James P aka Jim was an Angel sent from God!!! I need to have four brand new tires placed on my vehicle. I paid for the tires I walked around Sam's for a while and then got a call over the overhead thinking my tires were done I walked up. Jim had this sad look on him and I got nervous Jim proceeded to tell me that putting tires on my vehicle would be a waste because my car was so rusted that it wasn't even safe for me to be driving my vehicle. After a long consideration we decided not to put tires on my vehicle but just the pure honesty from this person made my whole day, my whole week actually!!! it's not often these days that you find a place that's more concerned about the customers than they are about the price or the dollars that they're bringing in. This Sam's club tire and battery and I'm guessing the whole Sam's club is a place that I would recommend to anybody!!! Thank you for not taking advantage of the customer!!!!!

After a driving mishap with a curb and two blown tires late at night, Sam's Club Tire & Battery rescued our day! We were in the store to select new tires at 7:15 am and by 9:00 am our car was home and in the garage! Friendly staff and great service! We are very pleased and highly recommend!

Great customer service. They took time to get it right the first time. Very pleased with my experience. I will return when i need a new set of tires.
