Hi I am giving this place 5 stars bc of Spencer! I went there on Saturday 04/20/24 at 12:30 pm & mind you they were going to close at 1 pm. When I had arrived there they was already closed bc they were busy from Friday & Spencer still had cars that needed to be fixed I am assuming that s why they were closed earlier. Of course I started to get an attitude towards the lady who works in the office bc I had called on Friday regarding my car having a flat tire on my rear wheel & I was waiting for her to call me back about if they had my tire size. Well I didn t get a call so I just took my chances & I went there on Saturday. So then she said that she would ask Spencer if he would be able to replace my tire. Then Spencer came over to me and he was so nice & sweet to stop what he was doing to replace my tire. I was so happy that he was willing to stay late to replace my tire & he even charged me $30 for installing the tire that I already had with me but then come to find out that I brought the wrong size tire & he had informed me that. Then he told me that he had a tire that was the correct size for my car & he charged me a decent price for it so I was still happy about it & I agreed to paying him $130 for the tire plus installation but the only thing was THAT I HAD TO PAY IN CASH which I didn t mind bc he went out of his way to help me. However I just wanted to share my story about Todd Auto Repair & Tires and I will definitely be back to have other services done on my car. Sign says they are open till 1pm on Saturday. We got there at 9:30, the garage door is up and he is working on cars but told us he was closed. Obviously doesn't want anymore business. Don't worry. I'm never coming back.

My mom came here a few days ago to get her car fixed because she has a bad oil leakage. They called her and told her that her car was ready to be picked up today (March 7th, 2024). Backstory: her car has a bad gas smell and smoke would be coming through the inside and outside of the car while she was driving. They said that they would order a new part to stop the leakage (which they said they did when we got there today to pick up her car). However, once she started driving it home, her car kept going off and showing an emergency light because there was too much smoke. We could smell the smoke from inside the house because it was coming out that bad. The big problem was that her car could blow up if she didn t get this issue fixed, but that same issue was still there after they said they fixed it. She paid over $500 for it too.

My husband was having a hard finding someone to fix our tire.Todds was great,fast and easy.Husband came home and hugged me for finding this place.

This place completely took advantage of my mom. They special ordered two tires for my mom's truck. She drove less than 20 miles and one of them exploded. When I looked at the tire they hardly had any tread and were completely dry rotten. At first them claimed they never put those tires on her truck. After we showed the receipt they said the tires are "as is" and this happens. Those tires were not even street legal. After getting the owner involved they would only replace the one. This has now cost my mom over $300 because the tow. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE!!!

A local business that I'm proud to support! Just had my breaks replaced and am very pleased!!! Service was quick and very reasonably priced. They'll even tell you when you "dont" need to fix something. What more can you ask for?

Phone doesn't work. Showed up at 12:15pm on a Saturday for tire installation, door was locked. Google says they close at 1pm.

The lady was very helpful. She was great but I got 2 tires in the back replaced and one would not keep air in it. When I brought it back a gentleman was very short and rude about it as if I did something wrong. Not real cool if you want to keep good business.Service: TiresService: Tires

Call to replace the shifting cable on hot rod. They don't do that kind of stuff there! I'm glad I called instead of going in to waste my time.

This place is h9nest and upfront. Won't beat around the bush about what you need. But will take jobs other places will not.I drove around Kansas City and talked to 5 Other Tire Shops before finding these guys. Friendly, and I was in and out.They do First Come, First Serve.Thank you, Todd's Auto Repair

I went to this tire shop yesterday, they left greasy fingerprints all over my interior door and supposedly plugged my drivers side rear tire, when I got hm which was 5 min from the shop, it was 20 lbs low. Aired it up and it was 15 lbs low after work, took it back to them.. there was no plug put in it. They plugged my passenger side rear tire that had never gotten low, they said there was a bolt found in it but nothing on the driver's side. When I stood and watched today miraculously they found a nail. They plugged it even though they had no air compressor to put air back in it when they were done. That plug was done free of charge. (Imagine that) I had to go across to the QT to put air in my half flat tire before driving hm. I have plugs in both rear tires now- one that didn't need it. Thanks guys!Addendum, 3 hrs later, my tire is flat.

Love my experience here I gave her the wrong sized tires but she still found a way to make things work for me. She went out of her way. I will definitely be going back

I am super impressed with this business. They work so fast here! They got me brand new quality tires for cheap! They also did a great job at putting my tires on correctly and making sure the alignment was right!All the workers here are super nice and respectful! Do not recommend! Got back brakes and gear box did in 2022 and I had to get both replaced a year later with both places criticizing prior work done at this place.

Called to get a used tire they told me they had my size once I made it to the shop they told me that they didn t have the tire size I would not recommend wasting gas coming they was not helpful at all

Originally stopped in a few months ago to get a tire plugged. Went back a week ago to get 4 new tires. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly, quality work and priced where it won't break your wallet! Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I called the day before to check if they had used tires in the size I needed because I had a flat and to schedule an appointment. They don t do appointments but quoted me $65 and said they had 5 used ones available. I showed up today and was told by one employee (who didn t even approach the service window) that the only used ones would only fit a service van but another employee corrected her and said the measurements were the same. I pulled infront of the bay as directed and then was told that the 5 used tires were not in drivable condition and I d have was expected to upcharge $100 to get a used tire. Got back in my car and left. INCREDIBLY inconsistent and unprofessional behavior.

I love this place! Excellent service, great prices, and a strong sense that the owner has your best interests at heart. I had an a/c compressor fixed on my old Civic... runs like a dream and blows ice cold. I saved hundreds of dollars with Todd. I'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends!

No more than 2 month i went there to change my 4 rotor and pads, and just a week ago one of my rear breake caliper was in so old and in bad conditions that i got lock on and they no even mention to me that the calipers my need to be changed. And plus the charge 550$ after they tell is was suppose to be 390$ cause the got to orders the parts to a different places cause it was kinda hard fine my car parts. Worst place ever, don't go there and i will leave 0 stars but doesn't let...

I am very pleased with my visit and work done here. I took my daughters Jeep in for an oil change and to check the brakes because my daughter was saying it was grinding. They checked it and came out to explain it needed brakes and explained how much longer I could go without getting it done. When he gave me the price I was like go ahead and do it. I really felt like they care about doing a thorough job and actually listen to what your vehicle concerns are. Thank you and I definitely will be coming back.

I showed up as soon as Todd s opened at 7:30 am. They got me in and out within an hour, and that was with four tires. They were very professional and had more than a fair price s. I highly recommend Todd s and I ll 100% be returning!Service: TiresService: Tires
