two years ago. I now have counted on him again to get me through this car buying process. I drove my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude home last night with comfort knowing I bought the best vehicle for my family. He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a vehicle from James River Jeep, just call him he can help you on that lot as well.

My husband and I truly love James River Ford, we ve bought our last two vehicles from Tom and we won t ever take our business elsewhere. James River Ford, whether it s the sales or maintenance department, always takes care of my family and we can trust what they tell us, unlike the big dealership in Springfield. We ve always had such a great experience at this dealership and plan to come back for years to come!Thank you for all you do guys!

My wife brought in a 16 ford fusion to check about an oil leak that started after the engine had been replaced here. The service writer tells us they have never touched that part of the engine where to oil is coming from. The service manager said he told them to put oil die in the car and bring it back later.This is where it breaks down.The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.Service writer tells us it's around $1500 or more to fix the oil leak because they never touched the leaking part before, total denial of ever touching the oil separator during the engine change.1500 to fix an oil leak is alot so we go to a local shop in our area.After talking with service manager we find out there is no record of the oil die or that we came in and even spoke to service writer.I WOULD NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR WORK,Hope after all the improvements and construction the right hand finds the left to fix problems like this. All of this could have been avoided if we could have found out the truth. All of this over an o-ring.We will not be back for any reason.No thanks, very disappointed.

We had the BEST experience yesterday at James River Ford. I actually started the shopping process online, where I put in for trade in information, and Brett immediately sent a message and was ready to help! He sent me multiple cars I was interested in and worked to find exactly what I was looking for, within price and including features I wanted. We were able to go in yesterday and I actually completely changed my mind on what I wanted! He found us a BEAUTIFUL Bronco that I instantly fell in love with. He did a GREAT job thoroughly explaining all the ins and outs of this car. When we decided it was the one, we ran into a few obstacles getting the price we wanted for trade in, but Brett and Fred worked SO hard to get us to a play where we were comfortable. We are so happy with our new Bronco and we were beyond impressed with the wonderful service we received. Beyond car shopping with Brett, working through payments with Brett and Fred, we also had a wonderful experience with the financial manager, Scott, and had another (I believe his name was Tyler) introduce himself and ask if he could help in anyway. They all offered us water, coffee, snacks, anything to make us more comfortable and enjoy our time going through the car buying process. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to James River Ford! We had an absolutely incredible experience.As an added bonus, we REALLY enjoyed getting to know Brett throughout this process. I was reading other reviews and noticed not everyone cares to build a relationship. We shared some of our personal lives with him which opened up to some beautiful conversations. He was able to share his testimony, as we are fellow believers and we re open about our beliefs, and we were able to connect on a personal level and create a space to understand that through this process, we are positively impacting someone s life (and same goes for him, and all the other salesman). It meant so much to us to connect on a personal level and know that we were not just another customer being pushed to buy. He truly wanted to help us find what was best for our family while not sacrificing the features that were important to me.

The Best buying experience i have ever had. Fred my salesman was a rockstar. He is usually over at the other dealership and made many special trips to help me buy the Ford I wanted. There was an issue with the infotainment system when I bought the truck. Fred went straight to work on getting it resolved. Logan the GM went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right and that I was taken care of the entire time. Fred continually kept me up to date on what was going on. This Service after the sale is something I have not seen in a very long time. This dealership and their people have good morels and values. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend you check out The James River Family and ask for Fred.

My husband and I were struggling to get help with financing so I reached out on facebook, Tyler Buechler responded and immediately went to work helping us to get financed. Let me tell you it was no easy task, Tyler helped me through the whole process making sure I was getting what I wanted. My husband and I are so thankful for all the hard work Tyler did for us! I cracked a side window on my truck which is not a routine event but I needed it replaced. James River Ford quoted me the price and said the window woud arrive in a couple of days. I appreciated the tech telling me he would give me a call in the event the window did not arrive when expected. The windows arrived on time, the installation was perfect and I am a HAPPY customer!

We just bought a new explorer from James River Ford. Tyler Buechler made the sales process fast and easy. He answered all our questions while accommodating all our family s needs during the sale. We had our kids with us during the sale. He handled this great by providing some toy cars, and offering all snacks we could need! Our family definitely recommends working with Tyler and the rest of the team at James River Ford.

I am 67 years old and have purchased many new and used cars during my lifetime.This is the first time that I ve purchased one online and without actually seeing it or driving it.I could not be more pleased.The young man who I worked with from start to finish was Logan Baldwin and I can tell you that I probably would not have purchased an unseen F-150 Limited were it not for his knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns.The process was painless and 3 days after we made the deal, a trailer pulled up to my house with the truck.It was in perfect condition.I would highly recommend Logan for any vehicle purchase that you are considering.

It actually really bothers me that a dealership will sell a vehicle out from under you without a courtesy call or an offer to secure the vehicle while you are working to purchase it.I had searched through hundreds of listings to find this vehicle with the mileage, price, and accessories, that were important to me and that I needed. I Invested hours into test driving it and working with the sales person. I shared my interest in it and had questions about fixing few issues that were pending. We ran out of time and I had to go back to work, but we left it knowing I was coming back to finish the purchase.Before even receiving a call, or right of first refusal, or even a warning to put money down to continue pursing it, I get a text that the vehicle is sold. But they have similar vehicles available. They don t.It s disappointing to have invested so much time and energy only for the dealership to treat you that way. Back to the search. But crossing this dealership of my list of resources.

Best car buying experience we ve had in many years. Efficient, quick, thorough and comprehensive. Salesman knew his product and enlightened us about all the features. Finance person was likewise on top of everything. I d highly recommend James River Ford to anyone anticipating a new or used vehicle. Prices are fair and inventory is great. This is the first dealership I ll go to when I need to purchase another vehicle.

I had the most incredible experience at James River Ford in Ozark. Brett was the best to work with from first meeting me at my car to the actual getting to drive away in my car. Drove down after talking with Tyler Buelcher about an online purchase. We were greeted promptly upon arrival. However Tyler was busy so he turned us over to Fred Herzog. This little act shows so much respect for customer service. How many dealership try to hold you hostage? Not these guys!! Fred was very polite, professional, and attentive. We hit some speed bumps but worked through them and ultimately made us Happy Happy Customers. These guys are class acts!!

If you are in need of a vehicle go talk to Brett! He is your man. He was amazing put up with me all day test driving then was patient with me when deciding which vehicle I wanted and made the whole process completely enjoyable and easy. Was also super good with my kiddos when it came time to signing all the paperwork.

I live right next to James River Ford so I thought I would give them a chance because I see their inventory everyday and liked what I was seeing. I worked with Brett and he found a Kia Optima that was right in my budget while still being waaay cooler than I ever thought I could afford. I did my due diligence and visited other dealers but couldn't find a better deal or experience than I had at James River Ford. Brett heard what little concerns I had and after driving it for a day long trial period I was happy to go forward with the purchase. Great deals, great guys, and great experience at James River Ford.

Brett help my choose My Bronco . I originally wanted a blue but ended up getting a silver . He was really helpful and nice . He made it very easy for me and gave me whatever information I needed. 30 days later he still checks up on me to see how the car is doing and how I m liking it . I love my new car . GO SEE HIM to purchase your new car .

We went in with 4 kiddos with us and everyone there was amazing with the kids they were printing off coloring pages they were very patient with us and the kids! They don't check their used vehicles before getting them on the lot. If I wanted something with tons of issues I would go to any random car lot in the area. Go to Corwin and get a vehicle that has had multiple things checked. I've bought a few vehicles from them with issues. If you take something in they just reset everything and don't actually fix the issue. Bought two trucks both with issues right after leaving. One had a ton of problems and we took it to a different shop. We had taken it in before a different Ford shop to just get it checked over and maintenance and boom tons of problems. So it's been in the shop most of the time we have had it. These were issues the other shop had found and weren't even looking for them. Just imagine if James River would really check them over. The other truck screen wouldn't function hardly. Took it in and and they really just seem to act like we're overreacting. Reset it. It worked somewhat halfway after that but still doesn't work even close to correctly. At this point we don't even want to deal with them. They probably just want our warranty to kick in so we can pay a deductible. Yeah we should have to pay because a shop can't even take time to check it over. We'll they won't see our business again and I will be sure people in the area know our experience. They do not care after you sign those papers. Go elsewhere.Edit to reply: we will be calling. We did tell the salesman. Also the record of sales would be last name Maldonado. I'm sure you will find the sales. We have plenty of feedback.
