Service Agent was thorough in reviewing the request and appointment made for an oil change and rotation of the tires. I waited in their enclosed and comfortable waiting room, where they have a large TV. Stuffed chairs are set about 6 - 8 feet apart. Disabled accessible and designated male and female restrooms are off the waiting room. They are located off 103rd and State Line in Kansas City, MO. Appointments are requested, but not required. 06-09-2022. Mgb.

We always get great service at Molle and this visit was no different. Can't say I loved finding out my brakes needed done, but it's probably better than not knowing.

We had been to three companies that had done repair work on our Toyota which included requests to repair the glove box because it kept falling open. No one fixed it. In a matter of three days, Mille ordered a new box, installed it and it s brand new and nice to know someone actually gave a damn!!! Perfection!!!

As a 1st time customer, I will be a repeat customer. Brandon was my service department representative. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Leo, the shuttle driver, was very helpful also.

Hands down the service at Molle Toyota Service Center is the best! I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Jay Beach is the best Service Consultant I've ever worked with. He is extremely friendly and he always alerts me to any service specials they are running. The service is speedy, I never have to wait long. And one of my favorite things is I never feel pressured to purchase any service add-ons. Jay always alerts me to any upcoming car care needs but I never feel pressure to do it right then. I can't say the same for other service centers that I've been to. Thank you, Jay!Service: Oil change

Had an appointment at 11am. They were supposed to run diagnostics and get back to me. I came back at 3:30 because I hadn t heard anything. They should have been able to run diagnostics in 15-30 minutes tops. When I got back, they were just starting on my truck at 3:30, and I dropped it off for my 11:00 appointment at 11:00. I had called in the early afternoon to get an update but got an answering machine, and no one called me back. After finally running diagnostics (just after 3:30), they told me it could be a number of things. If it wasn t the easy fix, they would have to keep it and finish it in the morning. I don t live here. I had to drive here from a small town, and gas isn t cheap. Again, it took them 4.5 hours just to run the diagnostics. There is a reason I scheduled a morning appointment: to give them plenty of time to get it done today. They were also supposed to price a new side mirror for me. As of 3:30, they still hadn t started on that. Worst Toyota Service Center I have ever been to by far.Update: Yep, because it took them so long to get started, they won t get it done today. I have to come back tomorrow. Good job, guys!

I took my wives 4 runner in for general maintenance this morning and what a pleasurable experience. The service technicians were great and seemed happy doing their job, unheard of these days. I wish i would have purchased my pickup from them instead of the RAM dealer just down the street. Their customer service department needs to shadow the folks at Molle.Great job!!!Service: Oil change

Highly recommend. Their service department is experienced and professional. I was very impressed and very satisfied with the service provided by the center. Justin and Jordan were both incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my car was fixed and well taken care of. It was great to have folks who cared and ensured I got what I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great service experience. Got my truck in w/o an appt. Ended up needing a new transmission. Less than 500 miles left on the 5 yr/60k warranty and they didn't bat an eye. Picked up 2 days later and not a dime out of pocket. So nice to have a company stand by their product.

I'm writing this email because I have more of appreciation for Molle Toyota and Matt Garcia's. I took my diesel truck to absolute power stroke and it got stolen and they are trying to avoid all liability.A few months ago I got my left side catalytic converter stolen. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Matt Garcia. He did the right thing in the right way and my claim turned out great for me. I also found a awesome mechanic name Brian so it was a double win for me.If you have a insurance claim you definitely want Matt Garcia to work it for you he's awesome.

Service you can count on! Molle service deot saved me 400. On a repair (that i didnt need) only repaired front brakes, the back still have a lot of life. Jason showed me exactly what was needed. Thank you so much, I appreciate your honesty and will come down for all service and repairs.

I have always been satisfied with the work, but their time estimates are terrible. I waited two and a half hours for what I was told was a 45 minute wheel replacement. I was the first appointment of the day. That's a pretty standard visit.

They've been taking good care of my son's older Toyota 4-runner (making things right if ever a problem). Appreciate that even with him being an 18 year old they've made him comfortable. Great, fast service. Service advisors were polite and knowledgeable. The tech I spoke with listened to why I was there w/out interrupting. He was able to address my issue in a short time. I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend Molle Toyota.

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission fluid leak and Brandon took very good care of my car and got my leak fixed for a great price and also fixed my alignment. The vehicle drives wonderfully now! Thank you Molle Toyota you have a great employee.

Great service department! The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and they provide no-pressure to do more than you can at the time. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. The best service department I've ever worked with.

The service staff have always been amazing, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately every time I run into someone who seems to be a manager, prices balloon to unreasonable rates. It s a coin flip every time whether it s the best place in town or the worst.

I took my 4 Runner in for new front brakes. It was shaking the steering wheel when braking from speed, and pulsing just before coming to a stop. They quoted me $480, assuming new pads and rotors. 20 minutes after arriving, the service writer came to me and told me my pads and rotors were not worn out. It was likely I had a slightly warped brake rotor, which they could turn and reinstall. They did so, and it drives perfectly, again. The bill was $180, not $480. I would not have known any better if they had just replaced it all as I originally assumed. They have earned a Service Customer for life! Thank you, all!

Ishmael Sabeha greeted us at the door and immediately took the time to answer all of our questions. We returned a few days later and he recognized us and set us up to test drive a new Highlander. He was courteous,knowledgeable and the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Ask for Ismael, you will be glad you did.

They ve always treated right here, whether they could help me or not, and even when I have chose to go elsewhere for a repair. Also, they recently got me right in for a state inspection, whereas the other guys were booked up for days.

Usually decent service. Had appointment. Five people waiting in waiting room. All were completed. Five came after me. Four of those completed. I was just getting oil change and bulb changed out. 1 1/2 hours later, finally done.

I've come here for oil changes and a few other things. I feel like the service is terribly slow and overpriced. I once made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. With an appt they should have been ready for me when I arrived. I showed up for the appt and waited while they did they work and was there for almost 3 hours!! An oil change with tire rotation with an appt should usually be an hour maximum. Slow service and high prices.

Every time I've taken a car in here I've been blown away at the level of service! They go above and beyond expectations in all things they do.In particular, I've worked with Matt in the Collision Center - he is polite, efficient, and treats you like family! After you've been in a collision, you want to feel like someone is taking care of you, and that's exactly what Matt does.

It's nice just like most dealerships, but just like dealerships you plan/expect to spend a certain amount and they use scare tactics to get you to spend more. I rate it a 4 because of the friendliness of the staff and comforting environment, you're gonna need to be relaxed when they tell you issues and total price.
