Called into the store and asked them if I could do an appraisal on my vehicle for tax reason. The gentleman I talked to said yeah anytime just come on in. I stopped by there 5 different times 1 time they told me it was too cold. The other 4 I called before i showed up. I said come on in and I get there and oh, i'm sorry he's busy or you don't have time to do it today. I even offered to pay them to do the Appraisal. Absolute worst dealership experience i've ever had was dealing with a small town joke of a dealership.

I needed some parts for my Chevy Silverado as well as my daughter's Buick. The parts folks are always very nice and very resourceful. The had or ordered everything I went for.

The service department have really provided service to its customers, thry don't b s you on what the problem is nor try to add extra costs to parts etc, they provide a car for you if you need to go to work and even pick you up or drop you off at your home while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. The best of that is they don't charge you for those services. They can also give you a number to call if you need a tow.They also give your vehicle a free car wash after each visit. They notify you what the problems are and how much the total will be and even would give suggestions if needed.Excellent service.

I am new to the area and scheduled a service for my 22 Acadia. Lori scheduled my appointment, she got me scheduled quite quickly and she was very pleasant. Showed up for my appointment and there was one individual standing in line. I waited about 10 minutes and not a soul even acknowledged by existence, and that is with several employees standing and walking around. It takes two secs to acknowledge someone and state "I will be right with you". We all know patience is virtue, but good customer is what makes or breaks an organization. I guess I will either find a dealership in Joplin or drive mine back to Arkansas for service.

Liars and thiefs..... took my truck in asked for my starter and fuel pump to be checked they came back and told me I had a bad battery ( which was less than a year old) and I need to replace my motor mounts all for just 1800$... the next shop where I got 2nd opinion said motor mounts and battery are fine . Tested the starter replaced and fixed..GIFFITH MOTOR COMPANY IS NOT A HONEST SHOP..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....

The service department at Griffith Motor Company is extremely disappointing. I bought a used vehicle from them which had been serviced by their service department. The vehicle was blowing HOT air when turned to AC. It had been repaired prior to purchasing the vehicle.Well, the part they replaced broke again. So, I drove down from Kansas City to have them fix it again. 5 days later, it broke again, and they refused to help me out in any sort of way and told me I had to sacrifice a whole day by driving down to them again if I wanted it fixed. I don't trust their shop at all now, and will not be returning.They had also "repaired" a tire pressure sensor previously. I kept getting a low tire pressure alert, but my tires were all at proper pressure. I asked them to fix it again, and they told me that it wasn't the one they fixed, but a different one. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR DISCOVERING THAT IT WAS A DIFFERENT ONE! What a joke.I also discovered that they had tightened the oil drain plug so tight that I had to use an extractor socket (which destroys the bolt) just to remove it to change my oil.DO NOT GO TO GRIFFITH MOTORS FOR YOUR SERVICE NEEDS.

Dishonest quote for a part I needed fixed on my truck. Quoted me $1,100 and I m getting it fixed at Joes Garage for $400. Just so you know it was an AC compressor and a EVAC & Recharge on a 2017 Chevy Silverado. If you re ever thinking about getting work done here, I would drive down the road to any other shop. They lost my business and I just don t want to see any other people fall for their dishonest service.

We just moved in from out of state, and from the moment I walked in, until I paid for my servicing, the friendliness and attentiveness to my appointment time was nothing less than professional and kind. I particularly was impressed with how clean the entire waiting area was and how quiet it was so I could simply attend to some writing I needed to do. The wait time for my appointment was impressive. It is a place where I know I can have a relationship with the people who work there and will be familiar with my car over time and keep it running well for many years to come. Very impressive experience overall!

We had our new truck in to be serviced several times. I as a woman was told nothing was wrong with the transmission. After a few months it broke down on us. Transmission troubles. They had our truck for almost 2 months now I have a brand new dent in the back of it. Called asked to speak to a manager and of course no one is available. I will not be doing business with your company again.

First of all, the service writer was very nice and came over to explain everything that needed to be looked at, now or later !!! One could look out on lot and see things are dim as far as sales and service goes...I just retired and this bill came to over 1500.00 dollars. I may do part of list in a while, but money is tight right now and I have to watch my $$ like you folks do !!!! My oil change and examining my service came to 2 hours............wow and truck wasn't even dried down... our car dealer in Bentonville cleans and dries vehicle completely.... Looking at NO customers waiting inside or out one would think the service tech would have had plenty of time (2hrs). to please customers and want them to return !! I bought this truck from you folks and I have always brought it back there ( 35 miles) one way !!!!!!!! and I will keep on coming back to Griffith motors in future. (Just letting off a little steam ) Keep trying to improve service and friendship ! One of your customers, Marv

Had brake work done on wife's car. They did inspection, then quoted me a price before proceeding. Very good work and final price was exactly as quoted. Extremely satisfied.

I had the best experience when I purchased my car from Griffith Motor Company. They were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I may have had. At the time, I was purchasing a used vehicle and there were a couple of things I asked if they would mind to fix, and they did so without any hesitation. I was adamant about a DVD player for my kiddos, and they even had that installed, and it was back to me in one day. They were fantastic to work with, and I appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

Comfortable, clean waiting room, service advisor was helpful. Try to keep it local when possible! Prices for oil changes competitive with all the chains and quick lubes.

Had my oil changed and found out I need new tires. No problem since GM is paying for half since my car is still under warranty and the tires have issues. Thanks Griffith for letting me know. They always do a great job!

My husband and I have bought cars at Griffith Motor Company for many, many years. We have always been treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Kent Daugherty and Evan Griffith have been very helpful, especially when guiding us through updated technologies!! We recently had our car detailed in their new detailing facility, and our car came out looking brand new. The service department has always handled any issues we have had quickly and with expertise. We enjoy doing business with a local dealership, especially when they are so helpful.

Tried to stop by and look at a brand new car and the salesman acted like he could careless to talk to us or even show us the car. When asked about test driving it his response was "it drives just like your cruze" then proceeds to tell us they close in 30 minutes. If you don't wanna sell a car at 5:30 in the afternoon then just close up at 5:30 and don't bother being open till 6:00. Needles to say we won't be buying anything from there.

The service department is a complete rip off. They do not adhere to what they say something is going to cost. They estimated $1020 on my son's truck just to change 3 sets of gaskets that were leaking. It was an awful high price but we thought it would be fixed properly. When picking it up today the total was over $1900. This is a real financial strain for a 21 year old.

Bought my daughter's car there after a terrible experience with the local dealer in NW Arkansas. They had my car ready and detailed when I arrived. Paid them cash and was out the door in 32 minutes. Held the car (the only one of the model I purchased on the lot) overnight for me and didn't even want a credit card deposit (though I offered several times).If production ever catches up and there's inventory, I'll buy more cars here.

I bought a slightly used truck that s very nice from Joe Yakopec and was treated extremely well. He and the sales manager were prompt and there was no wasted time. The payment I actually got was $42 cheaper than they quoted, was also impressed with the finance manager. I ve also done business with parts and service and had great experiences with them as well. A truly professional dealership top to bottom!

I would never recommend going to this place to buy a vehicle. They told me that I couldn't use my leased vehicle that was nearing end of lease to trade in for another vehicle I wanted to purchase. They simply said it doesn't work that way with a lease After telling them I wanted to look at financing and figure out some numbers when I found a vehicle I wanted they proceeded to run my credit 6 different times to different credit bureaus of which I was only told it would be once. They clearly were not very knowledgeable about leased vehicles and were giving me false information. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere and I would recommend others do the same. Worst place ever!
