I ve been going to Salvation for a year now. As someone who knows very little about cars, it s very refreshing to go to a repair shop that doesn t take advantage of you. I will always recommend Salvation to anyone in the area and they will always have my business! Thanks for helping me out with the little things!

Needed a quick vehicle inspection when I had a rare weekday off. I found them on a Google search and quite honestly, I found the name intriguing. I got lost trying to find them off the southwestern frontage road near Truman Corners. I called them to apologize for being late for my appointment. I was totally surprised when the man on the phone asked if I could see a building I was parked next to. He asked me to stay put and watch for a silver pickup. Less than 5 minutes the silver pickup shows up and the driver smiles and tells me to follow him because it s just around the corner and it was!Over 45 minutes late and I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting. That in itself was a relief from the angst of being late. They pulled in my vehicle and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.I did ask about the name. One worker smiled and told me it was about turning his life around after previous bad decisions earlier in life. For me, that was a great reason for the name.I felt so positive about the service I received, as well as the customer interactions I observed, I think I ll go back for repairs & maintenance.

Salvation Auto is the place to go to get repairs! I forgot the owners name but he was extremely kind and knowledgeable about my rear brake situation and made sure to give me the best deal possible. Within a couple days of my inspection. Everything was complete within 4 hours. Very nice environment!

Me and my other half are so thankful. This shop is absolutely amazing and the mechanics are kind. I have a 2019 chevy equinox and the freeze did a number on it. The turbo went out and salvation made sure to explain in detail what the problem was, get the right part and install it in less than a week. Thank you so much and we're so glad we came to yall.

We broke down on the highway right around the corner from their business! This left us stranded, 7 hours from home and 7 hours from our destination with trailer attached! My husband walked over to the shop and the staff was more than willing to assist us! The head machine brought his personal vehicle over to get myself and our children to safety. They towed our pick up over to their shop without hesitation. They figured out what was wrong with the pick up, drove an hour (one way) to get the part we needed, and got the pick up fixed the same day. They played cartoons for our children, offered snacks and beverages, and did it all with a smile!! We will forever be grateful for their kindness, willingness to help, and timely work!! You guys are awesome!

Salvation Auto was recommended by a friend of mine after moving from MN. Thankful for that friend because Matt and the crew were amazing in helping me out. They did the safety checks needed but then went the extra mile on several things. And they weren't trying to up-sale me the whole time but honest in how they carried themselves. I'll be going back.

The best auto shop I ve been to! They re friendly and the staff is amazing!! Great customer service and they re honest and knowledgeable!! I ve been to them a few times and each time, they get the job done!!! I don t know much about cars and they don t mind educating me on what the issue is on my car and how it s suppose to run!! That way if the issue happens again, I ll know what to do or what s going on, going forward!!

My husband called this morning because we had an issue with our car and I've been driving around with nobody willing to get us in without an appointment. They told us to come by and got us in right away and took less than 10 minutes to fix what was wrong. The staff here is very knowledgeable and courteous and know what they're doing. Salvation Auto is the only place I will take my vehicles to be worked on. They are trustworthy and reliable. They are always fair and don t ever push repairs I don t need. They go above and beyond for good customer service. If you need to get a vehicle worked on you should absolutely use them! I highly recommend this place to get your car fixed I called yesterday morning needing to get my car in ASAP and they got me in and they found the problem in no time and they got it fixed and my car is back to normal everyone who worked there is super nice and extremely helpful as well !

Salvation took care of my unexpected auto issues with respect and urgency. I had my alternator and battery go out and they took care of it same day! Not only did they check on the car, but me too while i was waiting.100% will return for future maintenance.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Dropped off my 13 Ford Transit Connect for water pump replacement and tune up. Was recommended by a cousin. Honestly one of the smoothest best mechanic transactions I ve ever had.-Staff was personable and friendly (rare these days)-Price was very reasonable and fair.-Quality of work was on par and the guys are knowledgeable-Speed of work was exceptional. This is my #1 priority due to me using the van for work. The vehicle was ready sooner than I was told.Just came back for a second time to get new tires put on and their service is consistent. This is my new regular mechanic and I would recommend anyone to go here.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

When you find a good mechanic, hold on to them. Both Matt and Chris were true professionals. In all my years getting my cars repaired and trying different places, I have never encountered a business that displayed integrity more than this one. Very informative. They walked me through the diagnostics, showed me the options of different repair scenarios, helped research the best pricing for parts without any pressure and repaired everything that needed fixing in a real timely manor. Both cars had issues that I know at other places ( especially dealerships), I d be at their mercy for either price gauging or repairing things that aren t necessary. These guys are pros. My truck was broken into and the steering column damaged beyond repair. I located a replacement from a junkyard and brought it to these guys.I don't want to be heretical in my theology and say these guys were my saviors, but they were darn great. They did a good job, at about half the price other mechanics quoted me. The steering column feels tighter and steers better than before, they were quick and friendly. I was driving across the country moving to Colorado when my driver side window got stuck down. I gave these guys a call, told them the situation and they told me to come in and they would help me out. When I got there they were super nice, they had my window back up in probably 10 min and they didn't even charge me. Those two guys really saved my life on this trip. I was worried I was gonna go broke having to book a hotel and ubers back and forth waiting for it to get fixed. I appreciate the help so much

I needed an MVI inspection. They were able to see me right away, quick and affordable service. They were even able to refer me to a windshield glass repair shop and an auto body service center for issues on a different car. Hope to use them again.

Very Professional ~ Great Work ~ Great Value ~Salvation Auto has always gone above and beyond professionalism and work ethics when working on my 20 year old car. I've had my car in the shop 4 different times for repairs and each time Chris and Matt have both been very Professional going over the issues and the cost. I wouldn't trust any other shop! Best place to go to!!

These guys are awesome! I had an axle replaced on my vehicle and an alignment. I thought my car was going to be down for a few days at least. The professional crew at Salvation Auto Repair, had me back on the road and driving the same day! I was amazed by the level of service and class they showed me and my family. I would definitely go there again in the future with any vehicle trouble. Thanks again Salvation Auto Repair, you guys are amazing!

Salvation Auto fixed our brakes in such a timely manner I waited in their comfortable waiting room and enjoyed a great read while I was at it! They have many good books to choose from! SA has rescued us on so many occasions I cant even count them all since we drive vehicles that seem to require lots of work/maintenance. Their work is equal to their character and outstanding to say the least! I highly recommend you make an appointment in advance but even today after someone cancelled...Matthew called back a lady who had just called in to let her know that appointment time was now open!!! who does that? Chis and his team at Salvation Auto are very knowledgeable on all makes and models of cars and trucks. they have worked on all three of my cars and all repairs were made quickly and done right. They are very honest and forthcoming when it comes to pricing and finding out what truly is wrong with your car, no shortcuts or add-ons. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else, these guys are great!
