One worker is good, the next one maybe terrible. Some workers will install product you buy from them and some won't. Twice in the last month I told the counter worker what I wanted and they gave me the wrong part. There is a big difference between a water pump and power steering pump. Needed a head light bulb, gave the worker the number and still got the wrong one. That is the difference between hiring kids and people that actually work on vehicles.

THEY ARE VERY NICE AND ONE OF THE GENTALMAN PUT ON MY NEW BACK WINDOW WIPER THAT I PURCHASED AT THEIR AUTO PARTS STORE / THIS MEANT ALOT TO ME !! BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT / GOD BLESS HIM ALWAYS AMEN

Good bunch of people here, very friendly and helpful...I would of have them 5 stars but one of their workers seems to not know anything, even if it s in front of them on the computer...my honest opinion is they should let Tyson go but I m not the manager I m just a shopper.Montana (manager) and Chris (asst. manager) are really good guys that really go out of their way to help people.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I buy 75% of my parts here. If they have to order it online, I generally just order it online, because its not going to cost me anymore probably less in most cases. I get most of parts here because I don't have to wait for them to be delivered. Staff is helpful too. A lot of times my husband orders it over the phone and I run in, pay for it and pick it up. This works best because I don't have to explain what he wants. They don't require a mask either.

Staff is really nice and knowledgeable they have a tool rental program so you can rent a tool to get a Job done then when you return it you get your money back. It s a great place to go to when you need some help getting parts soon or advice. However I did find that most brands they carry you can get off of Amazon for more then half off sometimes. I know they have to make money but paying $60instead of $30 for the same part and same part number is crazy.

One pole on my battery gets pretty corroded periodically, and I have to get that cleaned off so the battery keeps its charge. However, last week on the coldest day of the year so far, my car wouldn't start & I eventually had to call AAA as 3 grown men & I could not get the hood open to jump start it. The AAA guy got the hood open & the car started very quickly and told me to have someone check the battery because of the corrosion. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts as I've been there before & they've always treated me well. I thought I would need a new battery, but they told me on the phone to bring the car up and they thought they had something to help with the corrosion, & actually said "why buy a new battery if you don't need to yet?"So I took the car up there, purchased 2 items totalling under $10, and the kind gentleman spent a good half hour out in the cold using their own stuff to make the corrosion go away, and finally something to help it stay away, & didn't charge me a thing for all that work. I was also impressed that they did not try to sell me a new battery when they could have, & I would have bought one. All this is why I really like O'Reilly Auto Parts so much! They saved me a ton of money & didn't push a part on me that I did not yet need!UPDATE: Three months later, still having even more corrosion & my car needing to be jumped with my self-jumper several times & finally even on a warm day, I went back to O'Reilly's where they checked my battery which by then had charged since it had been started & I had cleaned the corrosion off the pole, they after further inspection & listening to my accounts of what has happened did recommend a new battery, but told me it still might not be all the problem. The gentleman also told me if I wanted, I should do a price check with a couple other places before I decide since this is a major purchase for me. Now when was the last time a retailer suggested you compare prices elsewhere before purchasing a battery? I am so impressed by O'Reilly's that I, unless there is a huge price difference, will most likely go buy a new battery from them given how well they have treated me. The kind gentleman wanted me to take my time since I can jump start my own car without help to be sure of what I wanted to do. Again they did everything they could to find the problem, but by then I had cleaned off the corrosion with their products, and the car was working fine. I am just so blessed by their continued assistance!

We must be pretty lucky in small towns to get such great customer service at retail chains. Then again, there are just a lot of good ol' boys who know how to interact positively and get the job done. Thanks Montana, Keith, Roddy, Raymond, and all!

One of the best places to get parts for your car truck or even recreational vehicles and atvs. Every so often they don't have what you need but it's incredibly rare for such incidences. Keep up the good work guys!

Very helpful, older man w a scar one his right side of his faceI cant remember his name .... but i know that thats a good idenfaction.I wanted to buy coolent for my older model tracker. He helped me figure out that i should check into other parts of the air conditioning system before spending $40+On coolent and it wont help.Thank u very muchVery good service

They had the headlight bulb we needed but he really didnt want to put the bulb in as stated in the website. It took me all of 10 minutes when i got home.

The staff here is knowledgable and can typically help you find what you need for your automotive project. Should an item not be available the turn around on orders is typically 1 to 4 days on warehouse stocked items.

I came in to buy a headlight bulb for my prius, Aidan helped me install it into my vehicle which was not easy and took awhile but he didn't abandon me which many places would have. Excellent customer service. Orielly is my store from now on for all my autp need thansk to Aidan.

O'Reilly's auto parts is a top notch store. Quality products at a price that's closer to affordable than other parts stores. The kirksville location in particular has a knowledgeable staff that I trust to absence my questions. Give them a try.

Went to several auto parts stores then finally went to O'Reilly's and he was the only one that could actually pull up the part that I needed and found out that that part had been recalled on my vehicle you go O'Reilly's
