The most professional parts store I have been in for many a year. I was at one time an ASE master tech, I let my certification expire back in 2000 but I still do most of my own work. That makes me a customer who expects people behind the counter to know what they are doing and can't be fooled by smoke and mirrors used by some people to cover up. The changes in auto parts stores have made them more like big box stores with whoever they can get cheap at the counter and don't expect anyone other than the store manager or at best the shift manager to have a good background and knowledge about the parts they sell.I am not sure why this store is different, but I saw the difference as soon as I started talking with the counter guy. These people knew their business and were willing to give professional service. I commend "Levi" a young man who knows what he is doing and wants to help customers.I recommend you try this store if you need auto parts...

They were able to help me see if a steering wheel knob would work on my car. Unfortunately it didn't, but Ean was very helpful.

I always have good service and pleasant to talk with the clerks. Very knowledgeable with the computer to look up the parts for your truck or car.

One star. I came for a part for a Chevy and it's on their website for $31 but that part is available online only, you'll have to order it. I had to get the exact part by their brand for $41 because I needed it on this day and could not wait. This is why auto parts stores are missing sales because if I have a few days to wait on a part I will order it from Amazon and save money. The counter guy was courteous. Don't feel bad O'Reilly, Autozone is just as bad.

I went in to get monster truck tickets and I didn t have enough and instead of them turning away one of the guys paid for my tickets and I just wanna say thank you to your team

Jeff was very helpful. Even more, he was cheerful as he assisted me with my purchase and checking out my vehicle. Great experience. Enough so that I made sure I got his name. Great job Jeff!

I met an associate named Skylar and he was very helpful. I needed some lights on my vehicle changed out and he even came out to help me change them. This kid has some serious customer service skills and that makes us want to come back more often.

Oh oh oh, O'reilly's.. That'll work. Thanks! Long lines but a good professional staff will keep them moving, and they do here. Would really enjoy a delivery to the local mechanic without putting it on his bill somehow, as they hate that.

Was willing to help find things, not the right things, and added more to buy that went along with the wrong things. Spent $200.00 when all that was needed cost $14.00!!

I've been to this particular store twice. The same Red Headed individual has been very rude. My company spends hundreds of dollars monthly. I attempted to use our company discount at this particular store and was not give our 25% discount even though this individual found our company registered in his system. He even stated that it would not be in the system at this store if we never used it here because each store is individually owned.He found our company name at still did not apply the discount. His response was "oh well, guess your not getting the discount"The first time he was going to refuse a return of a car heater because it was not packaged correctly, even though I had the receipt and the heater did not work.This employee needs to be trained in customer service or may be just needs removed from customer interaction all together.Terrible Service!!!!

Matthew was awesome. Its our anniversary and trying to get a cv axle repaired tomorrow so we can get on the road. Have the axle coming tomorrow, when i called back to check the arrival time, it was not til the afternoon. Matthew not only found a way to get it here tomorrow morning, he found a better price option for same warranty! Thats service, thanks matthew!

Found just what I was looking for, plus it was on sale which was a nice surprise. I was asked if there was anything they could help me with or find, but I declined so I could look. Friendly staff and good prices. Would shop at again.

It's got great prices on things for vehicles if needed it and my husband works there and he has amazing customer service too. My husband no longer works there and his customer's weren't happy with it.

Excellent customer service! Had a bad alternator and battery wouldn't charge. Jonathan put charger pack on my battery and followed me home so I wouldn't get stranded.An O'Reilly customer from now on!

They did not have the part we needed as they "keep selling out of it". Perhaps have a few more in stock. We frequent this stores' other locations and they are usually very helpful.

Worst service I have had. Out of four employees only two were helping customers. Waited fifteen minutes for help before I left and took my business elsewhere.

I walked in knowing what I needed and their employee told me that I was wrong and i thought that i had misunderstood. He sold me what he said I needed. I'm a female and not a mechanic but I buy parts for my vehicles. My mechanic said that he was wrong and my return trip confirmed it. The manager looked it up on the computer and even called the ford dealership. This is the 2nd time this location has done this to me. I waste my time and gas for an unneccessary trip. This location is more than 25 miles from this location.

It's Orielly if they don't have it they can get it usually by next day and if you compare prices with other sellers like AutoZone ect they price match

Be sure to have old part in hand. 50% of the time you'll make 2 trips to get right part. Auto zone about the same. Crow burlingame the best but hours and price suck

These guys are up and down went in a month ago and i'll tell you one of my pet peeves is bad service and it seems to happen a lot in the automotive field but this one time they had my part .knew what they were doing and even helped me with tools and such . then went in tonight 3 guys messing in the back and one clerk standing there with a customer doing absolutely nothing but "waiting for the guy in the back (who never did come up) once i finally got helped they were good but they need to be consistent.
