I would have given five stars. But I just recently found out the lifetime. Warranty doesn't apply to my vehicle because it was before they switched ownerships. I have multiple vehicles tinted at Tint Smith from 2007 until current. And I have been sending friends and family there to get window tint since 2007. They do great work. I still currently have/drive the very first car tinted at the old location. But the main thing was the lifetime warranty. So just a heads up. The warranty doesn't exist if they change ownership.I think if you buy a business that offers lifetime warranties, you should have a way to transfer customers accounts.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. He did 5 of my windows and the quality of work is phenomenal. Will definitely come back with any future vehicles.

The best tint shop in the city. Prices are reasonable as well as the tint options. There are several levels of tint to choose from as well as residential services. The person that helped me was very polite and the service only took a little over an hour.Update 12/10/20 - These guys are fantastic. I got a third vehicle and my residence tinted here and their work is impeccable. Customer service is great and staff is very friendly. Prices are very competitive and workmanship is great. They back their product with a warranty unlike a lot of businesses. If you re thinking about getting your vehicle or house tinted, these are your guys!

Recently got my windows tinted at Tintsmith and they look awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the different types of tint. JR explained the different types/tiers of tint and I went with the mid-level tint. Looks great and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Very prompt and professional with describing which tint is best. When it came time for day of appointment, he had the vehicle pulled around immediately. By the time I got back from the gas station the car was done sitting back in front of the shop. Amazing job at applying the tint, highly recommend this place to anyone. I would go with the 75% cooling ceramic, as I am very happy with it this far with hot summer approaching. Thank you to the man who did the tint on my Toyota Avalon. It looks sweet !

I was in and out in an hour and forty minutes with a peel off and re-tint. They kept me updated on the progress. They got me in quick. Lifetime warranty on the tint while I own my car. They did great work, it looks great. I would highly recommend this business.

they do excellent work, the price is in line with most of these kinds of places. they give you a lifetime warranty and the best thing about this warranty is they stand behind it. they have done 3 cars for me and every time its a fast and quality experience.

Great place to go. Had my 2014 Dodge Avenger tinted they and they did a amazing job on it. I had a 4 p.m apptment and did get there till 4:30 p.m and they still got me and out and did a amazing job that looks good. I would go back to them any time to tinted my window. And a great prices.

Definitely knowledgeable staff. Staff works with the customer and not for the manufactures. They answered all my question thoroughly and took care of my concerns and needs. I went in wanting to get some tint work, and left with an excellent tint job on my vehicle.They told me the necessary requirements to properly take care of the product.I was concern about a particular peal on the tint a week after getting my tint job and called ahead. They told me to come back in for them to look at and fix right up.Definitely coming back for any future tint.

Friendly staff and very helpful when answering my window tint questions. After making an appointment I must say they are pretty speedy and proficient when installing the new tint. I would recommend this business and definitely will come back to have more work done when needed.

I've had multiple cars tinted by Tint Smith and believe me when I say that these guys are masters of their craft! Every single vehicle they've done for me has been flawless. Lane is a pleasure to work with and always does everything he can to make sure tie will taken care of. From customer service to the finished product I have nothing but great things to say about these guys, highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable staff. They were helpful in the different types of tint and how dark I should go. They started working on mine right when I brought it in and were finished in a couple of hours. Be careful where you go... You get what you pay for! These guys are worth every penny.

Very knowledgable and helfpul staff. Showed up without an appointment to get my cars brow tinted and was out the door about 15 minutes later. Very high quality tint and application at a highly competitive price. I would recommend them to a friend.

I brought in a dealership new 2020 brz. Paid good money for the mid tier tinting all the way around. I got my car back 4 hours past the quoted time. Which is ok. However, I got it back covered in tinting solution. Inside and out. I washed and detailed it this morning to find an absurd amount of scratches. Hood, roof, fenders, and rear bumper. I called and spoke to Isaak. He explained that it is virtually impossible that this could have happened as they don't cut tint on a car. All of these scratches are consistent with lining up the film and cutting. And or dragging tools along my car. I've been redirected to JR, and I hope he contacts me asap. I've had plenty of higher end vehicles done here, planned on two more, and this is an absolute first. I will not recommend or return until this is made right. A brand new car...Update: went back up to show damage to JR.Told him I washed the vehicle to prep for my aero install. Says I must have scratched it using a microfiber towel. Gouged, extended scratches with a microfiber towel... He offered to show me video in the shop, which clearly isn't going to show the vehicle 100% in their possession. I can say with 1000% certainty, they were not there when I handed Isaak my key fob. So between me handing him my key, and watching it pull up to the curb, it was damaged by someone or something. Neither want to take responsibility, and I will trash this place to anyone who will listen. It happened at some point in their possession. If they can own up to their own negligence, then I will consider changing this review. I can make more money. I cannot make more time. Have had multiple cars done there time and time again. Excellent work, great customer service, and always there when I need them. I send everybody I know wanting to get their windows tinted there! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

We did a lot of research and chose Tintsmith to tint all the windows in my wife's CR-V. It had no tinting from the factory so they had to do all the windows save for the windshield, of course, It's been over a year now and we couldn't he happier with the results. The tint job was expertly done, there was no damage done to the inside or outside of the car (as I have experienced at a couple of other shops in the past) and the inside of the car remains substantially cooler during our killer summer months. I'm taking my other car to them soon before the hot weather gets here. I don't think there is a better tint shop in town and I recommend Tintsmith to anyone wanting a top notch tinting job done on their vehicle.
