We had a 2014 Ford escape and the blower motor quit working, on the coldest day of the year. They got us in the same day, and we're very reasonable. Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I can't really speak for myself but my cousin had some work done on her Jeep Commander ( I picked her up & took her back when the work was completed ) & she seemed really pleased. The owner seemed very down to earth, knowledgeable & easy to talk to.
