These guys see their work as a ministry. They took care of our car eight years ago while we were passing through. They worked late on a Friday to keep us from being stranded all weekend. They were an answer to our prayers for safe travel.Today was our first time back in the area, and we made sure to stop in and thank them again for what they did.

Really can t thank this shop enough! Needed my transmission done on my RV. I was on a cross country road trip across the US. Loving Hands was the only shop willing to help and I m so thankful they did! Transmission runs flawless weeks later. Bill and his employees are the hardest working and most kind people! 5 stars all the way around!

He was the only one who would offer advice over the phone when I called over 30 different places that just wanted you to bring the car in he understood what I was talking about and have a solution to fix my wife s car 5 stars all the way

Bill was an absolute treat!He got my car in the very next day after calling about engine problems on my Dodge and was super quick to diagnose and fix the problem.I had never had a car so quick to be fixed and it's running like a dream. And the cost for the fix was great! I was expecting the worst and I was shocked to hear the cost. It made my day!He was knowledgeable and helpful and even I learned some things I never knew before.This place will be my go-to from now on any time I'm experiencing issues and I highly recommend everyone give this place a shot.You won't be disappointed!

I was looking around for a local mechanic to do work I can t, and I m so glad I found bill! He is amazing and is a god send! He understands my care and love for my car and he really works with me on what he does for me and you can t beat his price. He truly is here to help people and not get feed on the poor and people who need help like a lot of mechanics are. He is very honest! After going to get the car washed, there was an ABS sensor that was damaged. Not by the carwash but just because of wear. The carwash broke it loose. I went to these guys and they got me right in, ordered the part and changed the sensor out within a short time. Very affordable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Didn't fix my problem and my transmission has went out now . I wanted a vibration fixed when you accelerate and it stopped when let off gas . It still has a miss and it dies my lighter doesn't work now and my fuel injectors was messed with. You tried to charge me $190 to change the plugs and it was just changed in October it's January. Since I bought my own plugs that only cost $50 $140 labor to change plugs. Well that didn't fix the problem so you went on to mess with fuel injectors and then said it was the catalytic converter clogged up and you poked holes in it to fix that then charged me $250 labor on the whole thing. In which did not fix the problem I originally wanted fixed it still vibrated. I called back tried getting someone to understand but bill did not have time to talk to me or ride along to see what I was talking about. Now my transmission is out in Camdenton left me stranded. I'm a 60 year old woman and in bad health plus you had my car a week. That's not good business in my book and over priced for even more problems with my car than when I left it with you. Not a happy customer crying You had no parts Involved I went bought the parts you needed and had them delivered to you . I'm sorry your relationship is falling apart but you shouldn't let it affect your business or do a poor job of fixing a customer's car. I did tell you about the vibration when you drove it before I left it there . But apparently you wasn't listening to me. I told you I didn't know if it was my new tires or something else would you drive it down the road and tell me what you thought it was. So you drove it then said you thought it had a mis fire . It wasn't the tires it only done it when accelerating it stopped when you let off the gas. I even called the same day I picked it up and told them it didn't fix the vibration I was talking about. I took it back the next day and Bill you was to busy but your help went for a ride with me and he came up with something like the bracket on my exhaust was rusted and was getting in a bind when I accelerate and causing a vibration. He said he was going to talk to you and the other help to see what you guys thought but I never heard anything back so that is when I called and talked to you Bill andi told you of all the issues and wasn't fixed and you said bring it back in but I couldn't afford your prices . I had my plugs changed at another garage for $45 it take 20 minutes to change. You wanted $90 for plugs (6 ) when I got them for $50 and delivered free but you still wanted $100 labor to change them. But it didn't fix the mis someone tampered with the fuel injectors cause it didn't idol right it was to fast ,to rich on fuel and was dying on me at stop lights and was not as strong on take off and my overdrive light was coming on and my lighters didn't work. One worked when I left it there. Oh yeah did I say it had a mis still. I feel if you had paid attention and vibration it could have saved my transmission. Guess what the garage who got it after the transmission went out inspected it all over to see what it would take to fix it. The report was transmission is gone ,it needs a tune up and serpentine belt, fuel filter, ball joints, fuses and that's to get it road ready. It's also illegal to tamper with the catalytic converter and could have caused me a fine and fail.inspections. plus it can damage the motor and affects gas mileage and etc. But I'm sure you know all that since you are a mechanic and business. Right?

These guys are GREAT! I called them up in the morning and told me to come in. Had the car fixed in a few hours and now it's back to normal! 2016 Chevy Traverse...I will be back for future repairs! A++

I m very glad I found Bill and Loving Hands Auto! Now I won t go anywhere else. Bill is the kindest person. He is very knowledgeable and patient and he takes the time to explain what s wrong with your car. I had this annoying noise coming from the driver s side and I mentioned it to another mechanic, but they weren t able to hear anything Bill took the time to listen to my concerns. He was able to find the problem right away and take care of it! I would definitely recommend Loving Hands and Bill to everyone. He s honest and the prices are very reasonable but most importantly he genuinely cares about his customers and is willing to help! Amazing service - thank you Bill and Loving Hands Auto!

Absolutely awesome! The cheapest oil change in town!! The owner is extremely friendly. He doesn t take advantage of people. He is honest. I m definitely getting all oil changes done here from now on!

Today, we visited this shop to ask about a state inspection. We were told to come back in half an hour to 40 minutes. After returning, we were told to speak to the inspector, who said "If you're here about an inspection..." then never finished his sentence and turned around and completely ignored us until we left. Not a great experience. The other employees did seem apologetic.

Was recommended to go to Bill at Loving Hands and have been there twice in the past couple of weeks. Both times Bill and Dexter took time out of their very obviously busy day and scanned our vehicle and answered all of the questions we had. They gave us thorough, competent, and easy-to-understand logical answers, and although they don t do the type of work we needed, they gave us recommendations to get the somewhat complicated situation taken care of. Because of the way they treated us, and how we witnessed them treating their other customers, we will definitely return for future repairs. I can not stress enough how REFRESHING it is to find such NICE people in the auto repair business when a person is frustrated and exhausted.

Bill and the crew working in his shop provided my wife and I with service completely above and beyond what we expected. They took us in on a cold, rainy Saturday when we found ourselves stranded with an alternator that had stopped working. We were five hours from home, and knew no one in the area. We truly believe the good Lord placed Bill in Lebanon to help waylaid travelers like us. Bill's prices were not only very reasonable, he agreed to trust us when we only had cash on hand to pay him for approximately half of the repairs done on our car. Amazing. Bill and his crew prayed for us before we backed our van out of his garage. Our vehicle was repaired and we were blessed. What more could we ask? I cannot recommend Loving Hands more. I'll say it again, I cannot recommend Loving Hands more.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is definitely the best shop I've ever visited! The service was wonderful, and the owner and workers were so kind, helpful, and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch mechanic. I had an emergency situation with my car while I was travelling, and Loving Hands Auto Repair was able to take me in last-minute and resolve my issue very quickly. They had me back on the road in no time! They were so kind to me and helped me out when I had no idea what to do. I loved the Christian atmosphere. You can definitely tell that it's more than just a job to them. They genuinely care about the people they serve.

Avoid this place if you are a woman.The Bill Long guy was super creepy. He gets up in your personal space, and says offensive things regarding women and little girls. Bill is great guy had an issue with thermostat. Was stuck on side of hwy 30 miles away. Bill showed up with tools coolant and a smile. Ten plus miles outside of Lebanon, MO, our Caravan broke down on Hwy I-44 coming home from Springfield, MO (to St. Louis). The van lost power as we drove the highway. We were able to slowly crawl to Exit 118 where Redmon's Candy Factory stood. The kind sales team spent a lot of time helping us look for a mechanic to look at our van. After an hour and me Bill arrived. A God send. At first his engine light detector indicated a a low fuel mixture, Great the fuel pump was going out. We reset the van's computer and prayed with Bill. The fuel pump was working again. The van issue might not seem to be a lot, but I am a quadriplegic. I use a heavy power wheelchair. You cant just find a wheelchair accessible van around, and we were nowhere near a hotel. I needed to get home and a tow back to St. Louis of my van would still leave me stranded with no where to go. Bill was the angle sent to get us out of a huge bind. Loving Hands Auto is loving. Thank you Bill (and son) for coming to our rescue so late at night at even following us to make sure we were good. Not many people have such a big heart and would help. We owe you our new friend.Service: Engine repair

I remember a commercial growing up from a car dealership local talking about "I'd give you the shirt off my back"Trying to be friendly and attract business.Well actions speak louder then words.Bill really would give you the shirt off his back literally.Him and his employees are genuinely there to help you.You couldn't ask for more ,once you get to know them you'll agree..there's no better people or place to take your vehicle.Anything from an oil change to a major overhaul.They'll even look at your race cars.So I ask you,why would you go anywhere else?Sit back and know things will be taken care of.Happy Google's my friends

I brought my truck to Loving Hands Auto Repair for what I thought was a bad lifter. Ended up being a transmission issue. They did not charge for the diagnostic work they did. I will be using them for repairs when needed. Very helpful.

From the start I was treated well and welcomed, was even offered pizza. Had a pinion seal replace and it took about 2 hours which I thought was pretty fast as they were working on a vehicle when i had arrived.When I picked up my truck they had the courtesy of letting me know my pinion bearing would need to be replace in the foreseeable future but they we able to fix it for the meantime.Overall, good customer service and work from this shop.
