As a business it s refreshing to have a trust worthy team look over my vehicles. Randall is an amazing help & very informative! Don t forget about the technicians in the back they do amazing work I would go nowhere else because I know it ll be done right. 10/10!

I am very impressed with service I received from this location. The customer service was top notch as I was always well informed in advance on what I needed and the work was performed in good time. Randall and Jeremy are exceptional and I will return for any future repairs. Definitely recommend.

These guys were really helpful. Super easy to setup an appointment. The inspection took all of 15 minutes. Randall at the front helped me out with local recommendations on bars and restaurants in the area as I just moved to Lees Summit.

Waited over an hour (mind you, for an 11 am appointment) for them to pull vehicle in for state inspection. Almost 2 hours now ..sighI would go somewhere faster .I have literally gone to places you pull in and they inspect while you stay in car their auto work might be ok, but their timing, speed and logistics handling of appointments sucks (plus they have four or five guys in there so what s going on!??)And now it s just sitting there smh , with two other cars. To be fair they gave me an estimate on tires I was going to up it to 3 stars but now after he said it was done ran off somewhere for another five minutesLord I just need an inspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

They have awesome people that work there and they do a great job taking care of the customers vehicles. They get your vehicle in and get the work done in a timely manner. Go here if you want a great experience.

My experience with this location has been excellent service. Arrived today 11/03/23 to replace a cv joint on my Toyota Tundra by technician Jeremy who knows my vehicle very well. Outstanding service since coming here for the last few years and working on both of my Toyota models. Experience has been great with the repair price that's cheaper than the dealership price.

Can't say enough good things about them. Always Courteous, thorough, professional.. they even recently got me in short notice to check all my wheels and added a couple of lug nuts no charge when my dealer screwed up. They're the best!

I have used this Midas over many years now when I get a nail/screw in my tire. Unfortunately when this occurs, Randall is able to fit me in (same day) on the tire repair. When I show up for my impromptu scheduled time, I m in and out and don t have to wait long for the repair. I d highly recommend this Midas location for any tire repair or new tire installation as they are very convenient with excellent customer service!!!

Randall is absolutely awesome! His service was excellent I will definitely be back. The mechanics were fast, knowledgeable and polite. This experience was stress free and I feel completely comfortable returning.

Cannot express enough how positive of an experience I had with the guys up at Midas! Had an alignment, they informed me I was in desperate need of brake pads & rotors, and then I got my front tires replaced. These guys were super transparent and explained everything to me & showed me what the issue with my tires were without making me feel dumb. Big props to Randall and Eric for being so welcoming and helping me out! They were super kind and friendly as well! Definitely recommend Midas in LS for any car needs!

I needed a strange size for my 2021 Ford Explorer ST (275/45R21) Pirelli Scorpion Zero AT (original oem) Same day! I called ALLOT of places. Ordered at 7am, I'm here now @noon and they're installing now!Talk to Randall, super cool guy!

Our car was towed to Midas by accident due to miscommunication. The managers and the employees were very nice,understanding,Helpful and kind.I would take my car there to be fixed if I could afford it! Amazing people! We need more people like the staff at Midas! Its good to see that there is still good hearted people in this world and not just for the money!

Did just fine changing oil, and giving car a closer look. I was quoted almost $800 for a job that takes maybe 30 minutes, with $30 of parts on the high end. Absolutely insane estimate, will not return

Went in for an inspection, which was quick and efficient. However, for some reason they let air out of my tires, from 38 to 32 on all tires (max 44). Not really sure why any auto shop would ever do that. I m going insane trying to understand why someone would intentionally take air out of tires that are well within the PSI they should be. Easy to fix myself but just why.

Noticed there was a bolt in my tire and they took care of me for a decent price. They were also able to squeeze me in for an oil change and were helpful answering all my questions!

Randall and his team were extremely courteous. I had a problem with my splash guard that cools the radiator and condenser. They were able to get me in quickly and to fix the issue without me incurring a major cost. Don't come here for an inspection. Booked an appointment and it took the full two hours. Felt like they didn't respect my time. Why were only 2 mechanics on site?

I brought the car in and wasn't able to reverse at the time. Had a meltdown at the counter because I was stranded but Randal calmed me down and helped me out. I was able to drive the car back home the same day with a plan to get it fixed due to a factory recall. Without this wonderful team I would have never been able to afford the repair costs. They are knowledgeable and patient when it comes 20 year Olds with car trouble.
