Always quick service. Selection of tires and check out is a breeze. Customer service is top notch. Used the chat with an agent option to coordinate a late schedule as I needed to get home from work. Received a phone call from the agent to work out details for my appointment. Offered to come to my place of employment as an option for service. Text updates/reminders are fantastic. As long as zohr is an option, I'll never have my tires done anywhere else.

I showed up at Zohr not realizing they're a mobile repair shop, but they didn't hesitate to help. They patched up my tire quickly and for a fair price. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future tire issues in Kansas City.

Awesome experience!! Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Five stars for him!! The only hiccup I experienced was I was unable to check tire recycling when completing my booking online. Jeremy said that sometimes happens and he would take care of it for me. Great job!!

Solid company to use when you do not have time to go to the tire shops! Had 2 tires replaced within 30min on my C63s and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Will be using them in the future for my next tire changes!

Very easy to schedule an appointment. They do charge a convenience fee per tire, however comparing them to other companies their tires are cheaper so it all equaled out but you get the convenience of them coming to you. The tech was very friendly and arrived on time. Took less than an hour to install four brand new tires. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Originally put a 5 star review but changing it due to events.I chose Zohr not because I needed a mobile service but because of their 5 star reviews and did not want ANY damage to my new wheels.Tech was very nice and professional, arrived on time no complaints for him specifically.They were to take my 6 month old tires from my current wheels (already dismounted), remove them and Mount them to my new wheels (did not need them to Mount wheels to vehicle).Tech did this, absolutely not a scratch to be found on the new wheels, perfect.Either they were not balanced properly or the tech miss labeled the wheel positions because after mounting to vehicle car has a VERY hard pull. Vehicle had alignment checked and done 6 months ago, tires are still practically new and vehicle drove straight as possible before this.Emailed Zohr and their reply was for me, the customer, to swap the wheels in the 16 different possible variations until the car drove straight. I tried to get them to come out but they would not. I was able to try 5 myself before emailing them back which they have ghosted me after 1 email.So now after paying a premium of $450 for tire mounting and 2 new TPMS s I m left with a car that pulls to the side and will likely have to spend more money to have a shop look at it.I found it very cooperate like to take my money and completely drop off once there was an issue. To say the least I won t be using Zohr again in the future.

I almost wish I had another flat tire so I could use them again ! I had a flat that I hoped could be repaired. Easy to schedule and good follow up communication. Two individuals arrived when expected. They were friendly and efficient and certainly appeared to love what they were doing. I have an F250 and had never needed to change a tire on it before. They took the time to show me exactly how to lower the spare from below the truck bed as well as give me some pointers about my poor tire wear. The tire was unrepairable so they put the spare on. All of that in 15 minutes ! A pleasure to work with and will definitely recommend and use again if necessary.

I had inches of snow obstructing a flat tire ... until I needed to go somewhere after all this horrible weather. The thought of hassling with getting a tow and sitting in a repair shop and inconveniencing family was pushing me over the edge. I googled tire repair at home and was lead to this company. Technician came the same day, diagnosed the issue and replaced the tire. The price was less than I would have paid to spend my whole day messing with it. I will definitely use this company again and will refer all my friends. Good job!

Hit a pothole in my 24 civic type r that I bought a week ago. Come to find out, the tires on these things are damn near impossible to find. Not only did Zohr have the tire in stock, they had it in stock for a very reasonable price! I was not the easiest to deal with, being that I was using a wheel and tire warranty to pay for the services. The team at Zohr went to the work for me and were by my side every step of the way. Special shoutout to Jonny at Zohr for the amazing, quick service! I cannot recommend Zohr enough!

They didn't have the tires I wanted on their website, so I contacted them, and they were able to get them. Even with the custom order, had 4 tires replaced in under a week. Jonny who did the service was great, and got it done quickly.

Great service. Had the front tires purchased and replaced by ZOHR. And a separate set of rear tires replaced on my track rims with tires purchased separately. Arrived as planned and mounted quickly.

After my first experience with Zohr, I will use them for all my tire needs. This was literally the most painless tire fix ever! The technician Jeremy was great! Fixed the tire super fast and got me on my way. Great experience and all from the comfort of my home.
