Old man behind the counter needs fired. Zero customer service skills. Tries treating you like you're stupid when HE can't even spell. Hopefully he gets the education and training he needs!

Nicest guy in the whole place was the older gentleman picking parts in the warehouse. The salesman inside did not care about customer satisfaction and he tried to make it clear I was in the wrong. They pulled some used parts for me and didn t include the hardware to mount to my machine, so now I have to spend time running down correct metric sized hardware. This is not a situation in which the original hardware would have been destroyed when removing the part either.This would be like when we were kids, my friend and I had the exact same bike, but his had a cool bell on it, so one day I bought the bell off of my friend. He gave me the bell but after he took it off his bike he took the little piece off the bell that mounts to the handlebar and threw it in the trash.This is how I feel like I was treated today at Vander Haags KC.

I had a decent experience that's why I'm giving it five stars but the guy next to me seems like he was dealing with a guy at the parts counter that could really give a s*** less. I consider that pretty sad especially since I've given them tens of thousands of dollars of business and for just to stand there next to a customer that was genuinely needing help and the guy more or less was just waiting for his paycheck pretty sad he asked me

Buyer beware, read every single detail because the pictures posted and the product they will send might not match up. This was the case for me. Had a truck waiting a week for parts to only receive part of what was paid for. Then Multiple voicemails and run around and still only received 2/3rds of the items in the picture that was posted. Not a great first experience.

Parts sales staff was very helpful. Prices and shipping were very reasonable. Sleeper curtains that I ordered were in very good condition. Would definitely do business here again.

Their customer service is great. I have ordered parts from them a few times and it has been a positive experience every time. We saved hundreds of dollars getting parts from Vander Haag"s as opposed to somewhere else. I recommend them.

I ordered a door assembly driver's site. I was told by the sales person Jacob that the door was white. Upon receiving the door at O'Fallon Peterbilt The door was silver. I am already a week late on my delivery. Call vanderhagen to let them know about my disappointment.( I'm very upset). I was told that somebody would get ahold of me and they pushed me down-the-line. I received a phone call the next morning stating that if I send the part back they would fix the problem and send a correct door. This would mean another week or 2 not deliver in my load or receiving income because of their Failure to tell the truth Because it's more important to them to make the sale and take your money. All I can say is make sure you ask a question and then ask the questions again remember their selsman do not trust them. The offer of a discount was never mentioned. It's all about taking your money and giving you bad service.

Appreciated the friendly knowledgable service. Inquired about a number of used parts and some new ones also. Very knowledgeable, service oriented and competitive. Great customer service! Will definitely purchase parts from Vander Haag s again.

Management and staff were some of the best people that you will ever meet they know they stuff they know what you need when you tell them they don't hesitate to jump right into my godson sold his truck to them and it went smooth as butter I'm grateful to have found these people they care so much about you and about what they do keep up the great work I just hope they have these people down in Texas because I'm moving to they have great quality Parks motors exedra

Very good experience , the people are knowledgeable and helpful. The service has been outstanding , very good mechanic did a professional job installing a complete cat reman engine.Also did a great job on my second tk when the turbo failed . They opened a bay and got me right in , had a turbo and charge air cooler on hand . Truck was up and running in nx day.Good people .

This is all around a top notch shop. Eric, Mark, and Matt are great to deal with and do what they can to get you in and out as fast as they can and all around good guys. We use this shop frequently, and I have never had a bad experience. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing maintenance in KC. Great guys.

I've been in business for over 18 years in various automotive and trucking industries and this is far and away the most thorough, efficient and reasonably priced company I've dealt with. Eric was my direct communication and he was the best advisor I could have asked for. They stayed late hours and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my truck was ready on my timeline. If I could give 10 stars I would, I highly recommend them for any of your servicing needs.

This place is awesome. Huge facility. Clean and more parts than I've ever seen in one place ever! Not only did they have my part it was a much better price than the dealer and it was brand new not rebuilt (cummins compressor). The guys at the counter were extremely nice and knowledgeable and even gave me a pen. They opened up the box and checked everything out with me to make sure nothing was missing/needed. Can't say enough good things about this place/these folks. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

What a waste of time for me. Stopped in first thing in the morning to pick up a side door mirror and even though they had it. They wouldn t pull it or allow me to do so. Wasn t busy at all. I was the only customer in the place. Four screws and they claimed I had to wait till Monday before it was ready. Lol it s a salvage yard I should ve had that mirror in less than 30 minutes. I won t waste my time again.

The very worst of customer service and relations!! I spent over 21,000 dollars there for a trailer and accessories and they shorted half of the items on the order. Now we all know how hard maintenance is in the trucking industry is when it comes down to time and i lost 2 weeks of it do to a uncommon mistake of being lazy and not correctly filling a order this big. 1 day lost is a 1500 dollar lost for a company. Showed 0 compassion on mistake made and refused any kind of compensation, not even a rusty seatbelt from graveyard. When you screw up you should pay as we all do. Not send it late and say you still getting it. Horrible place to shop

I absolutely recommend doing business with these folks!The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. there have been a few hiccups with receiving a few large items due to the freight companies not taking care of their product in route to me and every time that's happened Vanderhaag's has taken care of the situation fast.I look forward to many years of business together!

These guys are AMAZING. I purchased a flywheel from them for more than $2500.00 cheaper than what the kenworth dealership wanted. Kenworth in Baytown TX also told me it would take 2 months to get one. Not only did Brad save me a ton of money. He had the part to me in less than 72 hrs. FEDEX damaged the Parr. I called Brad and emailed him pictures. He immediately took care of the problem and then shipped me a new Flywheel!! I will never order parts from anyone but Vander Haags from now on. They go above and beyond for their customers!!

We picked up a new flatbed trailer from Vanderhaag's in Kansas City and we were extremely pleased with the exceptional service from both the sales and parts department. For flatbed supplies they may run short on some items; highly recommend Zamzow's in KC for any other parts needed.
