I had a wonderful experience working with Michael and Ed. I came in on a Thursday and had my new vehicle delivered by a Saturday. They were nice, understanding, flexible and great to work with. They were readily available to answer any questions that I had at any time and they made the entire process seamless. I would highly recommend working with State Line Nissan KC.

This is my first time at State Line Nissan. I brought my 2019 Rogue in for an oil change and have them look at some front end bumper damage. I showed up at my 9am appt. and realized I left my wallet in my wife's car and didn't have it. Since it was my first time, Dana said my oil change was no charge and I couldn't believe it! She also recommended me to the body shop to estimate my bumper. BIG BIG FAN OF STATE LINE NISSAN!! THANK YOU!

Mike and Jason went above and beyond to make sure that I found a car that was just right for me. This was my first experience buying a car and they made sure to explain every aspect of the car and path that I wanted to take. Mike was very patient, enthusiastic, and kind going through the process of finding a car just for me and was sure to not push me towards something that I wasn't comfortable with. I told Mike and Jason what I was interested in and what I wanted to use the car for and they paired me with my Rogue SV that is PERFECT for me. Cannot sing their praises louder, I'll definitely be going back to State Line Nissan.

Had a bunch of repairs done on my car a few months ago, then about a month later I began hearing an inconsistent rattle coming from under my car. I was able to get into contact with the same employee who had done the previous work on my car and he had me come back in and took care of it free of charge. I guess I just needed some clips replaced on my exhaust shield, but I was very appreciative that I didn t have to pay just the diagnostic fee for them to figure out what was wrong after I had just paid to have a bunch of other repairs done a few months prior.

Great experience working with the sales associate, Jordan and the finance manager. They didn t try and upsell and were not pushy at all. Very pleasant experience. We will be looking to buy from him and the dealership again.

I dreaded pulling into lot, fully expecting to be accosted. But Mike was awesome to work with. He arranged a test drive vehicle while we checked one out in the showroom. We went home that night without feeling any pressure. Mike was very positive and was ready to help at the drop of a hat. It was an extremely smooth process and we couldn t be happier.

I have been waiting 18 months for an electric car battery and you can't even give me a date. Your car just died while I was on the highway and could have been deadly, no warning at all. I called, explained what happened, they said they'd look at it, I drove 30 min to the dealer, and then guy wouldn't even let me pull it in. Said my car was now a "paperweight " until I get a battery (and thy have no information about that.) Why tell me to come in? I got a friend to follow me 1)in case I got stuck again and 2) to drive me home. What a pain for nothing. My car has been useless for 2 years (107 miles promosed, used to drive 30 miles, now I can't even go to the store.) Their warranty is a scam as they ARE producing batteries, but putting them in new cars instead of taking care of the people who already bought Leafs. Go elsewhere

I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by Taylay. The process was very efficient and pressure free. He paid attention to my wants and I walked out with a new car and no regrets!! I'll definitely be back for my next purchase.

I had a bent in my rim where it was causing the air to leak slowing from my tire. Instead of buying a new rim for $800 plus, they called a third party to see if they can weld it back to normal shape. They were able to and end up spending $140.00. I have not air up my tire since so it fixed that issue. I was thankful there was another option since the rim was on back order. Plus, the trip didn't take a hit on my bank account!! I am glad Nissan use other resources really made my day!!

Went here to get 20k mile service on my 2016 Versa. The service I received was excellent. Dana showed customers around the waiting area. They offer a free coffee, ice water and snacks on the table. They also have free wi-fi. Justin was my service advisor. He was straight forward and didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. Service took about two hours. I d recommend this dealership to anyone with a Nissan!

TL;DR: Salesperson was reasonable. Sales manager, Jeremy Claerhout, rude, confrontational man with 1 volume: shout, who immediately and permanently lost my business for his dealership.---Searching for a vehicle is never an easy experience, and often there are situations that offer pressure as both parties vie for the best deal they can manage. Negotiating under these circumstances is often uncomfortable and tough, but fortunately I had a great person working with me, and we were incredibly close to a deal on a vehicle that I liked. Unfortunately, that changed in an instant when he introduced me to his sales manager.Jeremy Claerhout, whose name I was not provided with and I actually had to look online for, came out when we were close to a deal and introduced himself. He loudly, aggressively confronted me, yelling about my flawed research while negotiating for the vehicle (I had shown 6 similar models online, 1 of which had a salvage title, 5 of which did not, and guess which one they pulled up). I even called a dealership with my original salesman next to me and put it on speaker, and they honored the $3000 less price for the vehicle, and their fess were also $300 less.I feel bad for the salesman that he has to work under such a person, as I was not interested in being condescended to, nor yelled at. My business was immediately and permanently lost for me due to this incompetent, aggressive, and incredibly rude individual.Thankfully, his dignity will likely be preserved as he clearly has no idea about the internet or internet research, so he will likely never read this review.

I was happy with my first time working with Stateline Nissan. We had looked online at Rogues on their lot and Mike Tolbert had a timely email response with details and even sent a video and answered a few questions. Tolbert was soon able to informatively assist in a test drive. Mike was pleasant thorough and professional to work with. Stateline was willing to negotiate so that both sides were happy with the final sale agreement.

Helped to fix my car multiple times correctly on short notice and appointment.this is one of the very few locations where I trust my car to be repaired without any issues. Unfortunately, my experiences with other locations I had to return multiple times due to the work not being done properly and trust issues with the mechanics. And while the price to repair the vehicle might be a little high, the high quality of the work is worth it.

They were able to squeeze me in with late notice and greeted me the moment I walked in. I was kinda lost since the layout is different than what I m used too but they were all very friendly and welcoming! I came from TX and a Nissan with a personal friend worked. I feel right at home again. Worth the 2 hour drive for sure

ED Hammouri and his team went above and beyond for my mom and I. They listened to her wants and needs then found her the perfect car. They were able to give her a fair trade in which was double what another dealership offered and kept her in her budget. Who you are in business with matters. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy you need to go see them. They are fair and honest!

I asked to have front passenger side tire checked. Without notifying me of the condition of said tir. They went ahead and fixed it, charging me an extra $30. which I didn't notice until I looked over my receipt. I would have appreciated being informed of the the situation and notified of what they found and how much the cost would be. This taking i to account my bill for all work completed was $808.00. Thank you

James was my sales rep and he made the whole process as simple and transparent as possible. He prepared a vehicle for me to test drive, answered all of my questions, and put together a few different quotes for me to compare. I appreciated working with him and I will return to James for all future vehicle purchases. 10/10. After I got the truck, the manager allowed me to come back for a free detail. I highly recommend State Line Nissan.

Updated review for my 1 star review: I spoke with Dana and Bryan (sorry if misspelled), and they waived the $400 charge. Despite the circumstances, they were kind enough, and wanted to make up for the mis-information. Thank you Dana and Bryan. They didn't try to argue with me, and they discredit me. They listened, and provided the refund for me, which was fair. Let's just chalk this up to a bad day for all involved.

Oil change and tire rotation. My husband was surprised how quickly he got in and out. He liked that because he had to be at work. But he got out so quickly he was able to come home and take a nap before heading to work. Awesome!

State Line Nissan Lied to me, told m that my catalytic convertor needed to be replaced because it was falling apart from the inside out, and was liable to cause massive destruction to the engine. They made me purchase an expense part. Well, due to shipping issues, I canceled, and got a refund on the part. I still had to pay the $400 restock fee. However, I took my car to Seeburg Muffler in North Kansas City, and they said that my Catalytic Convertor was not falling apart from the inside, and did not need to be replaced. They were helpful, and honest, while State Line Nissan, and jack Strong in particular, lied to me. I'm out 400 dollars, on something I didn't need to fix because State Line Nissan was dishonest. My advice, don't go to State Line Nissan, but go to Seeburg Muffler in North Kansas City.
