INFLATED PRICES! PLEASE SHOP AROUND!!I went to buy a part for a driver side mirror,they quoted me $345.Immediately dropped the price to $243 once I said it was too expensive. Which made me wonder. $102 price drop?The clerk said they weren t in stock but there s one located in Topeka, KS.$243 was still too expensive (not including the delivery fee they charge). Which, if I m not mistaken was $15-20.Please take note that I was @ this same location just over a year ago when it was owned by Summit Truck group, & I bought the same part for my passenger side mirror & paid around $25-$35. (It's a plastic part).The clerk provided me the part number, then I left.I drive down the road to Fleet PrideI provide the part number I got from Rush Truck Centers.They informed me they didn t have the part in stock but there is one in Topeka.SAME EXACT PART AND PART NUMBER!!They quoted me $33.91 A WHOPPING $312 difference. This can t be real!!Got it delivered the very next day with a $0 delivery fee.Another example: I purchased a mudflap for $25 just over a year ago.I went in 9/7/23 & the same mudflap had increased to $44.47 after tax.Rush Truck Centers is taking advantage of customers and padding prices.Completely unacceptable.Anyone who reads this; go and see for yourself.Call both locations and provide this part number 2509065C91.I really like International owed by (Rush Truck Centers)So hopefully this review helps and they lower their prices. This has to stop!Until then I urge everyone to shop around.

Called for parts on a Friday evening. Talked with Jordan. He got the parts I needed and worked to get me the best price. Showed up on Saturday to pick up parts, and the two ladies working the parts counter were the best. Wish all truck dealers had parts people as helpful.

Service is HORRIBLE. They don t answer the phone at all. Our service advisor was Courtney charged us $250 for a diagnostic when they were doing a special on them for $60. We were charged 4 hours for a 30 minute job done by the tech. When we were there there was a guy talking to someone else about how he was over changed for them doing absolutely nothing. DO NOT GO THERE!

The truth is that I am having a bad experience, I brought them to my truck so that they could fix the accelerator pedal that did not accelerate and I asked them to also fix a leak of oil that was under the compressor. I paid the amount of $4800. They talk and tell me that it's ready I pay all the money for what they charged me, Lee still has it that on the same day he left me lying on the accelerator, it doesn't accelerate yet I had to return it to the back with them and pay $800 for a tow truck to take it away. very disappointed with this service I am not a guy who makes a lot of complaints and complains but it is the reality of this type of business

Once getting my part in they got me in as soon as someone was available and was done in a timely manner. Very polite helpful with everything.When issues come up in the future I'll surely be glad to have them work on my truck as it's still under warranty and will be for a few more.years.Thanks for getting me back on the road as quick as you did.

Arrived here yesterday morning 4/24 to have the A/C condenser replaced on a 2014 Freightliner box truck. Brackets on the condenser were visibly broken which should have required maybe hour or 2 diagnostic. This place held the driver for 5 hours to finally advise they had to check to see if the part was in stock which would require another day. Today I receive an estimate of $1926.29 to repair. We opted to take the truck down the street to Hupp Truck Repair who did the EXACT SAME REPAIRS for $604.78. Don't allow these criminals to rob you! Shop around for a shop that acts like they want your business and won't triple the price of repairs.

They don't take long to answer their phone and if I do have to be put on hold, it's not a long wait. They are good at getting me the right parts 95% of the time, the other 5% is when I'm needing weird items. The parts people are nice too. Shout out to Marion!7-14-23 Cheyenne is awesome!

My transmission failed on me on a Friday afternoon so had to tow it in. They checked it Saturday, got with the transmission manufacturer on Monday to confirm the diagnosis of a bad clutch, then gave me an estimate and an eta. Had it fixed by Fri afternoon and I was back on my way. It seems to be doing great now. They also inspected a few other minor issues on the truck. Very Satisfied!

This place may do good work but they straight lag and lie to you. They took them 8 days to do a transmission service. Then they send you a updated email right before they close. I talked to a guy sat and said truck would be done. Then nothing. I caught them all in lies about the process and called them on it and everyone played dumb. Crazy the money I spent on the repairs and hotel cost for 8 days for a 2hours job. Horrible horrible horrible.

We go there as I feel one of my only options. This last time it's been there 6 days, they've been telling me for 3 that they have it diagnosed and working on building quote, still no one has felt the need to "build" a quote for the work in 72 hours? I have a tracker on the truck and it says that it still hasn't moved since it's been there...........? Strange to say the least. This has been my experience with them at least 3 previous times so prepare for THAT kind of service. I understand if there is a waiting period however get organized and provide at least mediocre service.

If I could give them less I would. They lie about what's been done to your truck, how long it'll take and how much. I had my belts replaced and told them to put my old ones in the truck for spares. They threw them away. I won't take my truck back. Go to Topeka. Friendlier people better service

The worst experience I've had with a shop.they lied and ripped me off.i put my truck in shop at 700am around 1100 I called them they confirmed a oil leak on air compressor mounting to block asked for estimate to fix.i finally called them at 430pm and got estimate and agreed for them to fix it.they closed at 700pm.i called back at 930am next morning to see what time truck would be fixed i was told that it was fixed the night before and just needed to be road tested.so if they started on truck right at 430pm and stopped.at 700pm that is 2 and ahalf hours the parts were 40.44 and labor was863.50. The bill says they steamed cleaned the motor.they didn't even try to fake it.its shameful what this shop is doing

****UPDATE****I emailed the address listed to marketing over a month ago and have heard NOTHING back from anyone from marketing, I did receive a rude message on Facebook from an employee in the parts department, when I tried to message this employee back...he blocked me...(I do have screenshots of the messages)...They have a few good employees, but as for the rest...very unprofessional.Called up to parts yesterday and got a price on a part before I went up there so I could have a check ready, $936.24 went up there to purchase the part...and the price changed to $1,338.36 because when I asked for the price to bring up the correct amount they failed to add in the tax and core charge, very much an inconvenience as I had to explain this to my customer...before this issue I went up there to get my truck inspected...took 3.5 hours to inspect...would definitely not recommend. It is a shame, I know there are a few good techs at this location and Dave Spinner is a very customer friendly guy...

This place is awful. Forget calling them because they don't answer. Half the time they don't have the part you need. When they do have the part, they charge double what any other international parts dealer in the nation charges. Good luck.

They are definitely slow and somewhat unorganized. You can tell when a service bills by the hour and turns what should be 3 hours work into 2 days. Would have been faster and cheaper to let Pedro make the repairs and get us back on the road.

Absolutely a 5 star. No shop had the part needed to fix the 2020 International I'm in. My company sent me here to Summit to get fixed. They didn't have the part but located it and had the part expedited. Next day part comes in but wrong part. Zach ( Service Supervisor) solved the problem and got the part to fix the truck that same day. Thank you! Summit for having employees like Zach that truly care.

If this place is your only option, you will probably get your truck fixed eventually.I was told that the part we needed was on national back order. They could not even give me an estimated completion date.I ended up sourcing the part myself through another dealership.Most of the time the phone does not get answered, and the communication is poor.

My truck had a leaking air compressor cooling line. Larry took me in the shop at 7am got my truck repaired and was on the road by 11am. A difficult line to replace. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Thank you Summit. Bill Halling 6/3/2020

The counter lady in parts is simply amazing. She had 2 phones ringing off the hook and people in front of her and still managed to smile and help folks out to the utmost without showing any frustration of being overwhelmed. She needs a pat on the back or a bonus. One happy customer at Ebaben Transportation llc.

Worst dealership in Kansas CityThey do not stand behind there vehicles. Poor poor service. Poor warranty, will not warranty. Terrible terrible service."Update "the owner wanted to discuss the review, he has never responded to the information I supplied to him. It appears to be a generated response that everyone receives.After 5 months waiting on someone from Summit to discuss our problems with our trucks , l guess they know the problems they have with their trucks and just don't care.

A-1Tree service had me drive this 2014 bucket truck from Manchester New Hampshire to Kansas City. There were minor details needed by dealership in New Hampshire. Darren at the service desk understood how important time was to both parties. Rush Truck Centers got us in the following day!
