No help at all, they said they can t change the battery out because they would have to remove the air filter to get to battery.

This is probably my second time actually needing something from this store, of course i ve been there because one of my buddies works there and i talk with him often there. But this time was different, he wasn t working. I walked in and was instantly greeted by Jared, he asked what i needed and immediately took time out of what he was doing to help me find the best product for what i was doing. Jared s customer service was amazing and the dude is just an all around good guy it seems. Wonderful store ran by wonderful people.

Jared was a lifesaver today as he helped identify my dying battery, find the best replacement and then installing it. Chrysler Pacificas don t make changing a battery easy but he was persistent and saw the job through to completion! Over the winter I had a similar positive experience with Ethan when the struts in my traverse went out. The team here is always so friendly and helpful!

Whether you are keeping an old car on the road or doing regular maintenance on a newer vehicle this is the right place for great service, great parts and helpful advice. I have been to this O'Reillys many times and haven't had a bad experience even when exchanging parts under warranty. It is refreshing to find great customer service every time I shop.

I just want to brag on the team members at this O reilly s Auto Parts Store. Michael helped me find the right headlight for my car -and- he was kind enough to put it in for me. He deserves a pat on the back from his manager for a job well done! Every time I have came to this store, the employees always treat me like a valued customer. You all deserve some praise. Thank you so much!

I was a little perplexed tonight with my visit to what is my go-to store. I came in looking for a specific product and when I could not find it I expected that the staff would perhaps help me find an alternative.Instead, when I did ask they simply told me that what I saw was all that they had.I think that those of us who come to O Reillys do so because we have an expectation of excellent service and sincere customer careIt really does matter and my hope is that that does not go away.

Thank you so much to Asst Manager Matthew for helping me get a new battery and being willing to go the extra mile to install it (because the battery was being covered by part of the dash) so it had to be removed along with the wipers. He went out of his way to assist me and now has me as a customer for life at the Nixa location! Thank you Bill, Matthew and Michael for all your assistance!

The shop was fine but the younger kid Ethan was useless. He didn t know what to do about my flat tire and had to ask someone else for help.

Didn't have exactly what I needed but a suitable alternative was researched and offered. Was skeptical about the alternative battery being a correct fit but, it worked out beautifully once it was installed. Very pleased with their knowledge, willingness to help and the overall customer experience. Will definitely be back to the Nixa store in the future. Kudos to the young men that helped me! I am a female with very limited knowledge of the automotive world. I have never changed a tire or replaced anything. I have my car serviced by paying others to do it. With that being said, I wasn't treated like an inept woman. I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service which included taking time to explain my options. The store was busy with other customers and I could've easily been brushed off as some retail establishments are quick to do these days especially with the younger generation at the helm. I am very impressed and pleased with the younger generation at this store. Very respectful, very willing to help, was given the right part at the right time at an affordable price. I have never had a bad experience at the Ozark store but my experience at The Nixa store was EXCEPTIONAL and I will be going to them in the future. Keep up the great work, us "girly girls" appreciate and THANK YOU for it.

The team at O'Reilly in Nixa has always been helpful. Today was no exception. The young man who helped me, Aiden, was very nice. He checked to see what code was causing my check engine light to be on, talked to me in terms I could understand without talking down to me, explained my options for batteries and warranties and turned a stressful situation into something manageable. Thank you.

Friendly staff and great customer service needed a headlight replaced they had it in stock installed it for me and was back on the road and at a great price will always go to o Reilly for all my auto parts needs

Needed a quart of oil for the company vehicle. Staff member was very helpful with checking the oil and even put it in for me so I wouldn't trash my uniform. Excellent service!

Friendly customer service and pretty much everything you need to get work done on your vehicle. I've changed my brakes all with their tools that I used for the day for free. Free battery installation. Great business.

Went up there this week.....every day......all week to purchase brake lines/fittings for my boat trailer that is made by a company that is no longer in business any more. Obviously no way for them to cross reference parts and brake parts are hard to figure out. They went out of their way to get me handled. Spent at least 2 hrs with me over the course of 3-5 days. Pretty sure inside they cringed each time I walked in. Great job guys. You EARNED my business.

Tripped and almost broke my skull due to merchandise just in the middle of the aisles. As I asked for a part was informed they did not have it in stock, After being sent around I found out she was looking up the wrong part entirely and wasted a bunch of time, gas, and almost medical bills.

Went to my O Reilly store in nixa after a bad 2 hours for a warrent recall at Hyundai store. They lost my paper work, couldn't find my car and they were busy with other problems. I had broken my rear whipper holder and they were going to charge me after buying a 50.00 part from them.calledoreilly and they said they could put it on for me. I went in ,in 10 minutes or less they had that put back together. I purchase new silicone wipers for front expense but do a great job and no noise. Everything they told me was right on. Will go back.

They checked my battery and didnt need one. They didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. I cannot say the same for the dealership. Earlier the same day they told my wife she needed a new battery costing $310. Thank you O'Reilly's for being honest.

Nice men working always ask u bout ur day or cracking jokes but there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. Clean for being all men but no toilet paper luckily there were paper towels I could use but we all know nice paper towels r to wipe with..... Lol other wise great men usually working. Good job men.

Friendly staff, price matched Walmart on my oil. It would be easier if O'Reilly didn't try to charge twice as much for the same oil. But they took care of it and I'll go back again.

Tyler, the manager was extremely helpful! I needed a new battery, and he checked to make sure it was a battery that I needed, and not an alternator. He said, my alternator was good, and replaced my battery right there on the spot. Thank you, Tyler!

This place is pretty consistent. If you need help, they're going to give it to you. They'll take their time. This means, of course, that there's always a pretty good wait to checkout.

I have to write this because of the experience I had with an associate named Lestat. I needed a wiring harness for a trailer brake controller in my Nissan Frontier. I called Nissan first...no luck. I called 5 different local trailer sales and service companies, 3 of O'Reilly's not to be named competitors (one of whom I did all my previous business with), Orschelens, Tractor Supply, and even Uhaul towing and hitch...nothing. I called O'Reilly's as a last resort.Lestat, went way above and beyond the call of duty to investigate and research the exact nature of the harness connection I needed. Without a known part number, and nothing showing up on a Nissan Frontier search in the system, it was, in fact, nearly 45 minutes of looking through what was seemingly hundreds of harness connectors until he found it. They did not have this unusal part in stock at the store, but thankfully there were 2 of them at the distribution center in Springfield. He put in the order and it was delivered to the store at 7:30 a.m. the next day. I picked it up and it worked perfectly.Had it not been for Lestat and his unwavering determination, I may never have found this part for my truck. He did not give up like everyone else I spoke to that day. So, O'Reilly's, because of Lestats intense focus on customer service, he alone brought this customer back from years of doing business with one of your competitors. He is truly an asset to your store and the customers that walk through your doors in Nixa.

They don't have everything but no one does. They are under staffed and always busy. When it is your turn they will help you above and beyond most places. Like anywhere there are key individuals that will make or break your experience. Satisfied customer.
