My entire family chooses Napa over any other auto parts store. There very nice n inderstaunderstandingVrs O'Reilly Auto Parts store you walk in there and ask him a question as a woman and they look at you like you're retarded and dumbfounded makes the situation very uncomfortable, they're not nice either so I give Napa a solid five stars. They're nice their attitude is positive they're understanding with women Etc thank you

My go to place here in town for parts. Keith is a outstanding guy and is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for the customer. No mistakes, they all do there. Good company in a small community.

It was an amazing experience, the person behind the counter went above and beyond to help me make sure that my wiper fit properly. He even came out in the rain to make sure that it was secure before we left. Top notch service.

Great people. Moving across the country - Store was closed but they opened the doors for us to replace our broken windshield wiper in pouring rain. They made sure we were good to go- can t thank them enough

Great parts people ! One of the few auto parts stores around that the employees actually know about vehicles and farm equipment. They will go to extreme measures to get what you need . Great quality parts . A little higher on most things than O'Reilly's but you get what you pay for .

Worst auto parts store I ve ever been too personally. We can price match if we want to .:..but refuse to price match an over priced code scanner. Orielys across the street was super helpful EDIT: after receiving the help we needed from orielys we found the code scanner 1/2 the price at Walmart
