I bought 2 tires there. A couple weeks later a wheel flew off on the highway. I had to be towed because the lugs were damaged. Spent the night at a hotel out of town while the repair shop located parts and repaired my truck. Had to locate a replacement wheel . Now this shop refuses to compensate me for my expenses. Manager claims the regional manager denied my claim. Stay away from any Plaza Tire as they won't stand behind their work

Selected my tires on-line Monday. First available appointment time was Thursday. Arrived 5 minutes early for my 10:00 am appt (2/29) and was told We don t have your tires . Was then told When you do this (on-line) this isn t really an appointment . My confirmation states At the following appointment time(s): 2/29/2024 10:00 am. Decided to go elsewhere. Don t waste your time with these people. Learn from my mistake.

I called the day before to get a set of tires for my car and they were able to get an appointment for me the next day. The man at the counter was friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in the shop. They got my car in right away and was done within the alloted time they quoted me. The service was good. I was recommended to Plaza Tire by a friend that had used then a few times in the past. They were pleased with the service they had recieved and I was too.

I am new to area and this my first visit. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the help I received. I came to have a slow leak in tire which was taken care of in a prompt manner. They also answered some questions I had. I do believe this will be my place to go for the services they provide. Great experience guys!!

I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change, check all fluids and a tire rotation. Check in eas easy, I arrived before 2:00, my car was taken right in to be serviced. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I left to have lunch at a local restaurant, went back to Plaza Tire at 3:00 and my car was ready.Great service . Thank you Plaza Tire.

I got new tires a year ago September. Always professional. Honest and upfront. No hidden cost!I like the team work that is displayed among the employees. They are the best!!!

Friendly and courteous employees. I found a nail in my tire late in the afternoon but they squeezed in a repair for me any way. Dealing with a flat tire in the morning before work would not have been fun! Thank you!

Gave plaza a call. They had the size tire in stock I was looking for. Came in and got them installed. Customer service was great! Installation was fast! Tires look and drive great! Will be back in for a set on my other vehicle soon.

I came in without an appointment and toward the end of the day. My tire wouldn t hold air, and I knew the spare wasn t going to hold on long. As a single mom with tired little kids, they took us right in and were beyond helpful and patient with us. I will forever recommend Plaza Tire and will return for all of my tire needs from here on out.

These folks provide great service both on the vehicle and customer service. They communicate clearly and schedule appointments. Always on time. Have purchased tires and also do our oil changes with them. I believe you will be pleased.

Alex the assistant manager was my salesman. You would know they were busy I went ahead and scheduled an appointment took an hour and a half to have four wheels and tires mounted and balanced and nitrogen added. Great customer service definitely be back.

I had some major issues with my car and of course took it into Nixa Plazs Tire. Heath went beyond what I expected! My car runs perfectly and only needs regular maintenance now. I brag and suggest this place all the time. Thank you Plazs Tires!

My car broke down at a stoplight and luckily they were right next door. I went in and they helped me get it to the shop. It was an expensive fix (it would have been anywhere) and the manager, I believe his name is Heath, was soooo kind and understanding. He wasn t pushy on getting extra services and did a great job reassuring me it was gonna be okay! He is an amazing manager and business rep!

This location was great! I was a walk in needing to get a flat tire replaced. My tires are a rare size. Not only did they have one in stock, they had a full set. I needed to replace my tires anyway so I had them all replaced in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly too. Overall a great experience!

Up until today have gone to this location for all tire needs since they moved into Nixa. The way they treated my wife today is unacceptable. The manager Heath talks down to women and doesn t stand by the warranties on the tires they sell. Bought 80,000 mile tires two years ago. Have 40,000 miles on said tires. Told my wife warranties are based on 12-15k miles per year and we needed to buy new tires. Unacceptable answer. Then to treat my wife like a child when she questions the warranty, unacceptable. Take your business somewhere else. This location was so pleasant before this current manager took over.

I had a nail in the car tire. PTS technicians fixed my tire quickly even though I did not have an appointment. I really appreciated the customer focus and speedy help! I will likely buy new tires from this shop next time

I made an APPOINTMENT at 1:00pm for a simple oil change and ONLY an oil change. Got there on time, it took 30 min to get the vehicle in the shop. After I waited another 45 min on top of the 30, I went to see what was going on in the garage and I see 4 mechanics all standing next to each other talking and smoking. They weren t even touching my vehicle. Finally after watching them stand there for 10 min I got the guy to attend to me at the desk and I asked why they ve been doing an inspection shining flashlights at my front tires when I asked for only an oil change. He walked out there looking to find the 4 mechanics who weren t even in the garage to see what the deal was. He comes back and I see them walk in to finally start draining my oil after 1 hour and 30 min. Mind you at this time there was nobody in the lobby and no other vehicles in the garage. I then asked they re just now draining my oil? He responded with Buddy it s a Friday. So it took 1 hour 45 min for an oil change that I could ve done in my driveway in 30 min or less. My company has spent a lot of money there with 5-6 different vehicles on my account with Nixa Plaza Tires. We closed the account and took our business elsewhere. Joke mechanics

Very disappointed with service. Spent a pretty penny on new tires and brakes. Got home and noticed the wheels are scratched up from them balancing the tires. Their response was that just happens .
