Had a great experience at this auto center. Everyone that was waiting for their car to be finished, So we decided to all chip in and buy the board game Risk. We were able to get through an entire campaign! The only issue was convincing Bill to hop in and finish once Alex was ready to leave. I left the boardgame in the waiting room for the next group of individuals. Your Welcome!

Debbie was ridiculously rude from the first thing she said to me. Argued with me about a factory defective tire. Very obvious it was a defect. I had to show her the warranty information on the back of my receipt. Then she got even more defensive as if i was trying cheat her out of her own personal tires...Tire was flat so had a flat spot from sitting while flat, she thought I did something to the tire to mess it up? She has no business being in an automotive shop of any kind. Asked for a manager and he agreed with me immediately. I have no clue how she still has a job there with all the complaints of how rude she is... They didn't have the tire in stock so went to gladstone Wal-Mart. Told them of my ordeal, they fixed it. No problem. They had also heard of Debbie....they apparently hear stories about her often...Very rude. I'm very kind to people. I give them the benefit of the doubt. But she attacked immediately.

So I showed up at opening which means I beat the employees by half because they were not there yet for some reason. Was just getting an oil change but I went ahead and got the full synthetic oil change which is supposed to come with a carpet clean, windshield cleaning, and all your fluids are supposed to be checked. When my service was done I went to go get my car and realized that none of the extra things have been done so I checked the receipt and they had all been marked as declined by customer. Funny thing is when I ordered and then paid for those things to be done I don't remember at any point declining them... Since they showed up late they were behind schedule so I'm pretty sure they just didn't want to do it and we're trying to cut corners to save time but it's not very reassuring to know that the people working on my car where blatantly cutting corners.

Upon entering this establishment, I found myself face to face with an employee carrying a heavy load. My natural instinct was to hold the door for them, to which they responded by screaming at me to move, and then cackling maniacally. After escaping that bizarre encounter, I asked a different employee about the auto service I was there to purchase, which I had seen advertisements for both online and in-store. This second employee looked at me in sheer terror, as if I had just threatened her life, and informed me that they do not sell the service I asked about. In an attempt to prove that they do NOT sell the service in question, she pointed out a poster on the wall advertising that they DO sell the service in question. At that point I was questioning whether it was a department store or an insane asylum I'd walked into, so I left without buying anything. On my way out the door I witnessed another employee engaged in a long and intense argument with a customer, in which the employee was attempting to cheat the customer out of a tire she had already paid for, before eventually relenting and admitting that she was correct. I took my business elsewhere, and found exactly what I needed for more than $50 less than what Walmart was asking for... in their advertisements for services they don't sell...

They were out of stock on a tire in the automotive department. They may or may not have searched to see if other Walmarts may have had it in stock. If they did, the employee I spoke with did NOT inform me if another Walmart may have had the tire in stock in their automotive department.

I got my car there a half hour before it opened and I was the first in line. There was only one service man and he got there late. It took TWO AND A HALF HOURS! And I was the first one in!

The last two times I had my oil changed at this Walmart they only charged the oil and possibly the filter. Everything else that they're supposed to do, wash windshield, vacuum carpet, check tire pressure, check the fluids, they wrote declined. I even asked the lady at the desk to make sure they checked the tire pressure and she said that comes with my oil change. Well they wrote down that all my tires were 32 psi but my tire pressure meter sensor was on both times and it was still on when I left and continue driving it. The tires are at all different readings which they did when it got cold and I checked them & NOTHING was right. I'm a senior citizen and it's hard for me to do allthese things that's why I pay to have it done. The car is going back today so they can do their.

Went in for a rotation and balance of all four tires. When I arrived to pick it up, the rotation had not been done. Had to sit in their reception area for an hour while they rotated the tires. Then, getting ready to leave, there were grease fingerprints on the inside of the driver's door panel. They came out to clean it, but am disappointed in the service. Probably the last time I use Walmart to install and service my tires. I expected better. Not perfection, just better.

Auto Manager was good before hand telling the cashier to go ahead and add the note to grease the fittings. The tie arm is not sealed.Get it back. Show the pic, and the auto manager says they can't grease the top. Says this as another tech is already out there correcting the issue.Oh by the way the cashier yelled at an upset customer. Sure didn't help. I wish like hell she called the cops. I would have been like this cashier only seems to know how to escalate the situation. No, she should not be yelled at. But be a professional and don't escalate the damn situation. The auto manager was kinda good on that. After participating, he left, then came back. As a non participantP. S. They didn't reset my oil life counter either

I came just to get a tire replaced, and dropped my car off at 3:24pm. The lady at the counter told me there were three cars in front of me, and the wait could be up to two hours. After waiting over two hours(5:31pm), the app said that they hadn't even started working on my car yet, so I went back to the counter asking for a status update. They told me there was one car in front of mine, but they'd work on mine next. Naturally, I asked how much longer they thought it would be, so the last turns to the other guy at the counter and asks him how long he thinks it'll take. He's just chatting with another employee, he stops briefly to glance at her, and goes right back to chatting. She gets his attention again and says, "Hey, he needs to know how long the wait is for his car", and he looks up at me, looks back at her, and then without giving any response he goes back to talking with the other employee. I stand awkwardly at the counter right in front of him, and wait for any kind of answer, but after what felt like a full minute of him pretending I want even there I just had to walk off to find somewhere to wait, without any kind of estimate. They eventually started working on my vehicle at 6:03pm, and finished at 6:43pm. While I understand wait times can be unpredicted sometimes, being that inaccurate combined with the level of customer care, I couldn't recommend the service here to anyone.Service: Tires

Despite being there at 6:30am, to be the first in line at 7am, when they open, it still took OVER TWO HOURS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE! We only went that early, bc the wait time is always so long. Apparently it does not matter what time you get there, plan on wasting a half a day. Then they charged us for wiper blades we had already purchased. I would avoid this place at ALL COSTS. The employees were talking trash on one another too. Horrible Experience.

Inspite of the fact I had to wait 2.5 hours before they even got to my car, they were able to put my tires on in less than 30 minutes. Prices are much better than Discount Tire where they get you in and out in 45 minutes. If you're going to this place, pack a lunch! I was there for 3 hours!!! Only two people working in garage and one person behind the counter helping everyone but he was very nice.

DO NOT bring your car here unless you want to wait all day. I've brought my car here a few times and had to wait at least 3 hours each time, and I arrived first thing in the morning when they opened and didn't ever leave until after 11 am. They seem to be understaffed, and so I chalked it up to that, and brought my car back a total of three times expecting something to have changed or improved. It's been a year and its the same if not worse. Management is freindly and they do what they can, but I have more important things to do in a day than spend 3.5 hours or more in a waiting room.Service: Oil change

Was ok until my car was ready and no one was around to check us out. People had went to lunch on man was gone somewhere. Another customer found a employee on the floor he asked her if there was someone that could help us. She went to try and find him because she did not have a key. The person finally come back. I think we waited 10 to 15 minutes for him to come back.I do want to say that Debbie before she went to lunch was doing a great job. I see why she has been at Walmart for 35 years.

Worst service I've ever had. That lady was so rude. They wouldn't put my tire back on for me. I had a tire that was flat and a tire with a knot in it and they would only sell me one tire and wouldn't even put it on. It only takes five minutes. I told her I have to drive my two year old to daycare on the highway clear across the city tomorrow. She said "well you'll have to be more careful" they had time to put the tire on. And they didn't even text me when it was done either. I mightve had time to go have a friend put it on for me if they had very. I just can't get over how rude that lady was. When I dropped it off and picked it up she was rude rude rude. Worst service ever. Worse than McDonald's. I'll never go back to that Walmart for anything. I just can't get over how rude she was

Debbie the service writer is rude and not just to me but several other customers while I was there. The service tech was great I belive his name is Brandon. But she is very rude and I did notice that they were foreign accents she was completely a a##hole to them. A customer just asked how long for oil change she said 2-30 hrs he said that busy or short staffed she just went off on him, he was polite she got loud he asked her to calm down. I think the Manger is named Caleb, he needs to put her in her place right out the door. The unemployment line is where she needs to go.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

The staff knew we are from 4 hours away with a tire emergency. The broke our key to our locking lug nut and told us there wasn t anything they could do. That we had to go somewhere else. THIS WAS AFTER ALREADY WAITING FOR HOURS. This cost us having to pay for a hotel room for another night and paying another place to extract the broken key and have the tire service!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF BROKEN AND THEN THEY DON T EVEN FIX THEIR RIGHT!Service: Tires

Staff was outstanding! My daughter had just purchased tires, with the next day had one punctured. While my daughter was crying and so upset, they calmly talked to her and they went extra mile inspected the tire, and IT WAS a default in the inner tire and covered under warranty. They were so kind and quick to fix!!! AWESOME JOB

The first Walmart that I went to, in Bonner Springs, I left because I stood there for 5 minutes and was just looked at several times as nothing was said, as if I didn't matter... so I got in my car and took off... It was a very waisted trip! I stopped by the Legends Walmart and was helped immediately, provided good service, and was done in 20 minutes. If I had stayed at the Bonner Springs location, I would probably still be waiting to be acknowledged...!! Bonner Springs gets an F minus and the Legends gets an A plus!! Its a sad shame that the same company is so inconsistent from one location to the next!

Automotive has got a lot of work to do. One lady staffed (clearly unhappy). Arrived at 7:20 am and almost 11am when finished for 1 tire and an oil change. Tried scheduling an apt the following week for another tire, and my apt was cancelled making a reschedule impossible since all spots were now filled. I guess that was a blessing in disguise, just chaos with a dirty wait room, not returning and would recommend the same if you were debating coming here.

Mr. Albert did a great job working on my tires. He was very honest. He deserves a raise and has earned a 5 star from me. As to telephone answering, yes they can do better...if busy with a customer politely excuse yourself to answer the phone and politely ask caller to hold.

My oil change was done in a timely manner. Helpful people some drama going on between cashier and technician very load about how they hate each and how they each do their jobs. Unprofessional but other than that great experience.

Great quick service and good prices. We were able to get right in and didn't need to battle front store checkout counters because they let us pay for our 3 items when we paid for our oil and filter change. We have used them before and we will use them again.

The staff were all very nice! I got a flat from a pothole. I didn t catch the woman s name that was working but she was very nice as was Albert the technician. It took a little under 2 hours but honestly that s expected. Overall it was a good experience. I feel they were understaffed so my only complaint is with the company itself not the employees.

Service was decent. Headlight restore service wasn't worth it 2 weeks after the headlight where clouding over. Don't belive they sealed the plastic after all the hard work was done.

It sucked if I could give them a negative star I would had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to show up then the credit card machine wouldn't work it took her another 15 minutes to try to get it figured out then she got an attitude only time I'll ever go there again as if it's an emergency

I needed a quick lightbulb change because one of my headlights burnt out. The price for labor and lightbulb were great. The only problem is they broke off the little latch part that holds the light bulb on and they offered no solution for this problem. The light bulb is just hanging on now. They told me that I will need to take it to a dealership to have it fixed. Not pleased.I also had an oil change and they told us it would be about 30 minutes and it took well over an hour.
