You guys were great!! Andy your awesome. Russ thank you for helping me with the abs sensor! Tina for helping me out the door with my sleepy little one! I went in for a Intoxalock device removal. I mentioned that I had an ABS sensor going off. It was just a cut wire. They were able to rewire it get me back on the road and I did not spend an arm and a leg they truly are the best around. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them for all of my issues in the future because I trust what they had to say to the other customers that were in the waiting room as well. They are very informative, very personable, and their honest good people I highly recommend this shop. Thank you again InfinityMotorsports Maggie and Heidi.

They absolutely RUINED my brakes when I went for a brake pads change. After the brake pads change, my truck almost caught fire because of their faulty work, and I had to take it back to them (big mistake, I would have spent less money just paying someone else to fix their poor work).Then they upsold me on a bunch of other parts and fixes that they claimed was the issue (the issue was that they did the job wrong to start with, but wouldn't admit it, and instead they tried to bleed me dry pretending it was just other repair problems).After weeks of paying them to fix what they broke, none of those repairs fixed anything at all and I left with a vehicle in worse condition than I took it to them. And I was out a ton of money and time from having to take cabs and busses while they kept my vehicle for all those weeks.Three years later and the brakes are still screwed up despite me shelling out buckets of money to numerous other mechanics trying to fix what this place broke.My brakes will never work correctly or safely again, thanks to this absolute scam of a "mechanic".When I saw they closed down their location in Springfield off Campbell and Plainview, I thought good riddance. But apparently they just moved locations, so I feel this warning is needed for other women.Do. Not. Trust. These dudes. With your vehicle, ladies.

Absolutely hands down the best automotive service ever. Andy and Scott Grand mazing they let me know the details of everything called me and advanced they just did an excellent job and I will always return when I need to. They're highly highly recommended.

We have been using these guys for 7 years now. They always take care of us. They take the time to explain what s going on and what the options are. There is no pushing for extra services. They are friendly and honest people. Andy has been a great honest mechanic for our family!! He replaced our alternator! Also fixed an issue with my knobs for my heater/ac. Provided quote to fix cruise control too! Amazing service. We ve done drop off and repair while waiting at the shop! Both were perfect and convenient for our situation! Example: my toddler was napping in car seat, he drove my car in, left it running, fixed what he needed to, and we left, nap was uninterrupted!! Amazing!!! This momma instantly decided to leave this review after my 3rd visit!! He even finished super fast so I m currently getting a Starbucks typing this out because guess what, I m not running late as usual! We take all of our cars to Infinity any time we have trouble. We've had belts replaced, alternators replaced, fuel pumps, you name it, and all of the repairs were done quickly and correctly with excellent communication the whole time. They're up front about pricing with no surprise charges after everything's been completed. Honest, hardworking people who have our business for life.

Great service and mechanical expertise. I have an older car that s mostly driven to car shows. Several area mechanics declined to even look at my AC problem. The guys at Infinity fixed the problem in a timely manner at a fair price. I ll definitely be returning! Thank you!

My car doesn't work right now. Was told my starter is bad after having ignition work done. Changed my starter, it still doesn't work right, Bubba!Here are a few pictures of the finish work you can expect from them as well. Couldn't be bothered to put my trim back right? What is that supposed to say about what they did underneath the trim.

This is the only place I take my vehicles when I can't repair them myself. Great family owned business, and they aren't just trying to pick your pockets like most other mechanics. They are very affordable and have great communication.

This is a Great Place... Andy will work with you to fix your car problems the best and least expensive way... They know what they are doing and will not try to add on expenses when not needed. Their new location behind GodFathers Pizza in Nixa is a big improvement from their old facilities. I would recommend them, if you are looking for a good mechanic.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went in to have my airbag system error diagnosed. I was so impressed by Andy because I let him know I was making the repairs myself to save money, and he put in several hours to find out what was wrong. I took his advice, changed the parts out and it is now fixed. I went back to see how much it would be and he said, "No charge, just bring me a little business in the future," Thank you Infinity Motorsports!

Went here to just rent a U-Haul and it was quick and painless. Ended up needing it for longer and they were more than willing to work with me. They actually provided way better service than the actual U-Haul near Campbell and Battlefield!

Infinity Motorsports is a great place to go. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of anything worked on their vehicle and someone they can trust! My boyfriend referred me to these guys and told me I would be in great hands. He was right! These guys took care of me and I WAS in great hands! They got my vehicle done in time so I can start my new job! My car was a little project with about 9 hour labor, engine work that other machanic s declined, and also drivable. After explaining to Andy what was going on and he suggested getting it towed(even though it ran) so it didn t do any more damage and referred to 417 Towing.I am so glad I listened to him so I didn t cause anymore damage and Andy s Uncle with 417 Towing, had great customer service and afforadable as well.Also, the guys let me knew about some issues I was already having and was honest.Gave me some tips and enjoyed their presence. THANK YOU Andy, the machanic (sorry forgot his name) and everyone else who worked together to fix my vehicle. My car had to get towed her due to intox-a-lock problems, they were super friendly and helpful showing me how to use the device, I ended up having problems again with it and Andy went above and beyond came down the road to my location a made sure that he showed me a better way Blowing into the interlock device and stayed with me until my car would start...really awsome down to earth caring people

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING! This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered!My daughter took my 2013 Dodge Journey to them a year ago to have an intoxalocks breathalyzer put in it. She had my grandchildren, ages 9 and 2 with her. It took Andy over 3 hours to put it in. When my daughter asked why it was taking so long, Andy's dad had a full on meltdown on her. I had to come up there because my daughter called me in tears. When i arrived i asked what was taking so long, and the father threw his hands up in the air and screamed "STOP EVERYTHING, DON'T DO ANOTHER THING ON HER CAR, AND CALL THE COPS! NOW!!!"Needless to say I was dumbfounded! I calmly asked the dad to reconsider and finish the job since it was now going on 4 hours and i had no idea if my car was even drivable.Unfortunately, I was back again a year later to have it removed, since that is where it was installed, my work order was placed at this location, and truthfully I had put it behind me and forgot about their encounter. (Shame on me)Andy got me right in. Was done in 15 minutes. He even wanted to explain he and his dad's behavior from the first encounter with them. I thanked him and was on my way.Within minutes my car started having problems. I took the car back to him within 2 hours of him being under the hood. He acted confused as to what could be wrong, first blaming the breathalyzer, it drained my battery), then the battery (it is the original, we need to take a tire off to get to) He even hooked it up to a computer and informed me it was throwing all kinds of codes. Oil pressure was tanking, check engine light was on (which he did something to make it go away, but it came right back on) All in all, he wasn't going to do anything to help fix the issues. The said it was a "coincident"Managed to get the car home, with it dying everytime I slowed down. I called Andy back and explained that I barely made it home, he needed to fix the problem, make it run perfectly like it has the 2 years I've had it. He said to bring it back and he would "look" at it. I explained it was not drivable now, he advised a tow truck. I asked if he was covering the expense. Not only would he not cover the expense, he "wasn't fixing it for free"I called Intoxalocks and spoke with a manager, who in turn called Andy to ask what happen. Andy once again, said it wasn't his doing, AND I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING MY CAR BACK TO HIS SHOP!!! He was the last person who touched a perfectly running car, but now is not willing to fix it!!Needless to say, I had to have it towed to another shop,($65) which has now had my car 3 days, ($114 an hr) and i am on foot.Not only am i leaving this review to help someone else out, but I'm also contacting and sending this to every local news channel, BBB, and Attorney General. They will soon be hearing from my attorney.If you need anymore convincing that these are terrible people, read through the reviews that they have answered. My daughter, with the two babies, after 4 hours of waiting, was referred to as "needing a drink"Unbelievable
