Took my car there to get the compressor replaced because of rodents chewing the wires out. $1600. Didn t communicate with me about what else should be fixed. For example the other wires chewed up or the fan. Insurance was covering it. Could have fixed it all but didn t. Got grease on my 2020 grey spotless interior. Over flow tank is completely bone dry. Real professionals. lol. 0/10 wouldn t recommend.Service: Air conditioning

The service techs didn t acknowledge me, all except one-Aaron. He was the only friendly tech with some customer service skills. He made things right after me scheduling an appointment and waiting for almost 2 hours past my time after I informed the other tech I had to be done at a certain time to pick someone up(which shouldn t matter what I have to do, it s my time) but anyway Aaron made sure I was taken care of and he even apologized even though he wasn t my advisor. Gave them a second try because of Aaron. Second time my car was done with routine maintenance in about 45 mins. Hopefully they checked everything and did it right! Seeing it was so fast, last time it took them 2 hours and didn t even touch the car. May consider for next visit if I make sure Aaron is my advisor.

I just barely dropped off my car and can already know they will do a great job. Waited a moment to get help but when I did Aaron Lautt was prolly a better salesman then the actual ones. Customer service 10/10Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
