I recently got my oil changed. They charged even less than I was quoted. Jiffy Lube charges 98 for the same oil change and I paid like 52. I had also asked about my under carriage and all it needed was to be pinned back up and they did that for me. So nice! He also helped to gather a list of things to maintain my vehicle at certain miles. They are honest and helpful. I've had work done also on my car. I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys!!

I was able to get a same day appointment, and my issue was diagnosed and repaired within a day. The staff couldn t have been friendlier or more helpful. Quality work and extremely fair pricing. Highly recommended.

For the most part I get great service and customer facing staff is friendly. However my most recent visit did not go so well mostly because of rudeness. I asked for the parts that were taken off my vehicle to be put in my vehicle (keeping them). This did not happen, ok... I called back to the shop and they had one of the parts still in the shop (the one I was mainly interested in)...I asked to set it aside and I will come get it. A few days passed after some things got in the way of me getting over there, I called back over to Sam's before driving over there to get the part and the guy said he had already sent it to scrap. This guy works the office and in my opinion was "pretty rude" about it - he mentioned he can't keep stuff forever. Since you hung up on me, you missed me saying "I get it but you wouldn't be having to hold the part if you had put the parts in the car in the first place". I am putting this out there because of the way the gentleman responded towards his customer. Others might be interested in this, I know I would. You may have plenty of customers/business but there may come a day you will wish you had not lost one. A lot of businesses close these days. You should remember you aren't the only service center around. I will remember your customer service skills when I choose a shop to spend my dollars if you catch my drift.

This service was quick. The time we had there was short and it was an easy wait time. The work was completed thoroughly and as always we were treated with respect and concern.

Been taking my cars here every since I started driving. They have always done a great job on being communicative reliable and getting work done in a timely manner. If you need your car to be fixed this is the place. 5 star for these guys

Would rate higher than 5 stars if possible. Consummate professionals. Called a few places for a quote and they were about half the price of the other two. Took the car in for a transmission fluid change and the charged me 50 less than originally quoted. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. Will use them as long as I live in the northland for all my automotive needs

I've gone to Sam's for 20 plus years and have always been very pleased with their professional service and how they have taken care of my cars, and as a result me, through the years. They have always been honest with me. When I thought things needed to be done they've told me things are fine and no need to do something unnecessary. We have used Sam's for many years. Not only are they honest, they do great work as well. If you want a good shop that you can trust, this is the one. I was a car dealer for 30 years, so they have worked on many of my cars and I always felt like I was treated fairly. I highly recommend them!

I needed a new shop and a second opinion on a list of issues plaguing my vehicle. The previous shop I used had misdiagnosed my SUV off and on for the past eight years. Likely an honest mistake, but I needed to move on. Brad was great to work with, and I enjoyed his honesty and the time he took to talk through the issues. He told me what needed to be repaired sooner than later and what could wait. I had to drop off my car overnight so they could work on it in the morning and they blew me away. I wasn't able to make it into the shop in the morning, so I had to call; they did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. When I finally made it in towards the end of the day, they took me into the shop and showed me what was wrong with my car and what would need fixed.Wonderful customer service and pricing. We started with Sam's service center about 17 years and 8 cars ago. Shortly after starting with them, my wife noticed an oil leak on the garage floor. I crawled under and got a sample on a paper towel and called Sam's to see if I could get in and could they fix whatever the problem was. Mike wanted to know the size of the leak and the color. I told him and he said it would be OK to bring it over. They raised my car on the hoist as soon as I got there. Since I didn't have a way home, I was waiting for however long it took to fix. Mike came out of the shop after maybe 15-20 minutes and told me it was a leak in the brake line, that a screw had come loose, and they tightened it and it was fixed, and the charge was $14.89.I was shocked. I told Mike how surprised I was at the service and associated low,low cost, that he could have kept the car all day long and charged me hundreds of dollars and I never would have known. He said they would know and we don't do that. We want all your business for as long as you live in Kansas City. They have all our business and do great work. I've told all my friends about them. If you are looking for a service center that will surpass your expectations on service, provide top quality parts and no seconds, have a great warranty policy, and are reasonably priced, Sam's Service Center is the place for you, too. When Mike or Joe tell you they will take care of your car, they WILL take care of your car. I am so glad I found them so long ago to take care of all my family's vehicles. They are trustworthy, honest, and more than fair, and their work is excellent.

Always had excellent service from Sam's!I am a care giver & don't have a way to drop off my car and leave it to be repaired. Every time I have needed service they work with me & furnish free transportation to & from my home. I realize that I don't live very far away & they probably can't do that for everyone but It certainly proves to me that they are willing to do everything they can to help their customers.I have not met or done business with anyone nicer that Rick & BradThey definitely stand behind their work. My last problem was an oil leak on an oil level sensor. We discovered that the sensor had been replaced by Sam's & was still under warranty. They replaced it free of charge & saved me $400.

They were very detailed in what was wrong with my car. I didn't feel pressured to have it fixed here, but I did because they were very reasonable priced and got me in quickly. I called around for second opinions and they were the best priced.

Rather than charging me an arm and a leg for an exhaust manifold repair, they educated me on a federal emissions warranty essentially saying that I could get my repair done for free at a ford dealership. Unfortunately I have to take my truck to a ford dealership now, but hey free is free. Sams saved me about $600-1000 and earned a repeat customer. Sam's has always delivered top quality service without selling you a bunch of stuff you don't need. If they notice an issue developing they will flag it to monitor until it becomes a real problem. Honda told us we needed brakes, which Sam's did replace 2 years later. They are one of the few trust worthy shops around the northland.I not only take our personal vehicles to them but also our company fleet. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great shop that will take the time to get to know you and your cars.

I moved here from out of state with an older vehicle. I needed a service center that I could trust and someone recommended Sam's. Three years ago I took my van there and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I've always been treated with courtesy and professionalism and, more importantly, the work they do is done right the first time at a reasonable price. I've been places that tried to do work that didn't really need to be done or could wait. Sam's is not one of those places. I'm absolutely comfortable giving the highest recommendation to Sam's.

Sams Service Center is great. They keep my ancient car running at reasonable prices. They do quick work. They will even drop you off somewhere if they are going to have your car for long periods of time. They don't peddle unnecessary repairs and they explain where costs come from. They are very friendly and courteous, hard to find in a mechanic.

The guys at Sam's are great! They are quick to give quotes and friendly. We have been taking our cars to Sam's for over 20 years. They don't push you into anything you don't need and the price is half of what the dealer charges. Try them, you will like them!

Sam's has been my mechanic of choice since 2001. Fast, friendly service! Great place to go for state and pre-buy inspections. Every repair job I've had done there has been done right the first time and prices seem to fall a little lower than other places I have used. Mike, Joe, Brad and the rest of the team are a textbook example of what automobile service should be like.

I have used Sam's for more than 10 years for my cars. I have always felt Mike and Joe were honest and appreciate their work. I bought a car for my teenage daughter recently and they looked it over for me before we bought it. If they are not able to fix my problem they have consistently sent me to local quality people. I would recommend them!!!!!!!

This was the second shop I went to and they did it right!! They felt as if they really did care about me as a customer and really worked with me. I have been using Sam's for over 5 years now. Not being a mechanic myself I needed people I could trust. I needed people that gave good service. I needed people that would tell you what was wrong with your vehicle and not "extra things" you better fix or else. I needed people that got you in and out for repairs in an extremely timely manner. I needed people that would not be afraid to stand by their work and guarantee it to be done and done right. Sam's is without question fulfilling all of the above qualifications and then some. I have referred other friends to them and they too have not come away disappointed.In this day and age of lack of customer service Sam's does it the old school way, they actually take care of their customers. Don't plan on going anywhere else in the near future. Why should I? Sam's ain't broke no sense in fixing it!!

I last used Sam's Service Center in August, 2015 an have been taking my vehicles there for at least 10 years. They are fair on price and helped me save money on a couple of older cars by finding used parts (sub-frame, etc.). I have never had to take a car back for inferior work. They have always did the work in one day or didn't miss their estimated completion time. They give good estimates on costs based upon your description of problem or after a brief inspection of the car. They explain the problems and solutions very well. Highly recommend them for all work like brakes, suspension, electrical, timing belts and general engine parts replacement and repairs. Also, they have given me rides back home when I left my car/truck. Nice service.
