Went to Auto Plaza on March 12, 2024 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Left this establishment with my back right tire about to fall off!!! The lug nuts were NOT tightened!! Had to pull over and call to have them come fix it! Will Not be returning to Auto Plaza. Would not recommend to anyone!

Dustin and all the staff at Auto Plaza are 5 stars! Their customer service and knowledge are excellent! I just recently relocated to Kirksville and thankful to know that I have a dependable organization to keep both of my vehicles running!

I love the staff here. They are always so kind and helpful. Will continue to do business here again and again. When doing my oil changes they also take the time to look at my tires and recommend any repairs they may see need done. I always feel safe on the road after getting services done here.

Went in for a vehicle inspection. They gave me a long list of stuff they claim is wrong. Yes at least one thing was wrong I did not know was wrong and the other I knew was. But then they claimed I had a chip in my windshield which I looked for and never could find and they claimed my one wheel bearing is shot and all wobbly which I just checked it a week ago myself and it was still tight. I don't think it went out that fast. If it was as bad as they claimed it was my tire would have fallen off by now. These guys are no help and just want your money. Will never be going back to them. They are a joke.

Great service on air conditioning recharge. One hour for the complete service.I also had to replace a windshield and was given a large discount for having Farm Bureau insurance even though it was only liability. It had a small leak when it rained but I returned and they were happy to fix it. Windshield for a not-so-common car was in stock. I highly recommend checking with them for price and availability if you need an auto glass replacement.

They were so helpful and kind when going through the inspection and explaining what needed to be changed before the car could pass. Already got my headlight changed and it hasn't been a week!! The best!!

I had the upper front ball joints and brakes done.The brakes were making noise on passenger side.Theey brought it back in Fixed dust shield on passenger side and a part rubbing on brake drum on driverside. I drove it again.Now brakes are rubbing. Took back.They stated, that they were too busy. Maybe in a hour or so maybe the will ha e time.I told them I wanted to make sure it was safe.I asked to talk to manager,no result and I left.

The place is nice but the car wash is a joke. They want almost 10 dollars for a basic wash which only washes for like 30 secs. I left with dirt and grime still on my not so dirty car. Might as well have drove across town and gotten a wash there.

I went in for a Vehicle Safety Inspection and was failed for a tiny rock chip (outside of my field of view) and a 3/8-inch separation on a windshield wiper. I got the feeling they were trying to bilk me out of the repair and parts replacement costs. I won't be back after this.

The people there were so nice. It was my first time getting my oil changed by myself and they guided through everything. They even found coupons for me and gave me a free car wash. Couldn't be happier.

The most expensive place for anything, but that's not what makes them deserve a 1 star (a no star if I could rate them as such.) No, it's the fact that their work is terrible. I went there to get my windows tinted. I told them four separate times that I wanted my windows legal,that's 35% in Missouri. Well, forty-five dollars per window later I get my truck and to my surprise I can hardly see out the windows. At night I couldn't see anything. It was very very very dangerous. I made the trip to Macon, MO to the Highway Patrol station and asked them to test my widows, they were 5%! Not only were these highly dangerous, but I could have gotten a ticket due to the illegality. I called Ice House Auto Plaza and they refused to fix the problem like any decent business. They told me it would be $40 per window to remove the tint and then another $45 per window to put on the tint I asked for in the first place! After speaking to the manger, he said the exact same thing. I had to remove the tint myself, all that money and still no tint on my windows. I will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone, ever.

Just paid $300 for the full detail on my dad's truck. A truck detail is just that, cleaning down to the small details.. They missed this by a lot... I have pictures as well, behind door handles stilk dirty, truck bed, visors and visor mirrors, grooves in the rafio controls and the floor boards under the mats... no acceptable, but my dad wont go back and complain...The detail was redone for free and my dad was very happy.. thanks auto plaza for making it right

They did an awesome job! The machine took forever but thats machines for ya! They were friendly and showed knowledge of cars! The only complaint is when they are busy the wait is long and tiring

They were able to squeeze my husband in last minute on a Saturday to replace a windshield that had just been broken, so he could get home to Kansas City. Really appreciate their helpfulness!

They are honest and trustworthy. They use good parts but you will pay that premium. Worth it if want to take care of your investments.

Was disappointed when I pulled in at 3:20 p.m. and sign on door says closed at noon. PLEASE update your website to reflect accurate hours. Had to use Wal-Mart....

Never once have good quality service. And the last two times I went to wash my car on the automatic washer didn't even get anywhere close to all the soap off I told him about it and they didn't act like they even cared.

Quick oil changes. They check everything under the vehicle and let's you know I if it all looks ok or not
