This place is quite nice, I ve been here twice so far and both repairs were punctual and reasonably priced. Jason and Josh are extremely helpful and friendly, and they made getting my repairs easy and efficient. I don t know very much about auto care, but these guys never made me feel stupid and talked me through everything that needed to be done, and they never made me think I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes. Highly recommend!

I am familiar with coming to this location for the last 4 years. The previous staff was great. Communication was great and I felt the service was very good at the time.Last couple times have led me to not want to continue business with this location. I ve gotten my tires from this location a year ago and with the package comes free tire rotations and balance. After the work was done I noticed the steering was shaking a lot while I was accelerating for about two weeks. I put my car on some jack stands, pulled the wheels off and properly put them back on which fixed the issue however they should ve been put back on properly to begin with.That s not the worst of it. I had been talking this location up to my father to get some work done on his vehicle so we scheduled a timing belt change along with a couple other things to be worked on. Was told it would take an entire day. That s fine we know that kind of work takes a long time. After I drop the vehicle off at 7:38 am on a Wednesday, I thought I d be able to pick it up late in the afternoon. That wasn t the case. They gave told me they d have to keep it overnight. Cool that s no problem right? Next day comes. I m waiting for a call to let me know if it s done. 1:30 in the afternoon comes and I STILL have no idea what s going on with the vehicle. I call them and they say they re getting it put together. Okay. I believed them.5 o clock rolls around. I get a call saying they can t finish because of a timing issue and the tool needed was locked in another techs tool box and he left for the day. I m now upset but said okay You would think that I would get it next morning. Nope. The real reason why they weren t able to finish the service was because whoever did the work pinched a wire causing the vehicle to not start. Why wasn t this communicated earlier? We get the vehicle at 4pm Friday after it had been dropped off Wednesday morning. We didn t make a scene we just wanted the vehicle back.Upon getting the vehicle back we popped open the hood and noticed that one bolt had been broken off that secures the engine cover. So we now have to address that issue ourselves. Lack of communication and poor execution of service is why I won t be bringing any of my business back to this location. Even with the free tire rotation and balance.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DANGEROUS PLACE. We had our car s oil changed there. A week later the engine plate fell off while driving on the highway. We took it back. They fixed it with zip ties. The plate fell off again. The engine could have been ruined by a pothole. Tell everyone you know who has a car to stay away from this place.

I noticed I had a headlight out at 5:20 pm. I called KC Complete at 5:28 and they answered their phone. I was scheduled for the following morning. Customer service is amazing. I was back on the road in 30 min and they replaced both headlights at my request that morning. I will definitely be going back for further services as the need arises.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of attentiveness and customer service . If you don t like your job, get another one. What I have experienced is just absolutely does tasteful. Is this what KC complete auto service represents? I surely hope not. Very disappointed at the complete carelessness and rudeness that I have experienced here, I am actually surprised that such mentality even exists when it comes to this type of care. Be nice to your suppliers that work for you too! I ve seen some really rude things here!!!!!

Been here 2 times and both were above and beyond exceptional for service! The staff is so nice and everyone worked so fast both times to fix my car. I ve had new brakes and rotors and inspection done in one day and today they ran a diagnostic to figure out what was going on and it was a speed sensor and once again fixed in one day! I highly recommend KC Complete Auto for there continuous service of going above and beyond and getting me once again back on the road safe. I will only be taking my car here from now on and recommend anyone else in doing so. My hats off to you all and thank you so much for all of the awesome work you do!

KC Complete Auto and Tire on North Oak were timely and fast in attending to my auto during my most recent visit. I received a clear list of services that were provided in a timely manner. My work was completed in a couple of hours. Prompt, efficient and friendly!

I went in for a vehicle inspection and they found a cracked headlight. They quoted me the price of a new one (which was quite expensive but not surprising for an Audi). After talking it over we decided to search for a used one. It turned out to be extremely difficult to find the right one to fit. We tried 3 different ones that the technician reviewed with us and found they wouldn t work. We were up against the deadline for my car registration renewal. So we went ahead and had KC Auto order us a new one. They were told it was going to take 2-3 weeks to ship the new one to them and that was going to be too late to renew my car registration. But we had a nice surprise that the headlight came in this week. They installed it without any issues so I was able to get my car registration renewed in time. The tech and management team were really dedicated and helpful throughout this ordeal. They were always up front with us which I really appreciated. KC Auto has a loyal customer.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I have a handicap accessible van and needed air in my tires because the bottom was scraping on my work garage entrance. It was poring rain this morning but Nathaniel filled my tires with air with no complaints. Such a nice young man. I appreciated it so much. I felt safer on the road to work as well. I have used them for oil change, car inspection and other services in the past.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They kept me updated on finding out what the issue was with the car. They explained how they found the issue, what needs to be done, and price. It was an overall fantastic experience and was able to get my car fixed within the day. Definitely recommend this place

Made my appointment for inspection for my car. It was quick service and very friendly. Plus I made a mistake and they fixed it. Overall I have great experienced plus it was close to Starbucks.

I really love this shop. The service is impeccable. They always squeeze me in for an oil change, and I can count on them to give me honest advice for repairs and the timeline in which I should have those repairs done. I'm not pressured into having anything done unnecessarily or immediately, nor do they make me feel silly for not knowing general car concepts. Great honest guys and fast service. I will keep coming to them for as long as I live in the Northland.

Nikki has ALWAYS taken great care of me, we followed her from tires plus to KC Complete and I won t ever have anyone else touch my cars, the other staff was just as equally friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to have them helping us out! 10/10!

I paid 200 bucks , just for change the interior panel of the passenger door that I brought,and there were many issues at first time they didn t change it,I needed to tell them to do it because they left the panel inside the car . I hope I got a better experience in the future.

I have always received excellent service. I brought my car in because of a sound I heard, they drove it around several times and were not able to duplicate it. They could have told me anything or charged me for something unnecessary, but they were honest and courteous and that is priceless.

This was my first experience with KC Complete. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place for any basic maintenance/tire needs for your vehicle. Reasonable prices and a very clean shop, parking lot and indoor space. Professional and friendly staff. Had a great experience with Ron and others. Work done was less than estimated. No up sales. Took car in as scheduled had it back by noon. Loved the texted inspection report on all major operational systems and other service or replacement parts that may have been needed. New to the area and KC will be my go to car repair service. Awesome service, when in to have a tired plugged, they immediately called me back and stated the hole was too large to safely plug. They then asked if I had a warranty (which I didn't think about), and I called Costco (where I got the tires from) and I did infact have a warranty. They didn't pressure me to purchase from them, but they did perform a rotation and balance on the other three tires. I was impressed with their straightforward approach to the entire process.Service: Tires

The staff and technicians are always professional. We recently had squirrels eat the wiring in our vehicle. They took the time to get an expert tk diagnose the issues as it was very complicated. The team helped us with the insurance claim and were very patient with the process.

I've used KC Complete Auto & Tire for a few years and I always appreciate their service. I know next to nothing about vehicle maintenance, but the employees here have consistently treated me with kindness and respect. They answer all my questions patiently and make me feel assured that I'm in good hands. My car has had no trouble after they service it. I would recommend them to others in the Northland who are looking for trustworthy work.

I am very happy with my experience. I called around 8:00am to ask questions and was told I could drop off my car to be looked at at any time. Not long after dropping it off I got a detailed explanation of items that needed repaired, differentiating between urgent items and recommendations. My car was ready for pick up the same day by 5:00pm.

I had a tire that had gotten a nail in it. Able to set up a drop off easily via phone. All my tires had a lot of age on them and I received a call shortly after dropping off. Was discussed options and cost was all transparent. I really appreciated their professionalism and helping me through something we all know nobody wants to need to spend money on abruptly. After a recent negative experience at a shop I had gone to previously for a vehicle inspection we decided to find a closer option. From my first phone call, the team at KC Complete Auto & Tire have been helpful and efficient. We have had them provide two services, a vehicle inspection and tire replacement and I am so happy to have taken the chance on a new shop. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

Brought it in in the evening for a check up, tire rotation, and oil change, they had it done in less than 2 hours. Was informed of the rear strut being worn down, but was not hassled about getting it replaced. Got it replaced quickly the next morning with very fair pricing.
