Carrie is spectacular at this location! She's the best of everybody checking customers in and out! Highly efficient and a team asset! Lines are usually long and take quite a while to get work accomplished correctly. It's easy to shop while vehicle work is being performed! A win-win situation!

They will happily take your money and give you no service. They had people waiting outside in -7 weather and instead of having some balls and saying we re closed they just hung a sign up. These people don t care about you your car or nothing. Don t come here

I went in for an oil change at 9am with 3 cars In front of me. It's 12 o clock my car hasn't been pulled in. They've pulled 2 cars out without pulling any in. 3 mechanics went to lunch at once. Employees won't stop complaining about the cold and how they need to shut store down instead of working. Refusing all service to anybody coming In. Don't waste your timeLazy

It s like they try to get out of working, you bring in some tires to get mounted and balanced, then say their machine can t do it( the same exact truck is in the bay getting tires put on the same exact wheels) try to schedule an oil change and they re too busy to get to it that day (3 guys smoking cigs out back) just go to a real mechanic

My boyfriend made a appointment to get new tires for his trailer. Showed up there and wouldn't take the tires off because they couldn't fit it in the "shop" side note it's a normal size trailer not even bigger than a truck. Told him to back up on the opposite side of the shop gave him a jack and a tire bar to take the tires off himself. I would not recommend this place to take your trailers here for new tires they will make you do it yourself.

Not using a scheduling system is walmart's decision. To be annoyed at every customer's request and conversation is a personal decisionService: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement

One star is way much. 3.5 hours for an oil change when we were the 4th car in line is stupid. Nobody in the store would even try to make it right. Even talked to a store manager. Was just told she would talk to them. No discount. Nothing. All that happened was the person checking us out was glaring at my kids and mumbled an insincere apology for the wait. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It was a bad experience last night. They said they would call me when they were finished. They called to tell me they quoted wrong price so I agreed to it they said we will call you when done. I waited an hour in store went back they were closed an locked up. I had to wait 30 min easily till store manager could retrieve my keys then figure out how to pay for it at the grocery register

I had a great experience. As long as you have an appointment you're fine. Word of advice don't go without one the day after black Friday when there appointments are all booked up.

I would like to share our experience me and my husband had at this walmart yesterday, 3/29/19. We had brought in an old model ford explorer for an oil change. It started with "it will be a 2-3 hour wait...well we needed it done, will go ahead and wait. It actually didn't take very long to get it in the garage. They popped the hood and the FIRST mechanic said he wouldn't touch the car, there was too much oil spillage on top, which tells them there is a bigger issue and they would be held accountable if something happens. Another mechanic looked, said same thing, as did the third. Trying to scramble, my husband bought some stop leak for the oil...Had he not done that, the oil cap wouldn't have been unscrewed and the problem wouldn't have been found. We have had a message in the help center in the explorer that kept blinking "low oil pressure", you know why?? Because the two rubber tubes to control the oil pressure that is located BEHIND the oil cap was DE attached! Hence the fresh oil they saw. If these morons would have taken literally 1 minute to unscrew the oil cap they would have found the problem, oil change would have been and everyone goes home happy. But nooo, apparently anyone can be a mechanic these days! Thanks Walmart you idiots, glad we didn't pay you all any money, DO NOT shop auto at this Liberty Mo. Walmart, they apparently have no knowledge, are dumber than a box of rocks and can't be trusted. Our pretty Pearl is not only fixed by someone who knows very little about vehicles but got a proper oil change! BEWARE!

Walmart church Rd Kc mo. NearLiberty MoI had them put 2 front tires I had brought we me on. They balanced them but my how they shookWhen I drove home. They charged $40 for an oil change and I quote ChiChi the lame cashier stated you have an oil Leak but were not allowed to tell u where or how bad it is! Ok WTH? I called them right back about the balance job the guy said bring it back. Why? I d have to make another appointment. And wait another 1&1/2 hrs. By the restroom because the fricking waiting room was closed due to covid and they probably couldn t keep up with cleaning it often enough.

If you want to pay for services that they DON'T DO go ahead and go here. Oil change is much cheaper than Valvoline but THEY DON'T ACTUALLY CHANGE YOUR OIL. THEY TELL YOU IT WILL BE 3 HOURS AND THEY WILL CALL WHEN DONE, BE SURE AND CHECK YOUR OIL AND FILTER AS THEY DON'T REALLY CHANGE IT. I MARKED MY TIRES ON THE INSIDE BEFORE A ROTATION AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE ALL OF MY TIRES WERE STILL IN THE SAME SPOT???

Slow as ever, expect to be there for hours for any service. Oil change took 2 hours and 45 minutes, there was only one person in front of me. Staff is to shorthanded and doesn't listen to orders or instructions.

Was told 2 to 3 hour wait to put on one tire from having a blowout.....needless to say 4 and a half hours later here we still are. The oil change crew swam laps around the tire guys. Saw one employee stop and go outside to take a call on his cell for at least 15 minutes....this place is a JOKE, will never stop at Liberty MO Walmart automotive again.

Couldn't get or even order tires I wanted even though they carry Goodyear products. But the cashier was polite about telling my not a chance.

About 4 hours for an oil change when we were 4th in line and all we get is a mumbled "I'm sorry". We talked to the manager and all she said was "all I can do is call them".If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Well, the job was done. And it was fine. The customer service is clearly not their specialty though. They do not give any impression of caring whatsoever. And that, to me, is very off-putting.

Wouldn't rotate my tires said they were too worn..wanted to just sell me new ones. Nope. Took to my local shop. Got it done and they lasted many more months.

Came in for an oil change. There was one car in the garage when I arrived 3 hours later they still have not pulled it in. When I asked why they haven't started she said they only have 1 working bay and there was a problem with a different customer's car not starting

The attendant that checks you in is very rude and slow to help people. I'd rather pay more at another shop then have my vehicle serviced at Liberty Walmart

The manager or counter person was very stressed, was short and impatient with her service. Walked away mumbled, and expressed her inconvenience for having to check on services offered. Probably not a good position for her to be in.

Waited and looked for an associate for 5 minutes after already waiting 5 minutes.... The associate had went out for a smoke break (hence the loud smell of cigarette smoke) but once they came it was a quick checkout.... Thankfully
