I was referred by my cousin. And I must say I was quite pleased with the service provided. They even honored me being a AAA member which gave me a discount. Anything always helps when it comes to automobile repairs. I I have now brought my vehicle back twice for two different reasons. I am pleased and have now shared with coworkers and neighbors about the service I ve received.Great Job, Keep up the good work!!!

Great experience. I tried the Main Street location first, they couldn't fit me in but were helpful. Then the Troost location immediately took care of me and the price was so much lower than I anticipated. They explained everything really well too.

Great service!!! Kept me informed of everything they were going to do, and when they actually finished the test. Then informed me of when my vehicle was ready, and all the problems that they fixed. Thanks again for all your hard work. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Everyone I had contact with was courteous and helpful. I brought my vehicle in at opening time, and was able to wait for the routine service and inspection to be done. While not in the original order, I knew it needed a tire rotation, and that also was completed, without requiring another visit. I had time to read and do some work on my phone and was on my way in less than 2 hours.

Very clean the worker's was nice and they welcomed me with a smile. My grandson lost his backpack I didn't know where it was,it was found in the lobby and they called me to inform me about it and it was returned. We were from out of town with a spontaneous class 3 fuel leak. They were the only shop that would take us in same day as they are first come first serve! They went well above normal standards to fix our truck and got us back on the road safely with a low cost too.

Amazing, spectacular, beautiful service and saved me from dishonest pricing from other shops. Huge thank you to Marshall for being patient and helping me figure out the problem with my car and then solving it with the quickness saving me hundreds and emotional stress. I called this morning to get a quote on replacing my tires. Not only did they give me a fair price, they replaced them the same day AND replaced my wrong sized windshield wiper free of charge. That was such a pleasant and appreciated surprise on this rainy day right before the holidays. I will be taking all my business here from now on. Great customer service.

KC complete will be my number 1 suggestion for getting your car back on the road. I called in the morning because my rear brake locked up in morning traffic on 70. Had my car towed to them, they got me back on the road by early afternoon within a few hours and were able to get me back on 70 to go home. And for minimal cost they did amazing work with great speed, I got to take a bike ride while they assessed the damage and would they would have to do to fix it. And it has still been driving great after the last few months thanks to their work. You guys are #1. Thank you for your great work.

I walked in later in the day @ 2:00. They were able to get me in and get my front disc brake pads & rotors fixed in a few hours. Exceptional service. I will go back in tomorrow for 2 new tires replaced and put on @ $231.00

These guys and dolls saved our short vaca to KC! We had a flat - on Christmas morning - on the way to a Chiefs game. KC Complete fixed the tire first thing the next morning, only charged us $20 and we were on our way home by 9am! The staff was kind and efficient and the coffee was great. Thanks again KC!!!

Just walked in to get a State Inspection, they usually take appointments but we're able to fit me right away. Connie was very friendly and the place was clean and very professional. As the previous Manager of the Midas down the road and a DM of Meineke I was thoroughly impressed!

I love going to this place to get my car repaired. They do a good job if they find anything different they will call you and let you know. I bring both my cars here and I would recommend to anyone who needs repairs on their car.

Took my car in to get my breaks fixed they were easy to talk to and very nice. They were upfront about the price. I asked if they could get it done before I had to go to work they had it finished way before. I ll keep coming to them for any car problems

Amazing service!!! I have taken my car to this shop and the Main St location 3 times in the last few months and they have always fit me in the day of. This past time I had my car broken into and they were able to get it in the same day on a Friday, and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon, when all the dealerships said it would be weeks. David is amazing and helped answer all of my questions and did extra research that he didn't have to, I appreciated his help so much. Best service from a car shop I have received!

My sis has used this complete auto service business for some time. I am visiting and must make an unexpected trip back to Maryland leaving by car immediately. 1400 miles. A much needed Winterization Check was completed and my car ready to roll east, with a standard pre-trip checkup on everything. I was told of conditions that might need attention. By 3:00pm my car was ready for pickup. Oil chgd, oil and air filters chgd, all levels checked, balljoint & suspension checked, air corrected/chkd all 5 tires, radiator, new windshield wipers, etc., etc.Easy price for ALL that and friendly, professional, intake personnel also.I will definitely bring my car here again for whatever!

Got a notice in my Tesla that there was a low tire. Not everyone knows that Tesla has a foam liner inside each tire, but these guys did. They found the puncture hole, and repaired the tire properly while I waited. Really nice people that honestly made me feel like I was with family. Very comfortable.

Is it sad to say that I m a regular at this location? but I love how they always fit me into their seemingly busy schedules! I typically get my car back the same day after I drop it off first thing in the morning! They work quick and communicate everything along the way, so I m always aware of the work they re doing. Everyone has always been kind to me and I appreciate the work they do!
