Had my axle and steering box out and replaced in 3 days, hilarious and knowledgeable guy. I'll have to give him another call if I ever have any other issues that I need a mobile repair for, this is your guy. Good prices and hard work for sure

These guys were great. I had a rear differential put in and needless to say they came through. They were honest from beginning to end and I was very pleased when they were done. Thanks guys when I come back through Kansas City and I need work done, you'll be the only ones I call on.

I called this morning about my flat tire. He took great care of it and I was back on the road and on time for work. The work was clean and prompt. He was very kind, the work was completely mobile and the tire was of great quality. I could not have asked for a better experience.

If there were no star, I would give him zero star I did call this guy for my semi truck situation and I did explain it to him. He told me he will be here about three hours and I did wait for him more than five hours then I called him back. He never answered and he never answered back my text even next day I called him so I would no recommended this guy to anybody, because he such as this kind of person he could answer and text me back say hey man, I cannot do it or I m busy. The side of his mobile service says 24 hour, so he s such a liar person

Wow, did we luck out finding Us & a Truck! He was able to get to us in less than 30 minutes (probably doesn't always happen) and get us back on the road fast and for a reasonable price. He is definitely the only one we will call if we need something in the KC area.

Incompetent Truck Mechanic: Zero Knowledge and Ineffective RepairsI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a this truck mechanic who displayed a shocking lack of knowledge and expertise when it comes to semi trucks' after-treatment systems and emissions. This mechanic not only failed to address my problem, but also displayed a complete disregard for my concerns and wasted my hard-earned money.Firstly, I specifically asked the mechanic over the phone if he possessed the necessary computer equipment to diagnose Detroit engines, particularly their fault codes. To my dismay, when he arrived, he brought nothing more than a Tetris game. It quickly became apparent that this primitive device was utterly useless for diagnosing any faults within a truck's engine.Despite my reservations, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, hoping that perhaps he possessed some hidden knowledge or expertise that could compensate for his lack of proper diagnostic tools. Unfortunately, my hopes were quickly shattered as he proceeded to tinker aimlessly with my truck, seemingly without a clear understanding of its after-treatment system.To add insult to injury, this mechanic had the audacity to charge me an exorbitant $300 for his so-called services. Considering the lack of results and the wasted time, this was an unjustifiable sum. It is clear that this individual's pricing does not reflect the quality of his work, or rather, lack thereof.In conclusion, I strongly advise against entrusting your truck to this mechanic. His ineptitude, lack of knowledge about after-treatment systems, and inability to properly diagnose issues make them wholly unsuitable for handling complex truck repairs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by seeking out a reputable and knowledgeable professional who can provide the services you deserve.

After being stranded with a hydraulic issue for well over 18 hours, I was relieved to have found us and a truck! Carl came out immediately and arrived with food. That was the most thoughtful thing I ever expected from roadside assistance. Aside from the generosity, this technician knows his sh*t and didnt try to gouge the company. 10/10 would recommend to any other truck drivers out there, especially car haulers. After a long day of flying, we came back to a flat tire on our car. We did not have a spare tire. We got ahold of Carl & he was there within 30-40 mins at 2:00am. He aired the tire up and fixed the leak. Super impressed & saved the day!! Call him for any of your emergency needs!!!!

Had one of my trucks break down in Kansas City area, called Carl to check it out and do a quick Diag. He got there and came up with a problem in a short time so I asked if he could attempt to repair just to get my truck down the road. Even though he was swamped with other trucks he took the time and got my driver back on the road. Sent me a fair bill and explained step by step what was done.

Carl went above and beyond not just he fixed the truck We had a driver at a Loves truck stop his truck died there , loves mechanic could not fixed it so we called Carl he went over in the middle of the night and he start the truck and told us what was needed he came back the next day and replaced the parts he did a great job excellent service and was very patience with us Spanish speaking people the price were goodgood . Called at 12:34 am on a Sunday, looking for a steer tire, after getting the run around from Speedco. However, the owner couldn't locate one after calling around for me. Very nice guy. There are still people in the world who still care. Much financial success to you sir.

While driving from Missouri to Oregon on a Saturday/Sunday late night, I had a migration stopping tire failure, in a 23 foot RV after major let downs from AAA, truck stop tire repair, and good sam's club, and 5 other tire road side assistance company's, CARL, was the ONLY person to respond! Talk about disqust for premiums paid! Additionally my specific tire size was a rare unicorn in fantasia kind of scenario, speciality order type. Lo an behold, Carl even had 1 NEW tire in that size. Talk about guardian angels in the middle of no where! Let tell you about this man and his team.. They came to me (2+) hr drive 1 way, pulled the dually rear tires off, fitted a new tire on the rim and re mounted the new tried on, oh btw also resolved the issue that caused the near deadly blowout from happening again. A few days later he personally called me to check how I was doing, and on the job he did! All I can say is the there is NO one else too call, he is the man, myth, legend and guardian angel of travelers... There is Soo much more to the story, but the bottom line is...
