Nate and his team really exceeded all my expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure that my auto repair needs were done right and walked me through everything. Nate made every effort to keep me in the loop and was able to perform all the repairs I had asked for, all while maintaining the time frame he promised. There is a reason why I make sure to get my repair needs taken care of here. P.S. I found out that they offer a lifetime alignment, which will save me money with all the pot holes here in KC. Thanks Nate, and your team.

I could not be more pleased with the service at this location. Had to get 4 new tires and with the guidance from Mike, the service manager I was able to make a good decision. He took the time to walk me through my different options and gave me solid advice.

We took our Jeep in to get checked out after being told we needed to have our ball joints had movement. We went in and Mike took care of us. We were expecting to be without our car for at least the day and after dropping it off around 7:30am Mike called and gave us great news that our Jeep was perfect and didn t need anything replaced after only being at the shop for right at 1 hour. Thank you Mike for taking care of us and for being so quick to try and diagnose any issues as soon as you could!

I had a ring of bad luck 1 day before a big trip was planned. My whole gameplan was shot as my front left tire blew out. I was lucky enough to get to the store near the very end of the day and the manager on duty was extremely nice and fixed my car issues making sure I would have an uninterrupted weekend thanks to their quick response.

I came in during a very busy tire sale on a very rainy day with a leaking tire. (which i had purchase from the store) They worked me in around other work and got me back on the road. I really appreciated the true customer service i received. I will for sure send my friends there for tires. The Manager was awesome.

I got off work at 530 pm and called every tire place that closed at 7 and all of them said they couldn't help me with a tire leaking air. I lice 45 minutes away and was hesitant to make the drive. I called tires plus and they told me to come down. Mike and his team spent over 45 minutes trying to find the leak in my tire and finally found it and fixed it despite already being past closing. He had outstanding customer service and took care of me like a friend!! Will only do buisness here moving forward.

I needed my two rear tires rebalanced because of a vibration I felt coming from the back. I bought my tires from Walmart and told Ken that I was done with them and not going back there anymore. I took it in on Sunday and spoke with Ken, he was very courteous and helpful. He asked if I would be able to leave the truck due to a few customers in front of me. It didn't take that long and he gave me a call back and said that my truck was finished and I could pick it up. I'm very happy with the work done there and I also asked Ken for some tire prices for my Camaro.

Mike is just a amazing guy that does great work!! Even sat down and explained everything didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Gave me a recommendation he didn't half to... All round my experience was great and yes would recommend to others to come here!!!

Got a flat on a yucky snowy day. Had to get it replaced that evening for work the next day. I'm a courier so putting it off was not an option. Got off at 5:30 and was pressed for time due to it being so late. Called and spoke with Mike. The dude let me come in and fixed me right up. Even staying late on a dead day for them. Will 100% use these guys again. Thank you you guys!!

We had a small situation after an oil change and I brought it back and spoke to the Manager, Nate. I couldn't 100% say they were responsible for the new situation but, Nate worked with me to get the problem repaired. I agreed to accept a partial cost of repair but in the end, Nate accepted the full cost of repair. There is still integrity in the automotive industry and I will recommend this location to anyone. I will continue to use them for service on my 2 cars.

I was traveling from out of state and hit ice on the highway on my way to the airport. Stopped by for help with metal dragging under my car!!! This is Friday less than an hour before they closed. They helped me get in the road quickly and gave the metal piece to take home and get replaced! Highly recommend!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! If I am in the area I will back!!!

It took them 45 minutes to tell me my tire couldn t be patched. They then told me all four needed to be replaced because they were cracking after only 40k miles on them. A quick scheduled appointment before work to get my tire fixed was instead an entire morning, $1300 event. If they were that bad they could have told me in 5 minutes it couldn t be repaired. Nate was very nice and helpful though.

Traveling from Minnesota with a puppy and my van started making a terrible noise . Nate and his team got me in first thing in the morning and found a magnetic flashlight stuck and polishing my driveshaft! They saved my trip and I m very grateful! Highly recommend this location!!!!!! Oh and the flashlight still works.

Had a great experience this week with Nate and his team! Quick and quality service, great communication. Nate put me at ease when it was clear he was going to figure out the right tires at the right price. It is rare to feel like you aren t being taken advantage of in these situations and he took the time to answer all my questions. They didn t have what I needed in stock, but as promised they were delivered the next day and my car was ready to go in less than 24 hrs. Other service centers told me it would be a few days or a week. This is the second time my family has gone to this location and we have no complaints. We re happy to have a place we know we can rely on. Would highly recommend Nate and his crew!

Nate and Mike were amazing Nate welcomed us got the car in there Mike did amazing job on my oil change and explained to me what was going on with my vehicle amazing service I am so glad I didn't took car to Firestone and I choose to go thru tire plus and I will b back now on

Had appointment at 10 am and could not get done for over 4 1/2 hours later high prices went in for 2 tires and for them to unlock a locked lug nut charged $419.09 out Ragious prices we were stranded for 4 1/2 hours we are not from this area they were professional but when you have two kids and 1 having special needs it was not fun they never even put another lug nut back on

Was on the highway and heard a strange sound pulled into tires plus and was immediately helped by Nate. Great crew and manager. Nothing was wrong luckily but I will definitely come back when I need something.Thank you Nate!!!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to get their car worked on here! They give free inspection on anything you have questions about. Unlike dealership that make you pay 100 bucks just to look at it and don't tell you upfront about it. I got new tires and an alignment done. They have free tire rotation and a 12 month warranty on the alignment. They also have a tires plus credit card that has zero percent interest for six months!

Reasonable waiting period for services to be completed! Staff is pleasant. So so waiting area, but it's a tire and repair shop!The shot on right is just showing I'm back again!

They were wonderful. Nate had my car finished a day early and stayed late so I could pick my car up after I got off work. He was very professional and helpful. I can't thank this young man enough. Great customer service.

Please get them more help. Each time I call now, all I hear is we re short staffed. These are great guys and shouldn t be so stressed. We as customers shouldn t be so inconvenienced as well. Being unable to wait for my vehicle while being serviced due to them being short staffed is ridiculous! This was the only place I wanted to take my vehicle for service, but obviously I m going to have to find a new place. And correct the hours shown!!

Good tire shop, stock on hand, professional staff. The waiting room has a window to the shop floor area. I was able to watch the technicians work on my truck. They put effort into doing a good job, very much appreciated Thanks for the great job Brandon.BatesX3

Shout out to Nate for being always kind and helpful. Especially for dealing with me when frustrated. All the guys are great, but Nates customer service goes above and beyond. I really appreciate tires plus and will continue to use them. I had a very frustrating past week and was not the nicest at the time I spoke to Mr.Nate and he's always been so patient and kind with me. And he just calmly explained the warranty process to me and have me a realistic timeline that proved to be accurate. He has always been patient in kind everytime I have came to Tires Plus all the gentlemen are. Mike as well. They make you feel welcome and heard. I can't even say that much about some of my exes. The customer service is A1.

Google says open till 7 p.m., call them at 5:43 with a qiuck question. They answer the phone with "Tires plus, we're currently closed" I said hello, once again "Tires plus, we're currently closed" I thought I'd try my question that could have been answered with a simple yes or no, so I said "I just have a quick question" reply was "I don't know if you heard me but we're currently closed" and then a hang up. Customer service is trash these days. Done recommending this place, or atleast this location.
