Always dependable service, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable assortment of products. I'm disappointed that their gas prices, which used to be consistently lower than others in town, are now regularly the highest. This makes the Casey's Rewards program much less attractive.

Manager is rude to the employees. Was going to buy a salad but they put so little lettuce in it then try to charge 7 bucks for it. Pizza is really greasy. Someone needs to do something about the salads. Every Casey s I ve been to has better salads than this one. I ve complained about it to the cashier several times but nothing is done about it. Quit trying to rip people off

I stopped at this store on 11/07/2022 around 4:15pm after a VA appointment. I got $30.00 in gas and a small soda. The next morning while balancing my bank account I discovered that Casey's had charged me $51.58. Beware of the young cashiers at this store.

The woman at the counter must either hate people, or maybe just me?Brought 2 loads of bread to the counter and she scans both of them twice.I told her about it, there is 4 loads of bread there and she didn't care to check her mistake.Obviously only 2 loafs on the counter. She refused to fix it, so I put it back and left. Worst service I've ever had in my life at a gas station.

Ordered a large beef taco pizza. They were out of lettuce and tomatoes. Ok....give me a discount? No! So I won't be back there again. 17.95 for half of a pizza basically. And the poor lady acted like she hated her life and her job. I'll pray for her.

This Casey s location is awfully ran. A lot of the customers are treated poorly and they do not care about the health of costumers either. One of the employees just got away with tampering with a regular costumers food and brags about it and there is an employee in the kitchen who refuses to wear gloves and has poor hygiene. The kitchen staff frequently ignores calls to the kitchen because they don t feel like making pizzas . Bathroom is almost always filthy, and not stocked with the essentials. IF you do decide to go to this place I would proceed with CAUTION. The cleanliness of the place is a 1/10.

I stopped on October 15th for gas. I was traveling with my small dog. I got 2 cheeseburgers. When I got to the car I tore some of the cheeseburger into small pieces for my dog. It didn't exactly look like a beef burger and my dog smelled it & wouldn't eat. I opened mine & started to eat. But It was the worse tasting burger I have ever had. It wasn't soured it was awful ground beef.. It must have been the cheapest grade possible . Don't eat a burger there..

poor customer service. a smile or a friendly have a nice day goes along way. all he did was frown. we all have hard times but as a manager you should know better!

This is the worst Casey's I've been to, the morning crew is great, but the afternoon/evening crew are vulgar and lazy they hang at the register, the food is always left from noon they never have fresh food...There was no fresh food nor anything in the oven, but yet the cook is hanging out at the register sitting down...this Casey's needs a manager present...I am in there everyday between 3 - 6, and it's the same 90% of the time. Someone should hire secret shopper and start cleaning house!!!!

Sara that works there was not very pleasant when I called and asked if they for sure made pizzas as I am traveling from 3 hours away. She chuckled annoyingly when I asked. I only wanted to make sure that I didn t need to stop at another Casey s. She seemed annoyed the second she answered the phone. Not a good way to treat a customer. I will not be going back here after the way she treated me.

Service sucks, rude cashier yesterday. Her boyfriend was there standing in the way of everything and visiting with everyone under the sun.Wheelchair accessibility: It s hard for my ex mother-in-law to get to the door. She has to go all the way down to the side building to get to the door in the middle. In the rain and snow.

First of all, my ice cream sandwich was THREE MONTHS expired!!! ANNDDD the cashier didn t even check. Secondly, the bathrooms were gross.

The most disgusting breakfast pizza we have ever had! It was like they dumped an entire jar of cheezewiz on each slice. That was all you could taste! Greasey and discusting.

Fast, curious service. The cook claimed to have the best pizza in town, and I believe it. Casey's in Ladonnia,Mo. goes in my address book. Thanks Casey's!

Next time don't be open if your bathrooms are not available to customers. Or maybe you just don't like Black people use your bathrooms?

Best Casey's pizza I've had. Flat bread sausage pizza. Unexpected surprise in the middle of nowhere. Also really friendly service.

Ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half black olives online and they couldn t even get that right. Ruined our dinner. Very disappointed.

Not a good Casey's. Too bad Laddonia has to be stuck with it. To everyone just passing through town, it's worth it to hold out for somewhere else.
