This place is amazing! Very affordable and done with perfection. When I need to get something fixed, this is the place for me. They are very polite, quick and efficient. Trust me, it has saved my wallet by a lot!! You have the choice of getting your own parts if he doesn t have it, either way it still saves you a lot more money than going to a big company. I highly recommend this place.

Hello I want to let everyone know that this place is the place to go to get your car fixed. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you safe and ready for the roads. They amazing my family is so happy with the work they did. If we need anything else done on our cars they will be the first place we call. Thank you guys so much. Best autoshop in Kansas City. I don't like expensive brand name shops because they cost too much, but this place is perfect.Bring your own parts. If you prefer getting aftermarket, then these guys will get you all fixed up in a hot minute, Would definitely go back

The lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude I didn t even want to do business with them anymore. I can t speak for everyone there but with the service I got from the lady I spoke to I will never do business here.

WOW! Wonderful customer service! I got a quote over the phone but when I took my car in there was more that needed to be fixed. I don't have much money right now so they shopped around for less expensive parts and were able to stay within my budget. And my car is running great! I will never go anywhere else.. they're AWESOME!

My AC went out so I took my car to my usual mechanic. They wanted $190 for diagnostic and then an additional $100 for Freon, not including labor. Was recommended V & N and I was not disappointed. Mr Lee diagnosed my car for no charge and told me my whole AC compressor went out. He said parts and labor would be $700 but if I bought my own part and Freon he would charge $175 for labor. Took my car in at 9am and it was ready to go at 1pm blowing icy cold air- and I was left with a whole bottle of Freon. Very honest and kind people, I will be returning and referring.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Family run store that let's you bring your own parts. Very transparent with prices and efficient. I highly don't recommend them to do any electrical work on your car. Fixed my AC and ended up breaking my horn in the process. When I finally needed to use my horn a couple days later that's when I realized it wasn't working and then they wanted to act like they don't speak English and didn't break it. Then wouldn't fix it for no charge like he should have. You definitely get what you pay for here don't settle for a cheap mechanic and get a good one .... Oh and my AC only worked for a month after taking it to them...

I love this family owned shop! Every time I come fix my cars with them it s never a disappointement and they are so fair priced. They are just simply the best and honest to do business with. I took my Toyota to another shop and they thought it was my timing chain which who knows how much that would have cost me so I took it here for a second opinion. They looked at it and said it was not the timing chain but a minor problem repair. Let s just say they saved me a whole lot of money. Thank you for your great service. I really appreciate you guys!

The most honest place to repair a vehicle in k.c. we had our axle break on our Honda fit it only cost 195 for parts and labor. We have been there for many years now. They will save you a ton over the dealership.

These dudes do not speak English too well, but they know what is going on. THEY SPECIALIZE IN FOREIGN CARS...including BMW! If you know what repairs cost at the BMW dealer, you will understand that they are though the roof. They will let you buy the parts yourself, and will install them. I had the front lower control arms done, with ball joints, both sides, for $120. Also, a rear bearing. The repairs were good, and I am very happy with them, especially compared to the very expensive BMW shops around town. Fair price, good work. They also checked some other things for me, and were honest in their assessment. The rear wheel was making horrible noise, and it turned out to be just needed a tire. For my BMW this is where I will always go.

I go to Advance Auto on Independence Ave. Go right across to V&N for my repairs . It's very convenient for both properties. They go hand and hand it's a really good marriage!!!!

The best place to take your car to work on for any reason I have been with these people for 20 years they did an amazing job on my old car ,used,truck you name it if an one out there need help call v & n or visit them at their work shop so you will not be disappointed!!

I had to pay for the parts and installation that they told me to get and that wasn t what was wrong with my car like they said it was. They didn t fix the problem, they just assume what the problem is and don t even try to put it on a scanner you ll still be left without car and without money because This place will have you running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

They are not mechanics, they are parts swappers. A mechanic will scan your vehicle and properly diagnose and fix the problem. A part swapper Guess at the problem and have you go by the part and charge you even if that is not the problem. Wasting a lot your valuable time and money. Failing to properly diagnose a problem leaves the customer vulnerable to being overcharged for unnecessary parts and labor. I do not believe anyone at this shop is a certified mechanic.

They guess at the problem, then make you get the part and when they are wrong they want you to pay the labor. Who does that kind of foolishness. I have never seen people charge there labor for a wrong diagnosis. It s worse than taking it to some random person who has never been trained to fix a car.

If you need your car fixed this is not the place to go. Will have you trying/experimenting everything under your hood that could be a possibility of what s wrong with your car instead of knowing their stuff and getting it right the first time. Very disappointed they don t even try.

There is a dog without food or water for days in a snow storm on your property in 10 degree weather with NO SHELTER. Can you explain your lack of responsibility for life but feel we should trust you with ours and pay you? I have pictures for proof if you'd like to contact me.

That have no clue what they are doing, no clue how to run a business, no clue how to talk to customers, no clue how to work on cars. they are no more experienced than a parts stocker at Napa Autoparts.

This guy is always busy and they don't even let you make appointments. In other words you can spend all day there
