They're quick while you wait, or drop it off. Everybody is very friendly. They have used tires to save money, and equipment to thoroughly test them for punctures and possible repairs.

Nov -18 2023 I wasn't very happy with these guys sold ma a bad tire for $80 then I went back they put a bigger tire then the rest I felt like it wasn't fair buuut now I think I want the rest that size on the other 3 but I did tip the first time $10 so $90 un total idk know maybe make one appear would of been impressive

Very friendly great service very kind and caring thank you very much I recommend this to everyone. In February of 2023 I paid for an alignment which they didn't have time to do that day then I had to go out of state for a while but when I came back they remembered me right away and did my alignment and did a wonderful job I have bought several used and a couple of new tires and they always have fast friendly and affordable tires and service there you go

My front tires, especially my passenger side was dangerously unsafe. My auto shop failed to inform me even though I make regular visits for maintenance. It is disheartening because I was under the belief that I could rely on them to keep me inform. I am thankful I was able to leave X-TIRE shop with safe tires. My gratitude is sincere.

As a concerned family friend of an elderly lady who recently experienced a distressing incident at X Tire Shop Inc., located at 8631 E. 24 HWY, Independence, MO, I feel compelled to share my perspective. She came to your shop to purchase 2 new tires for $150.00 but, unfortunately, received 2 used tires that did not meet the specifications of her purchase. This incident represents a significant breach of trust and ethical standards.We decided to make a public post to emphasize the importance of unwavering ethical conduct in business affairs. In my opinion, X Tire Shop Inc. should consider acting promptly and comprehensively to rectify this grievous issue. I would strongly encourage you to correct this matter by providing the elderly lady with the new, unused tires she rightfully purchased.Additionally, taking immediate steps to ensure such incidents do not happen to any other valued customers is essential. It's worth noting that Word of Mouth advertising can either enhance or diminish your reputation, depending on your actions.In my opinion, X Tire Shop Inc. should demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, accountability, and adherence to legal obligations when resolving this matter. If I could rate 0 stars I would. It s sad when a place of work will take advantage of an elderly lady when she s payed for two new tires and y all put on two used ones that don t even match. Even after taking the vehicle back in and trying to get y all to make it right it didn t happen.

They are scammers, they were nice until after jacking up my car, then they blackmail me by asking for $30 without getting any extra or not agreed service, they are liears and thieves. More over the car tires were off balance .

This place is horrible charging an elderly woman $150 for garbage tires. Now they won't fix it. I get it tires are expensive, but not that expensive show some heart.

My car started wobbling and shaking terribly bad. I checked the tires and air pressure before dropping it off and it was fine. They said to come in and they would do a thorough inspection but took one look at it and said "oh it's the tire." They didn't test drive it, get inside the car or anything. On top of that they were incredibly rude on the phone and said if we couldn't get back up there within 20 minutes we wouldn't get our car back. We asked if we could get it the next day since we were out and about (they told us it would take 1-2 hours so we only drove 15 minutes away to grocery shop) and they rudely said "no". Terrible customer service. We ended up taking my car to the shop up the street and found out my tires were 100% fine and found an entirely different issue and got the real problem fixed. Bottom line they just pushed us off because they didn't want to help us.Oh and they also tried to charge us for a full inspection even though all they did was glance at a tire- the man on the phone even told us that's all they did was "look" at the tire then got angry when we said we didn't want to be charged for a full inspection

They are super nice, quick and prices very reasonable. Got my rear brakes replaced, in and out in about 25min. I did buy before and took with me and that saved time. Supe nice people.

Wow just had a great experience at this new tire shop today. I had a front end alignment done and it is absolutely perfect and didn't break the bank or cost me my first born. Very thorough professional and only took an hour wow

Desperately needed a tire Saturday morning at 9am. I looked online and they said they were open. They were not. Thankfully a nearby store was open and got me fixed up. So easy to lose a customer. Bye
