I have used TMS several times and I am always pleased with them! Scott, John, Jeff, all of them are very personable, knowledgeable & honest. They are always busy it seems which is a testament to their work & dedication.I recommend them highly & happy they serve the Gladstone area!

Parents of any teen children send your new drivers to TMS! They helped my son so much with his first car. We thought more work would need to be done on the car, but turns out that wasn t the case, which means they helped him save money! They also added a clip to help hold his visor in place, that was such a nice gesture. I decided to bring in my own car when my dealership said the brakes needed to be done, and turns out my brakes were fine after all. This is my go to shop now for the whole family! It s hard to find a honest shop with kind people these days, I m so glad we found TMS!

I've been going there for the past 6 years, always honest diagnosing and friendly people. Just had new rims and tires put on my husband's truck with an oil change, awesome job as always. My go-to for any automotive issues. Scotty is always a pleasure to work with.

I can t say enough how glad I am to have a maintenance shop I trust. The guys at TMS are thorough, fair, fast, and friendly. I always know they will go above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, and that I can trust their assessment of what needs to be done. Their prices are incredibly fair, and they do their best to get you in quickly and get the work done right.

I've known the owner for about 24 years, since he had a 2 bay shop across from bubbles liquors. When he moved into this new facility, his business seemed to take off. On several occasions when I needed work, he was so busy that I was forced to use another great mechanic I located, who recently retired January 2023.My 2007 GMC suffered the infamous lifter issue on file for their terrible 5.3 engine design. Went to see Andrew in May 2023, met John. He was able to squeeze me in within the week, and they replaced the lifters and associated equipment.The quality of work was excellent, and performed in a timely manner. Since then, I had my daughter's jeep in for front brakes and rotors. They called advising about the back brakes being close to needing replaced. With my approval, they were able to accomplish both sets, including rotors, the same day. And very reasonable rates. That was in March, and within the last month I have had my GMC in for a rear mainseal leak and transmission cooler lines leak. My daughter's Jeep just went in for several leaks. Has been a very expensive month, but the work has been outstanding, and the crew (John, Scott, Sean) were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I hate spending money on car repairs, like most of us. However, I at least feel I'm getting my money's worth at TMS.I can wholeheartedly recommend them for your car maintenance.Ron Meade

Good ol' boys. I can call them anytime they're open and they always work with me to get my car in the shop as soon as possible. Everyone there is so nice, and they work quickly but thoroughly. If I ever have an ongoing issue, they work with me to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Even though they could overcharge me, they don't. They even drove me and my dog home so we didn't have to wait! These guys are wonderful.

I ve been bringing my vehicles to TMS for 5 years and have not had one bad moment or experience! I live much further away now and still go out of my way to make sure they are the ones to service my vehicles. Top notch staff through and through.

We've been going to TMS Auto Repair for several years for all our automobile repair and maintenance needs. We find them to be friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We feel their pricing for services is fair. They have offered us towing and shuttle services when we've had breakdowns. They are our 'go to' shop for all our auto care needs.

I ve been going to TMS for the past 3 years. They first helped me out when my transmission died during a trip to KC. When I moved up here later that year, I couldn t think about going anywhere else. TMS has always provided a professional, helpful, and honest experience. I could not recommend them more!

We moved up to the Kansas City area to attend graduate school a little over three years ago. Due to the restraints of full-time student's budget, our vehicles are older models that require occasional maintenance. TMS has provided exemplary service from day one. They always provide us with options as it relates to the necessity and priority of repairs. In most cases they come in under quoted estimates and stay within timeframe expectations; if anything unexpected arises, they are quick to communicate. In many ways TMS reminds of us of "our garage back home," which is a blessing in and of itself. Our family strongly recommends TMS.

This is the best place if you need something repaired on your vehicle. The men are knowledgeable an helped me navigate through a problem on the phone. When I couldn't solve the problem due to my lack of expertise, I took my truck to them. They solved the problem. They will continue to have my business and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

These guys do an amazing job.. there was a little mis communication on my end but overall my experience with them was really great.. very friendly and polite.. quite hard to find shops as honest and efficient as these guys.. would recommend to anyone looking for a good shop. Quality work and Fair price .

Scott had been incredibly helpful and honest! They keep in contact with you and do their best to get the job done efficiently and budget friendly. If I could give TMS 10 stars I would. I took my car in to TMS for the first time a few months ago after finally getting fed up with my family's long-term mechanic. It was a pretty expensive engine repair that they believed would fix the power issues I was having. It did not. Once I was able to secure transportation since I could not be without a car, I took my car back for further diagnosis and repair. Scott and Logan assured me that they would take care of it. They sure did! Not only did they find the issue, they replaced my catalytic converter that was overlooked the first time and worsened in the time that I drove it between repairs, found that the manufacturer's parts that were sent for the repair were for the wrong engine but fit my engine, recharged my air conditioning, and changed my oil for free! They kept my car at my request and drove it to make sure it was truly running well, and it is. I am so impressed with the attention to detail that they put into my car, the customer service they provided myself and my husband, and the communication they provided throughout the process. They didn't have to do all of the extra and most mechanic shops would have charged for the second repair. Both Scott and Logan are absolutely amazing and actually care for their customers. They made a loyal life-long customer out of me today. I highly recommend this mechanic shop, they will take great care of you!

After several disappointing experiences with other shops, a friend referred us to TMS. We've had nothing but phenomenal service and excellent communication at TMS. Scott has helped us work through several car issues that were never resolved with other mechanics. The technicians at TMS pay attention to details and are honest, friendly, and professional.
